Met my childhood friend here for lunch. Duke's is inside a business complex, but don't let that stop you. Anyone can dine here. Atmosphere: Duke's is a vibe!! They play music and the decor is soooooo cool!!! Service: The owner knows the regulars. She's very accommodating. Danny was awesome, too!! They made sure we were good. Let's get to the food!!! The menu is diverse. They have something for everyone. We ordered a Cobb salad that was fresh and delicious!! We ordered burgers: I had the Chipotle burger with avocado, extra onions bacon, and Chipotle sauce. My childhood beastie had the same burger except she had a teriyaki sauce. I had Tatar tots with parmesean cheese and truffle oil. Omggggg!!! They were sooo good. After I got home and ate the rest of them, I wanted more!!! It's tucked inside of some huge large building complex like as if its their own cafeteria? And the parking was right in front but then too crowded i was lucky to find the spot Inside was actually well decorated with kiosks and also barcode menu etc But then waiting for food was forever like one woman was working and she made all food by herself for my group of 7 people I asked the staff if we could put two tables together and she said of course we could, And she delivered food to our tables one by one Some got her food first and i got mine after everyone finished theirs My burrito seems already comes with egg and sausage inside so i didnt bother to pick any extra but she came out saying i didnt pick any meat? Duke's Cafe is located in the office building at 100 Witmer Avenue, and is easy to miss without road nor large building signs anywhere in sight. Still, it is worth exploring until found because you are in for a treat for breakfast or lunch If you do. This Black woman owned/operated kitchen caters primarily the tenants in the four story edifice, but were certainly happy to see an outsider there to check them out. I parked in the ample back parking lot and then walked the first floor halls until I found Duke's at the far left (east) of the building. The space was clean with oldie soul music filling the room. I scanned in to order from my phone, but also could have just placed my order directly with Rai, the owner's niece who was a one person show this day. I ordered Cloud 9, a combination of a french toast sandwich filled with spicy sausage links, eggs, cheese and tasty sauce. With side cup of breakfast syrup, it was almost more than I could eat, but delicious all the way down. The cross section of textures and flavors made it both unusual and unexpectedly delectable. Half would have been enough for me, but I just couldn't leave anything behind or in a doggy bag when it was awesome right off the grill, and I had watched Rai prepare everything from scratch. Well worth the morning cruise from home to try Duke's, even at 30 minutes. I'm told there is a second Cafe not far from this joint - definitely a credit to their work ethic and culinary success. So glad my gf and I found this place because it was a hidden GEM! I ordered the chix salad blt, and my gf had the buffalo chix wrap. Unfortunately, I don't remember the ladies name who helped us but she was wonderful and extremely informative. The food was outstanding and all the recommendations were a HOMERUN :) We will definitely come back, but they need some signs outside the office because it was a little hard to find. read more

Service was excellent! We felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as we walked in, greeted by Mrs. D (owner) and Mrs. Vicky. The hubby and I decided on the cloud 9 sandwich and it did not disappoint. I'm all about spicy and this sandwich was the perfect touch of sweet and savory with fluffy French toast. The sandwich was huge, I had enough for breakfast the next day. Today I went to Duke's Cafe on gibraltar rd in horsham. I had a sandwich called "Salmon my burger" it actually comes on a brioche bun. I decided to have mine in a spinach wrap. I must say it was AMAAAAZING!!! I added tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. To top it off I also added the in house made jerk sauce!!! What a lovely kick it gave my wrap. I love that at this establishment everything is made to order!!! No food sitting under lamps here. Tell Dee the owner how you want it, and if she has it she will do it for you!! We stumbled onto this place looking for something different for breakfast. We were very well received by Roberta and later by Vickie. They have a great menu for breakfast that will fill even the big eaters (as I am one). The place is clean and the girls make you feel like you have known them forever. Love it and I will be back often. My only bad thing was that they are not open on weekends but understood since they are located in a business building. A bit hard to find, but a wonderful café. Good, fresh, healthy food. Good music and good service. I stopped for lunch with a friend. We were done eating and just sitting and chatting at closing time. We place a large order every Thursday for our business, and it is always delicious. Duke's is able to accommodate our very large order and everything is always delivered hot and accurate!
