Gyro meat looked like it came out of a frozen premade bag and so did the calamari (8 small rings for $12) the Greek salad on a positive note was very good but that's about it. I came in for lunch just before noon during the week. I sat at a table inside. There was one person working in the front. She was answering the phones as well as being the server. I was helped nice and quick and the food came out fast. I had the gyro platter which had fries and a soda. Everything was really good. Belle, Greek is a cozy little restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. Our experience here is as follows. Food: the pasta dishes are good and the marinara sauce is awesome. Anything with meatballs in it is fantastic. Their baked meatball appetizer is a definite must try. Chicken skewers were not great, and interestingly the gyro meat tastes a little different than any other place I've had it. It's not bad, it's just different, and it may or may not be to your liking. They offer a good variety of deserts. Be sure to step inside to look at all the options available if you are dining outside Service: Good overall. Nothing outstanding, and nothing poor either. Drinks were refilled without any issue or having to ask. Ambiance: inside the restaurant has about 8 to 10 tables. It's small. There is a vine lattice that goes across the ceiling, which creates a warm feel and makes the indoor seating a bit more comfortable. The outside patio has a half a dozen tables and it is covered in the winter. If you were looking for decent Greek food at a reasonable price, I would recommend this restaurant to you. read more

Before the era of quarantine, Bellgreek used to be a regular Tuesday night stop for our family for the gyro specials. It was perfect because they were open late, and we could go and grab a casual, delicious family dinner after our child's dance classes. Fast forward many months (and no dining out) later, and Bellgreek was the first restaurant that my husband thought of to celebrate our anniversary. We honeymooned, in part, in Greece, and we thought it would be a nice throw-back to get Greek takeout, which we. Thought to a park to eat. It was perfect: the food, as always, was delicious, safely prepared and presented to us for pick-up, and the staff was as friendly and helpful as always. The lamb gyro meat at Bell Greek is to die for! Probably the best I've had in a really long time. It was really tender and juicy. I wasn't crazy about the sauce and cheese on the rice (since I'm allergic to dairy and asked them not to put any dairy items on my meal -- the reason for only 4-stars), but they were willing to make a substitution of hummus for their tzatziki sauce. Went here today for lunch with my boyfriend and it was definitely the right decision. We both got gyros, i got the lamb and he had the chicken. The lamb meat was so flavorful and fresh and the tatziki sauce was to die for! Hands down best gyro I've had in Virginia! The service was great as well, our waitress was Annalise (apologies if I spelled it wrong) but her and the other nice woman working were constantly giving refills at the perfect times and made an effort to check on us but also allow us to enjoy our meals. We came shortly after they opened and after we sat down the dining area quickly filled up around us, so it's obviously a pretty popular spot. I wish I could've taken a picture of my food before I ate it but it was too delicious to stop! 10/10, will definitely be coming back to check out some more dishes and explore the desserts as well! read more

Thick and creamy with strips of cucumber. - Spanakopita also excellent; flaky exterior stuffed full of warm spinach and cheese. - Baklava was very good with lots of crispy filo layers on top and moist honey soaked finely chopped walnuts below. - Service was good, and appreciated the outdoor seating given Covid. Cons: - Greek Gyro Bowl was disappointing to me. The rice was cheap without much flavor, and the gyro meat hadn't been roasted enough and was very limp. Similarly the chopped lettuce and tomatoes were cheap. I wouldn't order any of their gyros again. - Chicken Souvlaki was also just OK. A little dry. - The location of the restaurant is next to a quaint little wooded area.... and an empty lot. Seriously the next three stores in the building strip are vacant and Bell Greek is the only one open. If you don't like the isolation/dead area, then perhaps take out would be best for this restaurant. Would return mainly just for their appetizers and dessert. read more

What a delicious dinner! The food gets 5 stars easy. The Greek bowl with falafel, perfection! Spanakopita and dolmades, so so so good! Place is tiny and was packed when we arrived and the ac just couldn't keep up (but it was over 100 outside so there's that). Service was eh, she forgot our apps until we asked for them so they came after the main courses. Will definitely be back, for take out for sure and maybe to sit outside.
