    Beautiful space!

Decor beautiful and service was prompt. Food was ok but I had hoped it would have been great. The $10 bbq pork belly buns were delish but the chicken pad Thai sported hard, chewy chicken and no egg or vegetables, spare bean sprouts. And the seasoning was blah.

Modern and clean ambiance, enjoyed my favorite sushi pieces especially the salmon with scallop! Service was a bit slow but they seem a bit short-handed. Quality of sushi made up for it!

Ordered the yellowtail and vegetable rolls to start. The sashimi was of high quality and yuzu sauce delivered a bright note with a tiny kick of heat from the jalapeños. My martini cocktail (can't remember the name) was delicious. The Korean BBQ meat quality and banchan was good. The issue I had was with our server. Not sure if it was due to lack of experience but there were so many fails. My 2 friends never had Korean BBQ before. I have had it plenty of times but I thought they would be given a brief tutorial by our server. I had to ask the server to do so when I finally saw him since another staff member brought the Korean bbq items to our table. Server was also notified about the vegetable rolls never coming out. That was resolved about 10 minutes after I shared my feedback. Then another 10 minutes later, a 2nd order of vegetable rolls came. We sent those back. The ambiance is so nice and food quality is high. However, the customer service for the price point was subpar during the visit. Especially since the day and time my friends and I went, there were not many customers at all.

Absolutely terrible takeout experience at Omiza. Ordered at 6:20pm on a Friday night--two simple items. They took my name and phone number and said it would be 45 minutes. Fine, I get it, they're busy. I expected a call around 7:00pm. Guess what? No call. I finally called them, and the instant I asked, they replied, "Your order is ready!" The call lasted 14 seconds! Clearly, my food had been sitting there. Sure enough, when I arrived, it was cold. Not lukewarm--cold. What made it worse? Zero apology, zero accountability. Just arrogance, as if I was bothering them. The receipt even said "valued customer." That's a joke. If this is how they treat "valued customers," I can only imagine the rest. There are plenty of restaurants that actually respect their customers' time and money. Omiza isn't one of them.

Party of two dined in on Thursday for lunch, Its authentic korean fusion / sushi/ thai restaurant, which seems to be $$$ , pricey side but not too overpriced, parking is free! Interior was beautiful , we ordered green tea comes in pot , bento which means lunch box in japanese; we picked chicken katsu, rock shrimp, meat dumplings, and pad thai, korean fried chicken honey garlic flavor Served with small salad for two of us ; not sure which one comes with salad , familiar taste but also at the same time, Taste all unique

Highly recommend their lunch specials. Stopped in for lunch, waiting on my vehicle to be fixed. Fresh, tasty, and great service, and a beautiful interior. Korean owned!

The food is consistently impressive. Sushi is fresh and beautifully presented, and the menu offers a nice balance of creative Asian fusion dishes with familiar crowd-pleasers. The Peking duck and lobster fried rice are delicious, and the cocktails are equally well-crafted. Service is generally very good. It can get busy, and sometimes things move a bit slower than you'd expect given the price point. Speaking of price, it's definitely on the higher end, but the quality and atmosphere usually make it feel worth the splurge. Perfect for date nights, celebrations, or when you want something a little more upscale than the usual Main Line options. Nectar doesn't disappoint.

I was surprised when we arrived that the place was empty. Environment is upscale Asian decor with high ceilings and a combination of booths and tables. Tables and the parking lot filled up by the time we left. Everyone was dressed very casually. A regular at the corner table came in her tennis outfit. We came, of course, for the food. Two of us ordered a sushi special roll and another off the menu for an appetizer. They were not impressive or tasty. The crab roll seemed to be lacking a lot of crab. The foie gras appetizer although $45 was a good value for three pieces nicely browned on top of some sushi rice. The entree special of scallops with risotto was just ok. The scallops needed a better sear and the plate presented was a sleepy beige all around. The venison special was the envy of everyone at the table, tender and flanked by the goat cheese dumplings. The rack of lamb was not cooked as a rack but as individual chops. It was tasty nonetheless and served with pillowy gnocchi. Desserts were enjoyable including the beignets, chocolate cake, and the strawberry frasier. Service was ok but we were obviously treated differently than the regulars. Not sure I will include this place on my rotation.

Brand: 4/5 Located in Regal Plaza, New Pan Asian specializes in Chinese and Japanese cuisines. It has a pretty standard sign that has a straightforward subtitle indicating which meals they serve. Inside, you will find a Japanese noren that accommodates a line. You will also find many Chinese-inspired décor throughout the establishment. Based on what I discovered inside, I will say that the Chinese/Japanese aesthetics match well. I also liked the vine motif upon the wall. Website: 5/5 It opens to the main page, with sections separated by brush-stroke endings. It has the standard description about its location in Howell Township. I do like how the menu items have their Chinese/Japanese translations below their English names. Wait Time: 5/5 I experienced no interruptions or issues waiting for my order. Ambiance: 4/5 While the establishment did not have music, I did not think it needed it, since the cooking itself provided an immersive sound without disruption. I did notice a burnt smell throughout the establishment. While it did have a few tables, I did not see a problem with them, for they had well-spaced positions. I had no issue with the seats. Food: 5/5 I ordered a small box of Seafood Fried Rice, packed with peas, carrots, shrimp, crab meat, and crayfish, with a side of Taro creamy tea latte. The box had an equal amount of meats and vegetables. It all held a form that stayed within the box, while also did not fall off, and all of it had a well-cooked steam. With every application of soy sauce, duck sauce, and hot sauce, the eating experience definitely gave me a warm taste with every bite. Every part of the box satisfied me. As for the Taro creamy tea latte, I will say that it had a sweet taste to it, accompanied by the bobas at the bottom. I never had Taro before, and I will say that it was a pleasant first impression. It also help neutralize the hot-sauce-laden fried rice. Service: 5/5 The owners provided a good service with asking if I wanted it to go or to eat there. Worth The Money?: 4/5 The food reflected the brand perfectly both in the establishment and the website. It perplexes me how New Pan Asian could have a low rating. Nothing about the ambiance interfered with my time there, and the wait time was appropriate for the time it took to prepare the Seafood Fried Rice. The service puts a lot of care into the food. Pertaining to the ambiance reflecting the brand and the website, I would like to see more of the combination of Chinese and Japanese aesthetics, since they both have vibrancy in their own ways. Americans typically do not have the time or the luxury to learn in-depth Chinese and Japanese culture (let alone the differences between them). Needless to say, the time it took to wait for my order did not feel tedious when accounting for the establishment's ambiance. Between me and the owners, we did struggle to communicate. In immigrant-owned eateries, I generally forgive the owners and the staff if English is their second language. If I ever find myself around Regal Plaza, I would absolutely consider it my first option for Asian cuisine. I did think the tea latte had a high price compared to the Seafood Fried Rice. Rating: 5/5 Stars I see a lot of hope for New Pan Asian, since it brings Asian cuisine to Regal Plaza. Recommend To... Anyone looking for Asian cuisine in the area, but is also interested in learning Mandarin Chinese or Japanese, since you might try to learn them there, based on how they write their menus and their receipts.

But with that said, my girl wanted some Indo Chinese.... so we made the trip here to see whether it's worth a second visit. Now, to be clear: the Rose is a Pan Asian Cuisine. So it's not necessarily just Indo Chinese, but it also encompasses flavors from all the other countries too. We ended up ordering 3 items in the following order: 1a: Gobi Manchurian 1b: Smoked Vegetable Sizzler 2: Mushroom Sautéed in Ginger Garlic We ordered the first two together and those arrived relatively quickly. The Gobi Manchurian was the better of the two, but I wonder if it was a bit too overpowered with spice and less of the sweet and sour taste (or even the soy sauce). The spice was a bit too overbearing. The sizzler was fine, but it was mostly onions and peppers. The tofu - while cooked fine - surprised me because it was like the silky ma po tofu (which coincidentally is what they serve here). In other words, the same tofu is repeated across multiple meals. I think the tofu needed to be pan fried at least for a sizzler. Because of the above, we didn't feel full and thought that the mushroom would provide a different taste pallet. Unfortunately, that was a miss as the mushroom had the same taste as the gobi manchurian, when it should've been infused with the ginger garlic. Additionally, the mushroom was way too overcooked so you couldn't even taste them either. It was like a crunchy mushroom. No good. To make things worse, the waiter, who also manned the front desk, seemed a bit too aloof at times. Often that meant not refilling water unless prompted and not providing the check on time or not even setting up the tables properly with silverware. It was a bit disappointing. This place has the potential, especially with the cute decor. But failed execution with the food and some lackluster service do not make this a place I'd recommend in the future.

Once you sit down you scan a QR Code to order your food and drinks. I was pretty hungry that day so we ended up ordering a ton of food. The drinks were pretty good and they were served in Le Creuset mugs. Not the biggest deal, but I can appreciate some nice drinkware. The bowl of Kimchi Fried rice came out first. It was a generous portion and the rice was cooked well, but I feel like it could've used some more kimchi. The eggs on top were cooked perfectly and added good texture to the dish. The next dish to come out was the HK French toast. The bread was nice and fluffy which paired well with a nice generous drizzle of condensed milk. I enjoyed this a lot. We also ordered scallion pancake, pork barbecue, and bossam baos. These were ok, I would probably pass on a return visit. I felt like the meat in the baos was a little tough though they did have decent flavor. The last entree was the smoked salmon and avocado croissant; I really enjoyed this. It had a generous helping of smoked salmon and avocado as well. The saltiness of the salmon paired well with the creamy and fatty avocado. The croissant was also nice and flaky. It was also served with a house salad which had a nice drizzle of dressing on it too. For dessert we ordered a Black Sesame Souffle Pancake. This was SO good. A few months ago I visited a place in Princeton that specialized in these Japanese-style pancakes and Tasty Junction's version was so much more enjoyable. I loved that it was served with a healthy scoop of ice cream. The pancake was airy and had a bounce to it. Each bite was so good and made even better with the ice cream. I'd definitely come back just for the pancakes. All in all Tasty Junction is a great spot tucked away in Glen Rock
