They shred Parmesan cheese on it with a grinder. The meals arrived perfectly timed. Piping hot and looking very delicious. The food was spot on - cooked just right and generous in portion size. The ambiance was very villa Italian like with soft music - the place was not quiet but no loud - just right. The server was excellent sometimes even predicting our needs.
