Place setting and plate from weekend buffet with mango lassi
    Alana H.

I am a huge fan of Indian food, so my Indian classmate and I decided to try out the weekend buffet at Aman's. We were the first people there at 11:30, but the hot bar and cold bar were both fresh and a beautiful assortment of colors. The staff were very friendly and attentive. If you want to get in without a. Wait, I recommend coming close to opening time as the restaurant filled up quickly within the hour. The hot bar had favorites like butter chicken (fresh naan bread is served at the table), paneer, korma, and samosas. The cold bar had an assortment of fresh fruit, chutney, and favorites like rasmalai. Hot tiny balls of gulab jamun were sat in their own tray ready for me to have one or two....okay maybe I had more than that. I can't wait to come back with my family and friends so they can enjoy this amazing amount of food for only $19/person. *Note: the buffet is ONLY SATURDAY and SUNDAY.*

I've only been here for the lunch buffet, but it's definitely one of my favorite buffets. If I wasn't allergic to mango I would be hitting up the all-you-can-drink mango lassi dispenser, but alas I am not able to. I can tell you that it's my husband's favorite thing they have here. I've never had a bad item from their offerings, and they have a wide variety of both vegetarian and meat dishes to choose from. They also have a big selection of both North and South Indian style meals, so you get the best of both worlds. The lunch buffet isn't too expensive either, and usually runs my husband and I somewhere around $25 for both of us. They have a good reputation, which they totally deserve, and they're great for a large lunch.

I rarely give a 4 star review. There are 4 star reviews on my profile, but I mention that I would give a 3.5 if I could. Aman's is a legit 4 stars. Possibly even 4.5 Their selection isn't as vast as some other locations on the weekdays, but it is ALWAYS a fantastic meal. You pay a little more on Saturdays, but there are quite a few more options. Let me share a little insider knowledge with you. Only on Friday lunches, they offer this delicious fried fish, and only on Saturdays, they offer fried chicken wings. I can't wait until Aman's opens up again. I've eaten here over 50 times, and I NEVER had a bad meal. One bad experience, but never a bad meal.

Great place to explore Indian cuisine done the way it should be. I could actually become a vegetarian if I could eat Aman's every day. The service and timing always seems to be perfect....Takeout is great, but dining inside is always a pleasure.

The wait staff were quick enough to get our drinks and take our orders. It took about 30 minutes to get our food, a v. egg wrap, a waffle dish, two different pancakes. There was one other table with two people sitting there; we had 4 in our party, there were 4 people working in the kitchen. The food was good, it was breakfast food and it's really hard to mess that up and they didn't. The prices were a higher than what I would expect even in 2023, I spent $90+ for 4 people for breakfast food. Attached is a picture of the v Egg wrap and the gluten-free lemon blueberry pancakes. The waffle egg Benedict looked the most substantial of all the dishes that we had. A plus for this place is the atmosphere it's super cute and as one person at our table said very boho, hippie-like and they liked that. Also if you are gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan, you will have options available for you and that's also really nice and something that you don't see in most other restaurants in the area. They have a nice little display of their available desserts. There is parking out back with an entrance from the parking lot and also an entrance from the street. There is seating out front on the sidewalk. We'll probably go again. Pros: Vegan options, Atmosphere, Greeted quickly Cons: Slow service, waited almost an hour for breakfast., Not offered any drink refills., Small portion sizes for the prices.

The overdone burger was still tasty and the Caprese Flatbread was good. However the salad with grilled chicken had issues with moldy avocado and very very overdone chicken. The biggest issue was with the owner who refused to acknowledge the problem and rudely declared herself in charge and refused to credit the salad since the remainder was eaten. Not exactly a way to win over customers. Definitely will not return.

Not sure what it's made of. My mom got the Mediterranean wrap. My Toona was better. Food was great and tastes healthy! If you follow along you know I had a heart attack so I have to cut out salt and sugar. Now I can't see the nutritional facts on this stuff but I didn't taste salt or sweetener in the smoothie. Both wraps came with a small side salad. Food was filling enough for lunch. Looked small when we first got it. Came with a dressing that was not salty. Tasted like possibly a vinaigrette and olive oil. Pretty tasty. I have a friend that walked in and asked if they had coffee. Some guy(presumably Arnold) said no we have something better! MINERAL WATER! I also heard some guy(presumably Arnold) will just start doing pushups while you're ordering. He must take health seriously! Looks like the healthiest joint for a quick bite in this area.

Tasty food, very healthy choices, great service, homey and familiar vibe at a great price!…read more I found this little gem while I was in town. I'm a city girl and the prices in Philadelphia are insane. Six dollars for a smoothie man. Oh man, I was in heaven. I chose one of the green smoothies with Spina and bananas and it was probably the yummiest smoothie I've ever had! I could definitely tell that they waited for them to sweeten before using them. I also opted for the tuna salad sandwich. It was on some crispy bread and made of cashews. It was delightful and so filling. I was ordering and waiting for my food. Arnold and Scott chatted up with me at the counter. They were both very pleasant and I can't wait to go back to talk to them and also try the food. While there I noticed in a array of natural products as well as a ton of books. Turns out Arnold has written probably 20 or more books and he has them all on sale there. His stance is food should be your medicine and medicine. Should be your food. While I was eating, I saw a few people come in and ask Arnold for some advice. The community really seems to love him and have a pulse on their own personal health and journeys. I love that Arnold wants to give advice to people to help. I never knew raw could taste so good. My only regret is not visiting this location when it was still in Philadelphia. It's about an hour drive for me and sadly I can't go back as often as I would like to.
