Went into the store to order my food with a friend. Ended up leaving after about 8-10 minutes with no one coming from the back. So i go out to my car and try to order online and it wont let me pick a time.i call the store and the girl takes my order and i go in to pay and was told just so you know next time we wont take your order this late!!! The new Warminster location looks awesome. It is in the same plaza but over next to the Planet Fitness now. I usually get a create your own salad and pick out the toppings I want (kale, avocado, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, quinoa, tortilla strips, w/ salsa ranch dressing). Now they even have 8 different soups to pick from also. My favorite soups so far have been the cheddar broccoli and the turkey sausage and kale. My friend usually gets a wrap and she says they are great. They even toast the tortilla for you! Definitely our new go-to quick, healthy lunch spot! read more

I wasn't very impressed at all with this location. I was looking forward to the half salad/Sandwich combo, and left totally disappointed. I ordered the BLT, and the guy making it had no idea how much to put on. I ended up with 4 half slice pieces (2 full) of seriously undercooked bacon, a ton of mayo and 1 lettuce leaf and 2 small tomato slices, which were icky. I had to use the lettuce from my half travoli salad to bulk it up. All bread no substance. Other locations have always made a nice sandwich, not this one. I love Saladworks, and I crave it constantly when I am not in PA. I was disappointed to find out that they discontinued their wildly popular $6 salads on Wednesdays, but that doesn't stop me from patronizing the store when I am home. I make my own salad: lettuce, white pasta, grilled chicken and cheddar cheese with fat free honey mustard mixed in. I also get dressing added on the side (for an up-charge) because I like to dip my warm wheat roll in it. Admittedly, the ingredients can be hit or miss. Some days the lettuce can seem a little wilted. Other times the lettuce is grainy, as if there is sand in it. I would say 85% of the time though, everything is superbly fresh. Today was a 15% kind of day, with the lettuce a little wilted. The salad was still awesome, and Saladworks continues to be the only place I eat salad (seriously...it is usually against my morals to call a salad a meal). For around 350 calories, I get a huge, filling, customized and tasty salad, and for another 100 or so (depending on how much butter I use) I get a wheat roll that rules all other wheat rolls. The 15% of the time the lettuce isn't fresh, combined with the sort of high (and now no longer promotional) prices knocks a star off. Otherwise, this is a salad offering after my own heart. read more

This one is right next to the gym so it is a perfect location and the food here is very fresh, as opposed to a couple of other locations I have visited that were not quite as good. I didn't even end up with my salad. I came in around 5pm today, a Monday. I ordered my salad and a small soup and went to pay. The male cashier with dark hair and piercings couldn't ring up the ladies order who was in front of me. No idea why. She left. I went to pay with a gift card that I got back in January but haven't gotten to use. I was on my way home and passed this location and was hungry so I stopped. He couldn't figure out how to ring up my gift card. He asked if I had a card to pay with instead in which I said I only came here because I have an e-gift card. Is there someone here that knows how to ring one up. Which he responded "I did it this way before. Idk why it won't work this time. Maybe it's for a different location." I said that's ridiculous as that is not a thing especially with an E-gift card. I showed him the active balance and how it's in my name. He told me I have to pay with card because there is now a line forming (of one other lady). I walked out and will enjoy the salad bar at the Giant next door. Please train your employees to use your POS and maybe teach them customer service skills while you're at it! read more

Food is good and fresh, but the staff is clearly under-trained and they seem to not really care either. There was only one person making sandwiches and 2 making salads, and one on the register and every one of them besides the one salad maker seemed either noticibly intoxicated or too tired to care about the customers. The line was outrageously long because of their sloth efforts to try and serve all the customers efficiently and this was around the lunch time hours. I saw more customers walk away rather than waiting in line. As a manager, I would be upset at the loss of potential business. Otherwise the place is clean and the food is great, but downright lousy customer service. I also tried to look online so I could contact the franchise, but theres no option to contact them on their website. Makes me wonder if they also do not care about good customer service... read more

No complaints! The food is beyond good and they have the nicest staff you will ever meet. The restaurant is clean and has nice music playing. I ordered a salad. They were out of the salad I chose. The employee had gloves on , he went into the back room to replenish the empty bin of salad. He touched the door and other unrelated food items along his way. With the same gloves on, the employee made my salad using his hands to put my salad and toppings into the bowl. He did not use the proper utensils to pick up any of the salad or toppings. They had the tongs in each salad and topping. I had to ask him to put clean gloves on and not to use his hands. I also asked for a new salad. I've been to other Salad Works and have never seen them use their hands. The first thing he should have done after getting the salad was to put clean gloves on before making my salad. read more

This is one of the nicer Salad Works I have ever been in. The place is spotless clean and very homey inside. While they offer the same fare as other Salad Works, I prefer this to the others I have visited because you can tell the folks who run/manage this place care a lot about customers, customer service, cleanliness and the overall dining experience. read more

What a disturbing experience. My husband and I stopped in about 7:30 this evening. The hours posted at the door indicated it closed at 9:00 p.m. we sat down to eat and halfway through our meal the female worker started to wipe down the tables and turn the chairs upside down on top of the tables, as if they were closing. I looked at my watch and it was 8:00, one full hour before closing time. Since she was spraying and wiping the tables near where we were eating, strong bleach fumes surrounded us making it impossible to enjoy our food. My husband had to stop eating because he started to sneeze and his eyes were watering. Cleaning up while patrons are eating is rude and inconsiderate and it could have waited until we finished and left. Saladworks is a great salad place but this location is truly not a great one! I have been to other Saladworks and they give you more salad and toppings then this location. I have gotten brownish color lettuce several times, hate that! The staff there is nice and it is clean. The staff today was just lazy, both on the portions of the three salads I ordered and in the fact that they refused to make ice tea, claiming to be "out of it". We walked in at 6:15 and they don't close until 8 so I dont understand what her problem was. When we got up to the counter, there was a boy who was making the salads and he did something wrong and another employee belittled him in front of everyone! When I got to the register, the girl (same one with the attitude problem from the beginning) grabbed my card out of my hand, didn't make eye contact with me, and when I thanked her just rolled her eyes! When trying to order over the phone we were told they were closing soon, but they weren't closing for another 45 minutes and then proceeded to tell us they were busy. We asked what that meant and she said well I guess nothing. When getting there to pick up our salads our rolls were dropped on the floor and they said well you might as well throw them away, hoping that was the only consideration. We asked for an extra butter and were told they were running low, so unsure about that response. They were talking about boxes of things around that are older than they are, doesn't seem like conversations that should be happening in front of customers. The food is great although I feel a bit overpriced. This location had two rude girls who shouted at you when asking what topping or dressings you wanted. The cashier was courteous and helpful when I inquired about the club card. (Which is no longer used btw). Overall I just didn't get a warm and friendly feeling from being there. This saladworks has really gone downhill across the board. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. A few months back, there was this girl there who was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I chalked it up as her having a bad day and didn't think much of it. I went in again recently and same girl was there and ruder than before. She was my cashier and didn't once may eye contact with me and acted like me being there was annoying her. I said "thanks. Hope you have a good day!"... nothing. She handed me my bag and walked away rolling her eyes. I work in customer service and that behavior should NOT be tolerated by management. I also made a create your own salad. The greens were wilted and barely any there. I went at 12. And the girl who made it, messed up and gave me the wrong chicken but I hadn't noticed until I got home, as I was paying for the salad while she finished up. The only reason I wasnt mad was because that young lady was friendly and nice. Good customer service goes a long way. Had horrible service at the Saladworks on 872 street rd in warminster. I was in there yesterday around 6:20 and the shift runner said I couldn't use the Groupon because he was told by his manager Corey that I keep reusing groupons which is totally not true and I even said how are you going to accuse me you don't know me and the shift runner on duty said " I seen you in here before" and I'm like we haven been here in much because of COVID I was only in 3 days before that and if the cashier is forgetting to make sure the Groupon is reedemed that's the cashiers fault not mine I been going in there for years never had an issue plus I can't not keep reusing the same groupons because it would say your Groupon has been termed I even showed the cashier that. If there was an issue with that not my fault the cashiers fault so don't accuse and assume it's me because it could of been a misunderstanding that the cashier did. On top of that I wrote a review on their website I go in and look today and they deleted it plus I wrote an email complaint never heard back definitly not going back to that Saladworks again read more
