This pizza was at most on par with a microwaved lunchables pizza. Management was not cooperative with my friend who was having issues with a gift card. Employees were eating in fromt of customers with their masks off and under their chins. Employees would respond to questions with just simply "WHAT?" I understand not being able to hear because of COVID masks and coverings but there is a proper way to get clarification in that regard. This place has some staffing issues and I will not be returning especially considering employees are not following COVID guidelines.

Green goddess salad is missing half of the toppings

I don't leave negative reviews often but this location is awful. I will never come back. A few days ago I got a turkey BLT. Simple sandwich, wasn't expecting anything mind blowing...but it was the saddest sandwich I've ever seen. My BLT has a 1/2 piece of bacon and that was it. Today I got a green goddess salad to go. I get home to find that half of the ingredients that come on the salad are missing. A few months ago my husband and I ordered the same bowl and when we got home we realized they put different toppings on each bowl. There's ZERO consistency. But wait. It gets better. A few minutes after writing my review I'm eating my salad and bite into something weird. No clue what it is. Hard enough that my teeth can't get through it but rubbery at the same time.

The nasty Turkey, which is not the Turkey I selected.

Worst Panera bread ever. Waited in the drive though for over 40 minutes. Never get the order right.

I'm so relieved that none of those traits got left behind at the old location! There's usually a wait, but they now offer outside tables for waiting or dining. So that's a plus. And it's worth the wait. There's a new bar, so one can sit there and enjoy a drink or a meal. That's nice. There's a new (I don't know what to call it) "dessert deli"? Where all the cakes and pastries are on display and for sale. So that trapped us on our way out. :-) And there's a dedicated door for take-out only, so if you order ahead you don't need to swim upstream of the other waiting diners to get in and grab your food, Here's something really innovative: Their parking lot is on the small side. But they are adjacent to acres of parking in the shopping center. So they run a golf cart in a loop, picking up and dropping off diners who park in the satellite lot. Wow! That's service. The restaurant business is tough. And endless number of ways to fail. But the Brick House Diner is doing everything right! PS: In a time when restaurant prices seem to be out of control, BHD is doing a great job keeping prices as low as they can. For the meal I had, I've paid 10 to 25% more at other, similar venues. So, hats off to BHD for cost control!

As it was my first time, I chose the Shrimp Spring Roll salad exactly how it's described on the menu and it is very delicious! The staff was friendly and on point with preparation. Upon entering, you will see 2 kiosk to order your food with plenty of pictures, so we did just that. I think you can also order at the counter, a few steps ahead. There were many options to choose from like salads, wraps, and bowls. We chose the Lemon Crush Bowl and Chicken Tinga Bowl. Both were equally delicious and satisfying. First, you choose your base. It comes with warm grains, but if you want extra grains or cauliflower rice, there is an up charge. Then, you get to play with the ingredients it comes with by adding or taking away some. The same with the dressing. They have so many to pick from and because I was curious, I ordered the ENZO Eureka Lemon Crush Olive Oil on the side. It is a strong lemon and olive oil taste, but good in moderation. The Greek goddess dressing was just fine, but I had try another one and no complaints. Also, you have the option of getting half a slice of bread with your bowl. Great way to push some of the last of it onto your fork. Overall, this was a healthy choice. It is on average $10-$13 per dish, but you know you're eating right. The "Taco Bell next door" temptation fizzled fast and I left feeling so grown up. Go check them out.

I got the Chopped Brisket Salad. When the food finally got there, the salad had no brisket on it. Had to get the waiter to go get it. Flavors were all good, at least the brisket was tender. Everyone else's plate at our table looked good. This comes down to the execution. Very poor. Anyway, some days you nail it and some days you don't.

There are plenty of seating, indoor and outside. Service was nice and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Their menu had a lot of different offerings from burgers, to pizza, to entrees. FOOD: ~Sticky Ribs (4.5/5): actually fall off the bone tender! The sauce was tasty. Only thing was the ends were a little too burnt, but it wasn't inedible - gave that nice char taste. ~Italian Grinder (5/5): Typical italian sandwich, but the bread was so good. The roasted peppers added a nice kick, and the sauce was yummy. ~Fries (5/5): love battered fries! And they were seasoned really well ~Catfish and grits (4/5): the grits were wonderful consistency. Catfish was fried really well and was extremely tender. The sauce was so flavorful, but it was very heavy. At first I was worried about the huge chunks of celery, but thankfully, it didn't have that strong celery flavor and added a nice crunch. A really solid meal, especially for a golf course restaurant!
