When I went in, they had just finished preparing some freshly made proteins so I had the pic of the litter. The server greeted me with a great big smile I was very patient when I tried to pick out each item . I came in and got a chicken bowl and tried their crazy feta for the first time. It was so tasty. I got a double order of the chicken and it was so freshly made, and it was so flavorful. The pita chips are a must have and they are always so crunchy and tasty. One of the things I love about cava is that they are not stingy with their portion sizes they offer you a nice amount of food for the price. One tip is that I would make sure that I get a brownie or one of those cookies when checking out. They are a great addition to top off a great meal. I decided to eat in and the place was so clean and well organized. I was able to get my drink without any issue and was able to get a Wonderful refill. I have only been to 4 cava locations and this one is my favorite one. I go there once or twice every week and most times I have gotten great experience. The staff are patient and kind, they answer questions and treat everyone with respect from what I have seen. I highly recommend this location. I see that they make sure the place is clean. Also, we are never in line for too long. I have been trying to watch my calories and I like how I can go on the cava site and see the calories in everything I would like to get. My usual is half and half with romaine lettuce and brown rice, Tzatziki, half n half Harissa Honey Chicken and sweet potato. For toppings, I get fire roasted corn, tomatoes n cucumber, Persian cucumber and feta. Yogurt dill for dressing. I get the free side pita sometimes, also the pita chips and the pita crisps. Simple but good. I like the dietary options especially since my family, we are not big meat eaters and my dad has been a vegan for close to 40 years now. I take him to cava and he loves it, he has no problem with ordering food there like other places. I have had about 4 people try cava and now they tell me they are addicted. Keyshawn is great! He is so kind and he gets us to try new things. He always got a smile on. We also met India a couple of times and she was amazing. It might have been her first day the first time we saw her and she did great. She was polite and kind. I was so hungry, I pulled it out and some of the parts of the bowl I know it had been touching, but who knows how long I had pushed it around in there. I also found a long, overcooked stalk of what looked like maybe asparagus? But very strange as I don't recall them having asparagus in house, even for the roasted veggies. Very disappointing visit. So whenever we see "Mo" at the counter we have a terrible experience at this Cava. He is rude and behaves poorly in front of customers. He is the OPPOSITE of customer-centric. He gives smaller portions, quick to tell the customer that there is an unchanged for any little kind of feedback when you ask for just a little more. We used to love coming her but when Mo is working the food quality is worse and he is not friendly with the customer. He dropped a bowl and took his frustrations out on the customer. When he speaks you can see spit coming from his mouth. Please watch out for Mo and be aware. read more

I ordered the Cava bowl, with greens, rice, choice of protein, veggies and sauce. I wasn't thrilled with the falafel, which is typically a fav of mine. They were mushy and lacked flavor. Awful falafel... The chicken was good though, nicely seasoned. The hummus was rather soupy and bland. I piled on the veggies/olives/tzatziki and the toppings pretty much saved the meal. Frankly, I prefer another similar style Mediterranean chain, but Cava was just "Meh". Casual spot to dine, no décor to speak of, plain, simple seating, looked like a cafeteria. This Huguenot location has the worse staff of any fast casual chain I have ever encountered. Even before the pandemic it was marginal. During the pandemic, I let it slide. But post pandemic - it has gone to hell. From the consistent lack of attention to customers while they wait for their order to be taken as most of the crew congregate by the middle prep table behind the counter. To the bitch resting face from both male & female order takers as they slap food into your bowl or ring you up. To the left over hard as rocks lentil that they feed you that could chip your teeth. All this body language says we're wasting the staff's time. Seriously, I have never had a less courteous vendor staff & really wonder if they take food service seriously & how that could affect the safety of the food I am putting in my body. Love Cava. Not a big fan of the online ordering. This isn't the first time I ordered through the app. 1. The portion is half the size compared to if you order in store but you pay the same price. 2. I did this order an hour ahead of time instead of selecting ASAP but it was the temperature as if it had been sitting an hour. The meat was room temperature. (I picked it up 5 minutes within the time I selected) 3. This was suppose to be 1/2 Braised Lamb 1/2 Harissa Honey Chicken. Do you see chicken in my picture? There were 3 pieces hidden in there somewhere, but this is pretty much considered a full on Braised Lamb bowl. Considering I'm sure they are trying to push for pre-orders during this time, their finished products aren't very convincing. Both times the bowl were filled half way. When I order Cava by standing in line it's always filled to the brim, but their online ordering prep line is significantly slacking. I sadly disappointed and hope this improves considering it's more convenient to pick up and go while on a lunch break. Get your moneys worth and just go inside. read more

We ordered three salads tonight online. The bowls were 75 percent full. I only order a few items so I asked for double of those but did not receive. Also it appeared that only one spoonful of chicken was given vs the two you get when you're ordering in the store. We did call and complain and they will replicate however a very disappointing online pick up for our meal. read more
