This location was pretty busy when I came in and spent a couple hours doing some remote work. The service was solid, and the food came out timely. I kind of came in famished and had no idea what I wanted to eat. I ended up ordering so much food, but they didn't mind giving me takeaway bags to take my leftovers home. I don't remember all the foods I ordered because it was actually quite a lot, but it was all pretty filling and delectable. I have no idea how the Panera brand could be attached to this place. And please note that the link for customer feedback provided in the email is broken. Where do I start? From the initial ordering process all the way through the amazingly long wait time to only then discover that they still had messed up the order, was wrong. And we were not the only ones. Customers were coming in constantly who also had gotten a screwed up order. Crazy enough is that the staff wants to argue with the customer about who is at fault for the staff messing up their order. I come here at least once a week and the service is always great and food is delicious. Last Sunday I didn't have alot of money to get a full meal anywhere for breakfast so I went to panera. I waited at the window for about 3 minutes but I always wait because I asked for my bagel toasted. She came to the window and gave me the bagel for free. I ordered a modified baker's dozen bagels to be delivered through Grub Hub. Although it was late, it didn't cause any inconvenience. It was, however, wrong. You can see your Grub Hub delivery person's route and she had another stop before me. It looks like Panera put my name on the other person's order. Grub Hub corrected the issue and and refunded my money so I could place another order. The "everything" bagels were just thrown in with the plain and cinnamon raison. NO separate bag. The plain bagels aren't a big deal but everything seasoning on the cinnamon raison bagels doesn't work. Now I'm swimming in bagels...good thing I have company coming soon. read more

I traveled from Norfolk VA to participate in a swim meet. I came to Panera early in the morning at 6:30am. The noise of the workers laughing and talking loud hit me like a tornado. They were all standing around chit chatting. I ordered a bagel with butter through the kiosk. I was summoned to pick up my order but they forgot the butter. The bagel was warm but by the time I got the attention of one of them to give me butter, the bagel was no longer warm. I also used the bathroom it hadn't been touched that morning. read more

I had a horrific experience on 9/19/24. Hot coffee was handed to me thru drive thru. The cup immediately starts to bend and hot coffee spills on me and inside my car. The young man apologized, handed me a wad of napkins to clean spilled coffee. He offers me another coffee...i drive away and pick up coffee to take a sip and again the lid pops off and cup bends in half and spills all over me while driving almost causing an accident..i pull over and clean myself and the spilled coffee again. This was no coincidence the cup was definitely faulty and was flimsy and thin. They should not be serving hot coffee in these flimsy cups causing injuries to their customers. read more

Literally the worst Panera ever. They are so slow, customer service is bad, etc. I only come here as it is the closest Panera to my house and I am a sip club member. This location shares a parking lot with a Tropical Smoothie and a Jamaican restaurant and there is never enough parking. They'll get your order wrong every time and none of the employees know what they are talking about. My wife and I have been weekly guests of Panera for nearly 20 years, chosing to go there for coffee and bagels/pastries after services at our church each Sunday. Panera has changed greatly during this period of time. They have greatly reduced their emphasis as a bakery in favor of offering full-fare fast food type offerings. This has happened during the change of ownership process which now has Panera run by a private-equity CEO. The emphasis is now on higher priced, higher margin sandwiches and large scale cost cutting to improve the bottom line. The older stores are shabby in need of refreshing and replacement of worn out furniture and fixtures. In doing so they have forgotten that they made their mark as a bakery, The St.Louis Bread Company. Now, they regularly run out of bagels and pastries, especially on holidays. This is clearly a cost cutting measure as it reduces costs of throw away/stale product. This is a mantra of "it's better to turn a customer away than to throw away unsold/stale product". This new model is unappealing and the CEO continues to try to sell Panera as the same family spot that it used to be. At least he could be honest about it but he's being disingenuous, and that means I can't trust him or his products. Too bad for us. Good luck on your new journey, Panera. read more

Ok, I went back to this location hoping that I could try another bagel. Nope, not gonna happen so they don't serve bagel throughout the day. What a shame... I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, Kettle Chips and Chocolate Chip cookie. That with the cookie brought the total to I believe 14. Not even worth it at all. The Chicken Sandwich looked good but was gross. Yuck! I couldn't eat it It actually made my stomach hurt. So as far as the regular food it's a DEFINITELY NO!!!!! For me I'll stick to the Bagels. When I tried to call the number on the receipt and the corporate customer care number, no one answered. The catering associate did not answer my email and I had to call the next morning to notify them of their error. I have never had a worst experience than this Panera. I placed an order with them for catering delivery and not only was it 45 minutes late, when I called to ask when I could expect it, I was told that the driver was delivering other orders on their route and dropping off based on when the orders were placed. I placed my order 12 days before I needed it so I highly doubt all the orders were placed that far in advance. Saturday at 8:39, we stopped at this location to pick up dinner to bring home. As we approached the door, the glare we received from the blonde woman at the register caused me to reconsider our decision to stop at this location. I was thinking that the restaurant was probably closing in 20 minutes, but I had seen a line of cars at the drive through. And we still had 20 minutes, right? Blondie in the blue sweat jacket with red stripes running down the sleeves was very impatient and rude. She kept trying to hurry us along by repeatedly asking "Anything else?" in the most irritating way possible. After all of this drama, she didn't even record the order correctly, leaving out one person entirely. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt for her behavior -- bad day, lack of sleep, drugs. But none of that is my problem. I was going to leave a $0 tip, but didn't want her dysfunction to penalize the rest of the crew. And I was also worried that not leaving a tip might entice her to do something to our food. She was that unsavory. As I was waiting, I googled that location and happened to see that they closed at 9:30, leaving NO excuse for the service at the register. The food itself was great, so I have to agree with the reviews that the kitchen staff was great, but customer service was awful. Next time, I will drive an extra 20 minutes to find another Panera location. It's too bad that one person can bring such public discredit to this restaurant. This place is awful. Ordered two pair deals to be delivered to home address. When it arrived, I was missing a grilled cheese sandwich. I contacted the restaurant and after a 15 minute wait on hold I got to talk with a manager named Anthony. He chuckled when I said about the sandwich missing and made the remark it was a grilled cheese kind of day. He indicated that they had no drivers to bring it out. I had to ask him what he was going to do about correcting this matter. He said I think I can give you a partial payment refund and he left it at that. Several days later no refund receive.
