I recently visited Four Seasons Restaurant, and overall I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The customer service was excellent, and the food was good. The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere with great décor. That said, I don't think it's much of a family restaurant--it's better suited for adults. I also think the breakfast menu could use some updates. At most breakfast restaurants, you're able to substitute eggs for another side, but that wasn't an option here. I also found the breakfast menu a little confusing and think it could be organized more clearly. I drive by here a lot and it seems like it always has a decent amount of people dining so I decided to take my mom for lunch. It looks like it would be more of an upscale place, but I would say it's a normal eatery that works well for a casual lunch or something a little nicer too. They offered a selection of lunch specials as well as their regular menu with appetizers, salads, subs, pasta, etc. After much deliberation (the server stopped by probably three times and we still weren't ready) I decided on the fettuccine with white clam sauce which came with some bread and butter, and soup or salad. I went with the soup of the day which was chicken orzo. My mom chose the lamb gyro sandwich and for her side she went with the veggie of the day which was roasted Brussels sprouts with honey. Overall I thought the food was good. It was definitely well-seasoned. The orzo in the soup was a little mushy for my preference, but the fettuccine was a good texture. The white clam sauce was loaded with clams and garlic. I really enjoyed my dish. My mom enjoyed her gyro sandwich, I did take a small taste of the lamb and it was delicious. The Brussels sprouts were probably my favorite of everything though. They were roasted perfectly, still a little firm with some crispier toastier leaves in the mix and a sweet glaze. The service was fine, I thought the server was very nice. She was most attentive when waiting for us to order, and at the end of our meal she boxed our food up for us which is always a nice touch. Food was great. Drinks were great. Service? Garbage. The order of how they ran things? Terrible. This is the second time I've been here now. Both on a holiday of sorts- this past time being Mother's Day. We had come in around 10:45am so we could get seated for lunch a little earlier than their lunch crowds would appear. They gave us an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. That being said- we waited 45 minutes to be seated. They were 'transferring' from breakfast to lunch (never heard of a restaurant doing that before) and did not seat anybody within that 45 minutes. They had people coming in and getting added to their list, gave them 15-30 minute wait times but then proceeded to not seat anyone else that arrived until way past the timeframes given. Once it hit 11:30 they decided to start seating everyone. And I mean everyone. They definitely did not spread out the timing of the seating so the servers they had were overwhelmed. As someone who has previous experience in the restaurant industry I know this backs up both the kitchen and the servers when doing this. So that being said- we waited for a long time at the end of our meal for the server to check in on us, give us boxes, and provide our check. I will NEVER be going back, I don't care how good their food was. The service was garbage. The manager had given us a coupon for our 'next visit' but I am not going to waste my time. Five Stars for Four Seasons! Winter, Spring , Summer or Fall, any season is a great time to feast at this cool eatery! My friends and I have visiting this casual spot several times. The food is always good and the service top notch. The booths are large and cozy and it's super tidy! Nice decor and pleasant atmosphere. I had a salad which came with egg salad, chicken salad, and pasta salad, along with cucumbers, greens and tomatoes - and a yummy croissant! So fresh and delish! The pie was to die for! I may give this restaurant a second chance. Went here with a few friends for breakfast. The staff was not friendly and the waitress we had wasn't knowledgeable of the menu nor was she attentive. We had to ask for everything from silverware to coffee refills. At one point I had to get up to ask a different waitress for assistance at our table. This was a weekday and not busy. I asked if the corned beef hash was freshly made or out of the can. She said made by the cooks. Not! It was from a can. I didn't want to send it back, but was annoyed with the waitress for telling me a lie or doesn't know the difference. Which if that's the case, she needs to find a different job. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME: On Sunday, May 17, 2026, I had lunch with friends at the Four Seasons Restaurant in Midlothian. While my meal was OKAY, I tipped accordingly. When I received my bank statement on July 9, 2026, the entry for Four Seasons was inflated by $2! That extra amount may not seem like a lot to most folks, but as a senior on a fixed income, every nickel counts! I immediately called and spoke with the restaurant's manager. Her responses were lukewarm and there was NO apology for the wait staff's action. Their resolution: A $2 REFUND ON MY PHONE and NOT TO MY BANK. When I called to ascertain why, I was disconnected. I visited here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at how casual (in a good way!) it was. Breakfast is reasonably priced and has some extensive options of pancakes and eggs, making it a great new place to try! The omelets were unique and featured veggies and combinations like the Gyro omelette. The staff was very attentive and genuine. You get a "mom and pop" vibe, but slightly more modern. I usually love the food and the service. This time our server was more concerned with a large group at the other end of the restaurant and we were treated poorly. Why they would do that to a server??? They certainly were not short staffed, and she absolutely could not handle it. Unfortunately, that's a star off. No one should be running from one end to another. And she did very little of that. Our drinks never got refilled, nor our bread until we asked another server who sung the other waitresses praises, told us to give her a break, and asked if I was happy now? Wow!!! I had visited them years ago when they were in Powhatan, and I was impressed. This was my first visit to their Midlo location. The interior is very well-done with lots of booths and tables. It gives off elevated/modern diner vibes to me. Their menu is pretty expansive and the service was top notch. My mom was being super picky, and our friendly server talked her through the menu. She opted for a salad topped with chicken and some extra bread. I ordered the club sub, forgetting that I live in Virginia and that I needed to ask for it cold. They toasted the bread, but the deli meats were cold, which is always a weird combo for me. I wrapped up half of it and ate the other half cold the next day, which was much tastier. We also had the saganaki, which was so so good, and I had the Oreo cheesecake for dessert -- decadent! Prices were reasonable, bathroom was clean, and I enjoyed my visit overall. Stopped at this new-ish restaurant for lunch while we were in town, and it was amazing! Great service, nice atmosphere, and it was PACKED! The food was delicious, and our waitress was pleasant and efficient, and knew the menu well. This was a quick catch up visit between childhood friends. The location is in a quaint section of town near a gorgeous spread of adorable homes. Only caution is to be aware of all of the street names beginning with Winter. It made things a lil tricky for non locals. Aside from that everything was so perfect. The menu has a good variety of choices, wait staff is way above average friendly and helpful, and the food was out quickly, well made, and delicious. Please save room for dessert. It's a must! We shared the strawberry tower, still had some to take home, and took the baklava to go. I don't know how this chef does it all! That's a real treat she offers guests. One very gifted lady! I'd easily take one of these as a wedding cake option. Not for a crowd that size, but for a small family celebration...Absolutely! Four seasons has a nice atmosphere but is not really a place for young families. We have only been for Brunch a few times but the service was very slow and the kids got restless. Food is average, not bad but certainly not memorable. Overall, a reliable brunch but not something I would run back to. read more

The interior of the restaurant was clean and inviting. The portions here are plentiful! The fried calamari was soo good we ordered another after finishing the first plate. The grilled pork chops were cooked perfectly and I enjoyed trying something new in the shrimp corfu dish I had. The shrimp were fresh and the meal was filling but I think the cheese and red sauce were the stronger flavors and I don't think I'd order that again. I was told I needed to have to have dessert here so we had the strawberry tower cake. The slice was enough to share and it was a combination of cheesecake, cake, and whipped cream. Came here Saturday for an somewhat early dinner. We got there 4:50 and they're about 40% full. 5:30 every table and every seat at the bar was taken. People were queued up outside. That is an indication of how good the food is. Started off with the Saganaki - very good. I had the manicotti and the Mrs the Chicken Parm. Both very tasty. Wanted to try a new place for breakfast so we decided to try Four Seasons. It was busy but we only had to wait for 5 minutes before being seated. They had several pancake options as well as traditional breakfast combos, omelettes, waffles & more. The eggs and home fries were cooked perfectly and my husband was so happy with the bacon: perfectly crispy and no fat. The pancakes were light and had plenty of fresh banana and pecans. It came in a stack of three and was very filling! Our meal only cost $24 - we've been to other places and ordered the same thing and paid much more!
