A couple of weeks ago, I visited the area with a friend to explore apartments and get a feel for the neighborhood. A coworker had recently moved there and recommended it. While driving around, I was excited to see Panera and decided to stop for lunch. I usually avoid leaving low ratings, but I have to be honest. We ordered our food and were told to wait for our names to be called. After 35 minutes, my friend went to check and found our food sitting out cold. When we asked the cashier why we weren't informed, she barely acknowledged us and dismissively said, "I don't know, I didn't give you a buzzer." We were never given a buzzer, and as first-time visitors, we had no idea about the process. A simple explanation would have made a huge difference. Her attitude was rude and unapologetic, which made the experience even more frustrating. That said, the restaurant itself was clean with a nice ambiance, many people were working on laptops. Today, I'm giving one star, but I'll return to see if the experience improves. Unfortunately, since our food was cold, we didn't enjoy it much. Hopefully, next time will be better. read more

Food is always good, but Panera's prices have gotten too high. It's hard to spend almost $15 for a sandwich, chips, and fountain drink. Service was slow...employee apologized because they were short staffed. The restaurant was clean, and the weather helped push customers outside to enjoy their meals. I will still come here, but I may wait until their staffing situation improves. read more

Multiple time I have been in the last month and they have been out of Panera staples, including bread. My last visit for lunch they were our of several soups and Mac / cheese. Service shifts at the location often (sometimes it's great and others horrible), it appears to be management issues. It is by no means clean, the tea container had residue in it and tea was cloudy. They weren't busy and the coffee / drink counter was filthy. read more

This panera is not easy to get to... I think I went through 3 traffic circles to get to the parking lot... Food was ready when we picked it up... but the bathrooms were absolutely terrible! This one is a pass for me.. lots of other good Panera's out there. read more

This review is for the Drive Thru option. I very much appreciate this location's drive thru.... but whoever runs this location doesn't grasp how important it is to have the drive ups pull forward and park. By making us that preordered and already paid wait in line makes no sense! The managers here just need to study how McDonalds handles drive thru pre-orders. They do it right! This pizza was at most on par with a microwaved lunchables pizza. Management was not cooperative with my friend who was having issues with a gift card. Employees were eating in fromt of customers with their masks off and under their chins. Employees would respond to questions with just simply "WHAT?" I understand not being able to hear because of COVID masks and coverings but there is a proper way to get clarification in that regard. Worst Panera. We love Panera and we're happy to have a new one closer to home. Looks are deceiving. It may be newer but the service is awful. Rude young staff. The drive through is insanely slow even if it's just a bagel you are ordering. Once we waited 15 min early. No line and they said they were busy (they weren't). Recently they were out of bagels at 10 a.m. Isn't that a main item?! I gave them multiple chances but no more. We will drive elsewhere. I really hesitated going to this location but my daughter and her friend really wanted soup in bread bowls for lunch. After ordering at the kiosk and setting up the table buzzer, we waited patiently for 25 minutes with no food. After I approached the counter to inquire how much longer they thought it would take, I found out they didn't have an order for me. The gentleman behind the counter asked me to come back up to the front and genuinely expressed an apology for the mistake. He needed to get his manager to help correct the situation, which is where the one star comes in. The manager had me waiting another 10 minutes before coming out and was unapologetic and rude. Apparently the system glitched and didn't take my order or charge my bank card (which I will now have to continue to check). Now more than 40 minutes into this ordeal with 2 hungry kids, no effort was made to suggest they would rush an order or compensate us for the inconvenience. Customer service matters and Managers should set the example. This store's manager failed on both! We will not return. read more

I was so excited to have a Panera so close to home, but my experience at this location was absolutely terrible. I placed an order via the app for curbside pickup. Super easy and I had high hopes. I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad and a cup of french onion soup. When I arrived at Panera, I parked, let them know I arrived on the app, and a few minutes later my food was brought out to my car. When I got home, I was excited for my lunch, but was almost instantly disappointed. My salad was supposed to be topped with strawberries, blueberries, mandarins, and pineapple. I had also asked to switch out the chicken for avocado. I opened my salad to find that I had been given plain romaine lettuce, chicken, and a few sliced strawberries. All of the other fruit was missing, no dressing, and the avocado I paid extra for was not present. My soup was just okay. It was missing the cheese and croutons it is advertised to come with, but it was edible unlike my salad. Long story short, quality control in this store is abysmal. I ended up paying $12 for a bowl of chicken I can't eat and dry lettuce and a cup of just ok soup. I tried contacting the customer service line for a refund and still have not gotten a response. I love Panera, so I'm sad this location fell short. When the craving hits, I'll be visiting another location. read more

There are a few things about this Panera that just feel different from all the others, they're one of the only Panera locations around here with a drive-thru which is very convenient on my way to work. There dining room and everything is kept so clean, they always have everything stocked up and out. When I walk into the store, I'm always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, the employees are very polite and respectful and the food is always so fresh and tasty, especially the salads! I don't leave negative reviews often but this location is awful. I will never come back. A few days ago I got a turkey BLT. Simple sandwich, wasn't expecting anything mind blowing...but it was the saddest sandwich I've ever seen. My BLT has a 1/2 piece of bacon and that was it. Today I got a green goddess salad to go. I get home to find that half of the ingredients that come on the salad are missing. A few months ago my husband and I ordered the same bowl and when we got home we realized they put different toppings on each bowl. There's ZERO consistency. But wait. It gets better. In addition to waiting 20 extra minutes order for an order placed to be ready at 11:00, they put the wrong ingredients on my sandwich, left out ingredients, and it tasted like they dumped the entire salt shaker on the sandwich. The soup I received was cold and they forgot my drinks and had to go back to get them. They flat out admitted they missed a "buzzer" that my order was ready and that I had been waiting in curbside since 10:55, but offered no remedy or solution to the inconvenience of not getting my order until 11:20. I've been coming into the cafe every Saturday morning for months, and the service prior to him being there has been spotty and uneven. In stark contrast, Kyle is fully engaged, attentive to customer needs, and provides world-class customer service. Then I finally order and they proceed to tell me it's going to be a 20 min wait. I dont recommend this panera for a quick and easy drive thru dinner. read more

This new location needs more workers or a better system with the drive thru. Not too sure if it took so long because of the drive thru? It took me about 30 mins to get my food and about 40 mins for my friend to get hers. They signaled her pager and when she went up there her food wasn't even ready When my food came out my sandwich was burnt and chicken was dry. I didn't wait 30 mins to get a burnt sandwich and dry chicken. I would've complained but that probably would've taken even longer to get a new order Ohhh, I also found out my salad - they forgot my boiled egg for my Cobb salad... Avoid this location at all cost. Long waits, incorrect orders, and the staff freestyle on what's supposed to be on the sandwiches (weirdly there was mayo dripping off our breakfast sandwiches which gross and not mentioned anywhere on the menu). Some staff members don't seem to know the difference between basic food ingredients like chicken and turkey. The whole operation is disorganized. We had to knock on the drive thru window to get our order which had been sitting, abandoned, for more than five minutes while we watched staff run around try to figure out who should be where and doing what. read more

Very disappointing. Had a less than great experience last time but didn't say anything. Decided to give it another shot but got us again. Ordered to go and the Pick 2 sandwich turned out to be (2) micro ends of a loaf... barely a 1/2 sandwich at all. Salad was okay ( it's salad) but hardly any dressing in the dressing cups. When I called, they were unable to do a partial refund and instead had to send vouchers. They should have offered a full refund due to the multiple mistakes with my order. This is probably one of the worst Panera locations in the area. Have gone multiple times and had a poor experience. went this weekend to pick up a rapid pick up order placed the night before for pick up at 1:30pm. Received a text at 1:25pm saying my order was ready. Not only was the order not ready but they informed me they didn't have any of the bagels I wanted despite placing the order more than 24 hours in advance. The best the manager "could" do was offer a refund. I would stay as far away from this location as possible. read more

I ordered bagels today because they have a special on tuesdays for a dozen bagels. I placed the ordeer online about ten minutes before I arrived, and my order did not say they were out of Asiago bagels. I specifically went to this location because all other locations updated their websites and reported they were out of Asiago bagels. When I arrived I went to the stand where rapid pickup is located only to find that nothing was being placed on the correct stand and all the pickups were sitting in the window. My receipt had see manager written on it with the Asiago bagels circled; I never spoke to the manager on shift,Marcus, instead I dealt with a very lovely associate who tried to work it out with me and offerr me different solutions. When I asked about other bagels the manager,frantic in an almost empty restaurant, poked his head out talking to the associate and not the customer and yells well we really don't have any other bagels we are so low. I understand running out of items I worK in a restaurant that runs out of things sometimes. But on a day where you have a special on bagels make more bagels than normal. I left with the instructions to return tomorrow to pickup more bagels to a location that is not convenient for me to go to and was never even offered my money back. Very disappointing read more
