We've lived in Doylestown for almost two years and haven't been to Nourish until today. Not sure why we waited so long--we've missed so much! I had the falafel bowl and the RICOTTA & PISTACHIO CAKE. The cake was delicious: delicate and flavorful. I enjoyed the pistachio crumble as well. The falafel bowl was also very good. Fantastic little spot! I called ahead for pickup since I was using a gift card, and my order was right on time. I had one of the special drinks - watermelon and lime chiller - which was absolutely perfect for a hot summer day. I also had the fontina grilled cheese which was amazing. I got the Kale Caesar salad and it was great! I am vegan though, and did not get the parm cheese - however, I found a small piece in the salad anyways, which I did not appreciate. I love vegan meals, and the menu is creative. I saw reviews about the Thai noodle bowl and it was super tasty! I had quite the appetite before going by there, so I will say that the bowl could have been more filling for $13-14. For example, a scoop of quinoa or tofu or sweet potato to round it out. My friend got the Mexican burrito and also enjoyed it, also recommended rice to fill and soak the sauce. These are specifics, but either way, totally delicious and diverse menu. Nourish by MAMA is my favorite lunch place in Doylestown! I work in town and love that I can order ahead and know I will love what I get. This little place is located off the main street of Doylestown and tucked away on a smaller corner. Their menu is vegetarian and vegan friendly and consists of breakfast and lunch foods. You can expect a wide range of flavors and cultural inspirations but all done well. Their meals are filling without being heavy. There is just a counter inside and a small standing/ordering area so it's best to call ahead or order online. There are some tables around the corner if one would be interested. I have heard wonderful things about Nourish by Mama and have been wanting to try it for a while. However, I do not get into town during the work week, and they are closed on weekends. I needed to report for jury duty, so I was thrilled I would finally have the opportunity to order some food for lunch. I didn't anticipate how busy the location would be, especially on a Monday, but this was a testament to the quality. The service was wonderful- friendly staff, and my wrap was fresh. There is no seating inside, but luckily it was a beautiful day, so I sat at the tables behind the building. I got a Turkish coffee and the tofu wrap. Both options were delicious. Usually, when I order coffee, especially in chain locations, I need to add sweeteners and milk to help adjust the taste. The Turkish coffee was perfect as is. I have been attempting to like tofu but failed at making it myself, so I thought I should try tofu made by professionals. The burrito was huge and flavorful. I didn't even realize I was eating tofu. I look forward to eating at Nourish again and would gladly make the trip during the week! read more

I've been plant-based for about seven years. In that time, I've lived in Chicago and LA, traveled domestically and internationally, and sought out A LOT of vegan breakfast burritos. All that background is to say - I think this place has the best one. It's packed full of fresh ingredients with a perfect spice level and an awesome Just Egg base (great for tofu-haters). Bring your carnivorous friends to save the planet and their arteries one burrito at a time. We also ordered a Mr Green and a Jumping Monkey. Both were tasty and super thick, perfect for a lighter breakfast. Love the use of biodegradable straws (agave?) that don't disintegrate like paper does, and the cozy patio out back with plenty of seating space and umbrellas for sun coverage. Bonus points for a hospitable team, easy mobile ordering, and dog biscuits. read more

This place is hella cute. The vibe, decor and staff are my favorite things. It's a young, cozy, hip little cafe meets coffee shop meets central perk (friends reference). The menu is pretty expansive with several options (including vegan). My two gripes with the place are the price of the food and the food itself. It felt like a $9 bowl should come with more than what it did. I ordered the Buddha bowl which was really just chickpeas, quinoa and guacamole. It wasn't bad but I really expected/hoped for more at that price point. I also wanted a smoothie and they only had these pre-made juice bought containers that they would pour into a drink and called that a smoothie. For $5 they should be freshly made. Otherwise I can just get one of those naked smoothie drinks for $3. The place has the feel figured out to a T, but I think a fresh look at the menu with price/bang for your buck in mind wouldn't hurt. read more

I love Nourish! Besides the fact I wish it was a little more spacious inside to sit down, it's decorated nicely on both the inside and outside. I also wish it was open later in the night, but yesterday I went in for lunch, and ordered the Burrata Sandwich. It was so good! The employees were friendly and welcoming! They gave me my sandwich as soon as I got back to pick it up 10-15 minutes later like they said, and it was SO good! Also I love the smoothies here (the Mr. Green is one of my favorites) You should definitely try if you haven't already! read more

VERY DISAPOINTED!! I came from Bethlehem to eat here for the first time. I got there around 2:00 and did not know until I arrived that they were take out only. So I figured I would walk around town for a while and bring some food home with me. I arrive back at 3:45 to be told that the kitchen was closing early. I've been here a number of times to pick up lunch & it's always been fabulous! Everything on the menu is delicious, filling, healthy and I love that it's all locally sourced. I especially love creating my own breakfast wrap or one of their bowls. Ordering ahead is also a plus when you're on the go. I moved out of town just as Nourish was moving in, so I didn't have a chance to try this restaurant until just today. I ordered the burrito bowl, Thai sweet potato and carrot bisque, and the arepa. I barely made a dent in any of it, but each dish was so satisfying, healthy, and delicious. I'm often hesitant to order from restaurants with a focus on vegan and vegetarian food - having spent nearly 15 years of my life as a vegetarian, I often feel as though I spend a lot of money on something I could have easily made at home after. However, Nourish is fierce competition for me, and I will most certainly be back. read more

OH MY GOODNESS I have no idea how I have lived life so long without knowing this place existed! This is such a cute, quaint little ma and pa shop in the heart of Doylestown! One look at the menu and I was immediately hooked. They take so much pride in the fact that they use locally sourced ingredients, and make everything from scratch! I ordered a breakfast burrito and added some greens to it, and not only was the portion size large, but there was so much flavor and love packed into this bundle! Today was a day where I wished I was a bottomless pit because I do not want to stop eating. I also got a little smoothie and it was amazing! Also made with all real ingredients, it was packed with so much nutrition! Nice vegan spot in Doylestown that counters the experience at the courthouse when I got called to summon for jury duty (yes I was sitting around for 8 hours. Yes I was part of a large 200-people group that walked around from rooms to rooms like sheep, and yes I was excited that I get to called in to do my civic duty - just kidding). The restaurant offers some vegetarian offerings which include eggs but it's really easy to pick out which one are vegan, which one are vegetarian from reading the menu. I opted for vegan since the 8 hrs of waiting around may have done my heart some bad. Turmeric cauliflower bowl was oh so delicious. It came with a house made sauce that was creamy (maybe cashew base?!?), full of antioxidants like baby kale, cubed squash, quinoa, roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, etc. I couldn't wait to dive in so sorry for the picture of half eaten foods. It was a hard choice between those yummy bowls and the mushroom Reuben sandwich but the new year resolution prevailed. Definitely recommend everyone (vegan and non vegan) to check this spot out.
