He jumped in 1-minute intervals. Very annoying trying to eat at noon during weekday lunch break. Not appetizing.

Ambiance: I was confused at first. It didn't seem like an eating establishment. There was a guy chilling in the corner, studying. And he was on and off the trampoline incessantly. It was noon on a Thursday. Food: we came to have a vegan lunch. And a vegan lunch we had! It certainly did look and taste like a vegan meal. Unlike the Green Fork that tastes more satisfying and appetizing. Service: AMAZING!! Everyone is sooooo nice here!! Overall: I will certainly be back again to try more dishes. I haven't given up on Arnold's Way!

Açaí bowls, banana whips and smoothies are a great deal. Healthy food for cheap. Salads and soups are also amazing. Arnold and staff are always friendly. Also a great place to stop for natural supplements, healthy lifestyle books, cleaning supplies, and crystals. The inside of the store has a lot of plants for fresh air. This is a great place to meet friends.

Not ice cream, borscht, raw style.

After reading the reviews on here and the descriptions of Arnold, we soooo hoped we would get to meet him when we visited this longtime staple for healthy eaters. Arnold's Way was originally a health food grocery and has morphed into a showcase for raw vegan food. They have four dehydrators going all the time and plenty of dried (and other) things to purchase. We glanced longingly more than once at the $400 Vitamix on the shelf after sampling (his daughter) Maya's creations. As soon as we stepped through the door, friendly sweet Maya rushed over and gave us a chocolate banana whip sample. People were gathered inside chatting, which gave it a neighborly appeal. We had a hard time deciding -- raw food is always a surprise, because it never looks like what you are expecting, and the taste is always way better than you imagine from the simple description. That was so true here. I had a raw borscht: thick, pink, and creamy, some of the best I have ever had (though Wendy at the Honey Underground did a great job with it at her Slavic meal recently). My partner had the open-faced burger, which looked like a work of art on the savory flat dehydrated bread, more like a rich cracker. I had the Toona sandwich, equally artistic with pickles decorating it. I could not leave without having a banana cream pie whip, and it really did taste just like banana cream pie, whipped up with raw cashews. But oh my god was I stuffed. Even the small portions of soup are huge. Maya also brought out a sample of cheese made from buckwheat, I think. How I would love to follow her around for an afternoon learning her tricks. Don't be afraid to give raw food a try. It is amazing what can be done with a few extra kitchen tools such as a spiralizer (which is a cheap raw tool and a neat gimmick to make "noodles" out of soft neutral veggies such as zucchini). Arnold loves to talk and give advice, and it comes out of him at a rapid-fire pace; listen closely to catch everything. :-) He is slim and trim in his 60s and buzzes around the store, tending the many who come in to see him. You can watch his homemade videos on YouTube for more entertainment and advice. He holds cheap classes in his store constantly, and it seems like you usually get a meal with them. The giant stuffed tiger on the couch appears to be the mascot and can be seen in some of the videos. :-)

Now how could I not give 5 stars to place that owns my banana whip deflowerment? How could I not love a place that reminds me of home... of Santa Cruz, CA and Eugene, OR (husband's home)? How could I not love all the shiny yellow bananas perked up on the shelves? And the homemade breads (look like crackers) and kale chips? It's hippie heaven in PA Dutchland Uber Alles. Try all the banana whips - but my favorite is the tutti fruiti. Try the green smoothie. Drink one every day and you will glow with radiance. Bring your friends. They will think you are incredible for unveiling this place. They will secretly inform you, they too hate fast food and want to be like Arnold and eat banana whips every day. Meet Arnold - a YouTube sensation. Buy his book. Go to his raw food event. You will love yourself!

I love all of the events this place has! The place has a very nice health community feel to it. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often! I love it just for the community like feel and friendliness! The food is cheaper than raw foods around my place, which I like too! The place was a little tricky to find. It was in between the two streets from the one the address says it is, and the street that has the train station that is directly behind that street. I went to a cooking class tonight and had a great time! I would recommend going to events, you get to meet people, learn recipes for new foods, and learn fun food facts!

Love the simplicity of this place. So many good options! Everything is delicious.

I was hunting for a juice shop in the Lansdale area and was referred to Arnold's Way. Boy am I glad! There aren't many places that have smoothies and juices made with all natural ingredients. I can't stand when I get a smoothie and I see them putting Tropicana concentrated types of juices in my smoothie, so needless to say, I am happy to finally find a place that doesn't do that. Everything I've had is delicious! Their banana whips are amazing and only $3.00! If you care about your health + taste, try this place out.

So delicious and healthy! I don't often eat raw, but happy to have this option with delivery and takeout. My favorite was the pizza!

The best way to maintain/improve your health is to live a quality lifestyle, see your doctor…read moreregularly and be educated about how to maintain your wellbeing on a daily basis through diet, exercise and appropriate nutritional supplements that can assist you in small ways often overlooked by allopathic physicians. Holly Hill Health is a 30+ year retail space in the Montgomery Commons Mall. It is one of the largest outlets for health foods, vitamins and esoteric capsules of natural minerals, oils and topical creams in the region. In addition to all those bottles on shelves, its staff is extremely knowledgeable on the proper use, dosage and alternatives that must be considered when assisting in personal health while also taking instruction from a personal physician. Their nutritionists and holistic specialists know the right questions to be asked, listen closely to your answers, and walk you to the section of the store where they show you what to consider. In my situation, I was looking for a few things for the family; lecithin for hair strengthening, Vitamin C, D3 and K-2 for enhanced immunity and cardiovascular health. My guide volunteer showed me the available choices, suggested what to avoid based on the prescription drugs taken, and made sure I selected the right dosages (sometimes less is more). Holly Hill has many private label options where discounted price is most apparent. I bought some of them, but appreciated when a different brand was recommended for its improved beneficial therapeutic impact. Supplements are not cheap these days, and their popularity is growing. There was a touch of sticker shock when a handful of small bottles ran a tab over the century mark. But, it is what it is. Still, they are now a part of my health regime and my budget, and will remain so until a better solution to health maintenance comes along.

Update: Sean, thank you for your response. I am so pleased to learn that this issue was…read moreresearched and that the product has been pulled. I still have the defective product and will return it for exchange. ************************************************************* After purchasing Peppermint oil for the first time and loving the product, we purchased a second bottle. Something was wrong with the batch....my husband used it as usual, came to bed, and I immediately smelled a foul odor. We checked it again over a couple of days and took it back to the store. The sales person said she only smelled peppermint(??!!). We then, in front of the sales person, opened another bottle that had the same odor. The explanation was that they make different batches. We had certainly hoped it would at least be investigated in case a bacteria had gotten into that batch. We were offered a credit but not a refund. We have found a wonderful product online and will not be ordering from Holly Hill again. My advice: check your product before you leave the store. The store that "cares about you" didn't quite care enough to refund our money.
