The place was empty which was nice because we were seated immediately. The service was friendly and quick, the young man in particular made our experience nice. The food came out quickly and was brought to us by a cute little "cat" robot. My daughter is obsessed with their steak skewers. The "bao down" buns with pork chops are delicious, as are the dumplings. The ramen was great as well. The decor features all different anime characters and they have a tv that plays cartoons. Second time visiting, and unfortunately it confirmed my first impression. The spicy seafood ramen had an extremely thick, heavy broth, and the seafood flavor was overpoweringly fishy. I normally finish any seafood dish--ramen included--and usually enjoy every bite, but this time I couldn't eat it. Everything is always so good here ! This time I tried the Tonkatsu noodle and everything was great next time I might ask for no corn but overall it was great. I also ordered the pork buns these were so good I could prob eat 4 of them. The place was super clean, friendly workers and there is a cat robot that brings your food which is awesome. The service was great the employees made sure I had water and everything I needed. Parking isn't bad either there are other restaurants and shops around and parking is not hard to find at all. You could even watch anime on the big screen above the counter. Overall, the experience was great. Our server was pretty good and we liked the robot waiter, but the Salmon Ramen was not very good. The broth tasted like it was made with bullion. It was salty with no depth of flavor. Definitely not made with bones and simmered for hours. The salmon was overcooked, bland, and fishy, the wood fungus and the slice of fishcake were pretty gross. Usually, my family and I eat at "Momoyama", in Willow Grove. Being Noodle House's menu is pretty similar, we decided to give it a try. The Chasu Bao was very good. Unlike Momoyama, Noodle House uses Romain lettuce, instead of iceberg. You really need iceberg lettuce to give the soft pork/soft bao a nice contrast by adding some crunch. Also, they were on the cold side. Much better warm. Next, the ramen was delicious, with many selections. I especially liked the make your own menu, but be forewarned, the price can add up quickly, as everything on the menu is an extra charge to the $8.00 soup base. The ramen was hot, but could have been hotter. I only ate half my bowl, before it became cold. The fried rice is nothing special and pretty expensive for what it is. The spring rolls are delicious, but very, very small. Also, the liquid sauce they serve with it is more of a dumpling sauce. I would have prefered a thicker sauce. They do have a large menu of beverages, which is nice. However, $6 for two cups of hot tea is a bit much, especially with no refills. The prices are very high, compared to similar restaurants. Over $70 for lunch [for two] is pretty expensive. Whatever your bill is at other restaurants, add 40%. The ambiance of the restaurant is very juvenile- I felt like I was in a childs restaurant. Cartoons playing on a muted large screen TV, while loud rap music blared from the speakers. Anime plastered all over the walls, even a large statue of a some type of anime samurai figure greeting you as soon as you walk in. They even have a talking robot to deliver your food. If I had children with me, I'm sure they would have loved it. Definitely not a place for a quiet or romantic meal. All in all, good food, childish ambiance, high prices. read more

Interesting concept with all the anime and a robot delivering food. I'm just happy the ramen tastes good. I just wished that the ramen came out piping hot and not just above warm. You can make your own ramen or order one already made up. It's crazy to have to pay $1 to add scallion. That should be a free add on. I like that they have bubble tea and it's not hand mixed but spun by a machine. Overall, a good place for ramen. Definitely will return to try other items on the menu. Noodle House is very unique as it is a super weeby ramen joint, and I loved that! There are cool things like games and anime posters everywhere and also manga you could pick up and read during your meal. There is a super cute talking and moving automated cat robot that brings you your food! I loved that. If you touch it's ears, it also reacts to it. The interior feels the closest to Japan-themed shop you could get, and I loved that. The only thing is, I thought the ramen was a little pricey for the quality of ramen but I still very much enjoyed the experience of eating in a super anime themed spot! read more

After giving this place more than one visit - I figured it was time to give them a review! This place has quite the assortment of visual stimulation and by that I mean the Anime plastered all over its walls, travel specially Paris themed tables and a robot that delivers your food. My son was a lil disappointed that his favorite show was not prominently displayed as according to him has a big following and like well over hundreds of episodes. Me of course cannot even remember the name of the show. Biggest draw for my kids is the skewers especially the grilled chicken wings and can't forget the bao buns. How's the ramen you ask? They have this really cute machine that brings your food over to you but the service is also very nice and prompt! To start we got the waffle fries and wow! So much flavor with a sweet and sour sauce with some char siu pieces. One of the BEST fries! We will be back just to get these fries! We got the Bao down, chicken skewer for the kiddo and she thought it was really good! Chicken was moist and not dry, sauce was not over powering. The ramen: anime (spicy) ramen and the miso ramen was very good! The spicy was not too spicy and had a lot of flavor. The char siu was melt in your mouth kind. So so good!
