This place is my go to everytime. Great prices (compared to the area), great portions, and lots of care goes into the food. Incredibly fast, too. I've only ever had a problem once in all of my years of coming here with any aspect of that. These guys are so slept on, I hate it. Something to make folks aware: there are only two seats inside (likely for folks waiting for their order), not necessarily a dine-in sort of restaurant. HORRIBLE!! I ordered shrimp Mei Fun and the shrimp was very mushy and the dish had ZERO flavor!! The shrimp that was in my shrimp egg roll was of decent quality but not the main dish. Called the restaurant for assistance and they told me there is nothing different about the shrimp and refused a refund!! We will NEVER eat here again!! Zero stars if I could..... I tried China Wok out of desperation on a Monday nigh because the first three places I called are closed on Mondays, I didn't feel like driving to our usual place on County Line Rd, and it was raining so I wanted to get the food and just go home. I tried some simple things: Wonton soup, egg rolls, and shrimp with mixed vegetables. The Wonton soup was somewhat bland. I only eat the broth and for me it wasn't anything special. My cats liked the Wonton filling but were sad that there weren't any pork slices in the soup. Lol. The egg roll was tasty, although pretty greasy as most egg rolls are, being deep fried. The shrimp with mixed vegetables had a good amount and variety of vegetables but lacked flavor. I should have gotten shrimp with garlic sauce. Maybe next time. The woman who waited on me was nice and polite. I didn't notice that it was dirty inside so it was most likely pretty clean. This little takeout place has one table where you can sit while waiting for your food. It's in a strip mall on Jacksonville Rd. so easy to get to with ample parking. Last night my husband and I bought takeout at China Wok, and it was very good! Good quality pepper steak, and my husband liked his shrimp with broccoli. The steamed dumplings were probably the best we've ever had. I've had Chinese takeout over the years (I'm 71), and this ranks as one of the best. Snow is in the air, and some Chinese is on the menu. Since I was in the area, I decided on China Wok in Warminster. I ordered Kung po chicken with chicken fried rice instead of just white rice and some veggie dumplings. The Mrs. ordered the shrimp Mei fun and some beef fried Rice. The Kung po was fresh but lacked the spicy flavor that it's supposed to have. The chicken fried (RICE) was also cooked to the right texture but it lacked flavor for the chicken and so did the beef fried rice that my wife ordered. Both chicken and beef looked as if they were boiled and not fried with the rice. The dumplings were steamed . They are a good size and come 8 per order. The sauce it's paired with was very good. But did border on too salty. The shrimp Mei fun was really good with good flavor and the noodles weren't over cooked. All in all the food was good but not the best I've had. They have a large menu so I'll be checking in on some other items on the menu. read more

I ordered Yang Zhou fried rice last night and 2 orders of the wonton soup + wonton egg drop soup.. Yang zhou fried rice was amazing and delicious, very tasty and flavorful with delicious roast pork, chicken and shrimp. . On the wonton, the meat part are tasty and delicious. I order Kong pow pork. There was almost no pork in it. I called the restaurant to let them know and they told me it was my problem because I couldn't bring it back because I only get a half hour for lunch. They yelled at me on the phone the owner was in the worst the worst I was ever treated by a manager. I wasn't angry when I called. I was just bringing it to your attention I've eaten there before I will never eat there again, and I will tell everyone I know not to eat there again. read more

The delivery time and portions were good however the actual taste of the food wasn't We got the bourbon combo plate, lo mein and sweet and sour chicken. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my takeout containers. The dishes were fresh and delicious; NOT swimming in oil. The pork fried rice was light and airy, made with yellow rice, and full of flavor. I did have one problem...I ordered fantail shrimp and came home with shrimp toast. This place is the best!! Always fresh food, both veggies and meats. Delivery is always perfect and right on time, never have had any issues with this restaurant. I've given the place a few tries to give it a fair and honest review. The food comes more Luke warm than hot (which is a preference I'd prefer it hot). The only thing I have enjoyed is the soups egg drop and wanton. But, anything else all tastes the same. Bland. Flavorless. Wet. Soggy. With a hint of chemical like taste. My last order, as the bag was handed to me the contents fell right out of the bottom of the bag due to something spilling and soaking the bag. Wow. Worst Chinese cuisine I have ever had in my life. The vegetable fried rice tasted like floor cleaner and certainly did not look fried. Looked more like a package of uncle ben's rice if it was cooked in floor cleaner the sweet and sour shrimp lacked, well, shrimp. And the breading has no flavor. Sauce was ok. Placed order and was quoted 40-60 minutes. Called after 60 minutes and was told a few more minutes. Called again after 90 minutes and was told the driver would be there any minute. Called after 2 hours and they said the driver was 3 minutes away. I told them to cancel the order and tell the driver not to come. 10 minutes later he showed up and they never told him we cancelled. Ordered from this place for the first time tonight and have to say we are a fan! My girlfriend who doesn't normally approve of Chinese food gives this place 5 stars. We got the seafood soup which was more than seafood, it was fresh with veggies and plentiful of crab, shrimp and tofu! Hit the spot for sure when it comes to comfort soup! We also got the beef lo mein and it wasn't super greasy! It was hot and packed to the brim! Could use some veggies but you don't go get Chinese for salads. Fried rice was also very good! read more

I never leave reviews unless things are really bad but I have lived in this area for 3 years and could never find any good Chinese food until now. After being deprived of good Chinese food we have ordered from here 2 times in the last week! We are big fans of the general tso chicken and bourbon chicken. They also have great soups, dumplings and my boyfriend loves the eggs rolls. Huge portions for non combos and decent portions for combos. Since moving to this area of Bucks County, my wife and I haven't been impressed by the few Chinese shops we've tried. That view has been changed since we ordered from China Wok. We ordered through yelp (Grubhub) and it said it would be ready in about 20-30 minutes. We drove over about 15-20 minutes later (because we were hungry) and to our surprise our meal was ready. I love that you can order online and I love it even more because they have pizza rolls. Which is really nice since most Chinese places in the suburbs don't even make them. I'm originally from NY so I know good Chinese. I hate when the wonton soup tastes like dirty dish water - yes folks that is what we call it in NYC. The wonton soup from China Wok is loaded with flavor. On top of everything else, I received a notification that my order was being processed and would arrive around 4:59. The shrimp were large - not jumbo - but done perfectly - along with the chinese vegetables. The veggies were cut just right - instead of those large broccoli bunches. Loved it. The food was very fresh, packaged nice, and didn't have that 'leftover taste/texture like a lot of the other nearby places sometimes have. Maybe because it's a fairly new place and it's clean.
