We went with a California roll, a spicy salmon roll, a salmon roll and a bunch of salmon and tuna nigiri. The rolls were already made, but the nigiri was freshly assembled. The verdict: everything was really fresh and delicious! It was easily as good as any area sit down sushi place, if not better. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try.
