    Buffalo Chicken Wings (10 pieces)

Marco's Pizza Ratings: 4.3/5 Food: 4.5/5 - My sister and I was mad craving some CARBS at 9:30PM, so we decided to hit up Marco's, which is like 5 minutes away from our place. We would say that Macro's Pizza is the only fast food pizza chain that actually tasted somewhat less greasy/healthier, yet super delicious than almost most of the other pizza chains out there. This is probably my go-to pizza chain besides Domino's LOL. Would probably gave a higher rating if the cinnamon-squares wasn't drench in grease. See the descriptions of the things we ordered below. - Built Your Own Calzone [GET]: My first time trying a calzone, and it's so good. Legit FIRE, and I can eat it all day. Marco's handmade dough was so light and airy, but chewy and al dente at the same time. I got it with the signature three cheeses, chicken, steak, onion, green pepper, and mushroom with a side of Mariana sauce on the side. Calzone was hot, fresh, and wonderful, definitely made our night so much better. - Buffalo Chicken Wings [GET]: The best fast food pizza chain chicken wings you will ever find. These classic wings exceeded my expectations. They were surprisingly delicious, juicy, tender, fatty and meaty, and perfectly cooked served hot with a container of BBQ side on the side. We loved it. - Cinnamon-Squares [GET]: Freshly baked and super buttery cinnamon-squares topped with cinnamon sugar and a package of vanilla icing on the side. The cinnamon-squares are pillowy, fluffy, and soft. I believe it's their famous pizza dough with an amazing doughy texture. The only downside was that it way too greasy and oily, literally drenched in oil, but also too good to say no. My sister and I could not resist and finished it all, despite how unhealthy it tasted. Ambiance: 4/5 - This is located in the same shopping center as Publix and Planet Fitness. The decorations is like your typical fast food pizza take-out spots and vibe. Interior is clean, brightly-lit, with a fresh and lovely pizza smell. Of course, there's no indoor dining, so take-out only. Price: 4.25/5 - The built your own calzone was $8.49 with 5 toppings, buffalo chicken wings was $12.50 for 10 pieces, and the cinnamon-squares was $6.99 for 16 pieces. The total came up to be around $33 after taxes. Worth my money, because I really enjoyed it. Service: 4.25/5 - Staff was pretty nice when I went to pick it up. They greeted us and said goodbye when I leave. The ordering process on their website was seamless and easy too. The order was ready within 10 to 15 minutes. Love the efficiency and how prompt they are. BLUF: Marco's Pizza dough is not like others, so please try it out if you haven't. Go for the pizza and their chicken wings, literally FIRE. I would describe Marco's Pizza is a combination of Domino's and Blaze Pizza; it is somewhat healthier, yet so delicious and delightful.

Love the pizza bowls. It is especially good for those on low carb diets. If you still want the bread, get an order of their breadsticks.

Needless to say aside from great customer service, they also sent out respectfully almost hot, fresh and delicious pizza and a side order of cheesy bread to me.

I had the braised beef short ribs, which were melt-in-your -mouth. Paired with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted root veg, and some of the best collard greens I've ever had. He had the fried chicken with hot honey, garlic mashed potatoes, and more collard greens. That fried chicken was so crispy and delicious. Had the peach cobbler bread pudding for dessert, and it was an EXPERIENCE. The only thing that would have made the meal better was some of the slab bacon, but we'll know to come for breakfast or lunch for that next time!

Farm and Oak has been on my list and I finally made it!…read more My husband and I wanted to have lunch out and picked Farm and Oak because we haven't visited this restaurant. They have a very limited menu at lunch so you have a few appetizers to choose from, a few salads and sandwiches and burgers, so straight up American food. It does skew southern with crab cake sandwich, pimento cheese and fried chicken. For an appetizer we decided to try the wings. They were good and came with ranch drizzled over the wings. For entrees my husband got their farm & oak burger with Cole slaw and I got their wedge salad with fried chicken. Both were good. The salad was nice and cold and crisp, which was appreciated on such a hot day. It did have too much dressing so next time I might ask for less dressing or have it on the side. I enjoyed the food, service was good and it is a pretty restaurant. I'll probably come back for supper some time to try some of their more in-depth meals.

First and foremost, like most places, their prices have skyrocketed without much to show for it: small sandwich portion sizes and overpriced chips, par for the course for most big big sandwich joints these days. My sandwich was decent but frankly the only reason I left satisfied to any degree was that I had an app coupon to use; I would have felt absolutely fleeced if I had paid full price. Service is pretty unenthusiastic, and I get it, who is excited to be working in quick-service food? That said, many locations are friendlier, and Firehouse seems to be another victim of the competitive marketplace for hiring good staff. The one standout nice thing about this location is the tables out back, which are great to hang out at on nice days. It's a shared pavilion but so long as you come at a non-peak dinner time it is still relatively quiet. I may still return if decent app coupons come my way, but Firehouse these days is always at least three or four spots down my list of sandwich spots to frequent. They have fallen on hard times for sure. Overall: 2.5 stars ---- Pros: - Sandwiches are admittedly still good, hard to beat a good sandwich with nice sauces. - Seating in the back area is very nice on pretty days. - Good amount of easy parking. - App coupons make the value proposition a bit better... Cons: - ...But that doesn't make them high value. - Service is super low energy, even by casual dining standards.

Nash & Smash 2/3/26…read moreTuesday 12:50pm Finally got a chance to check out Nash & Smash. I ordered The Classic Bull / double. Combo. $16.00 Expensive but then again every thing is. The first thing I noticed is the plastic cups that came with the combo. Very, very flimsy you can not hold it without spilling something.. Looking at the menu, I also see they sell chicken. Waffle fries - they taste like the old school chick fil a waffle fries with seasoning. They were good and cooked fresh. The Classic Bull - huge! The patties didn't taste like it had seasoning on them and the bun would probably be better if it were tasted. however it's still good. I opted for their special sauce on the side because I wasn't sure how that taste. And got mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard on my burger.. after tasting the sauce I could see where it would be good on the burger. The dining room is not real big and there were a few customers in there. Family friendly.. I was surprised that they weren't more busy, especially during lunchtime and the food is not bad. The location is in a decent area with other small restaurants around. Good customer service. Overall I'd give it a 8/10. I'll return here for another burger. Definitely need to try the chicken..

We got our "shakes". I'll leave it at this. I walked back with mine and put it on the counter and told them "Don't do this again, make me wait then give us this cr*p" (forgive my language) I was peeved that after 20 minutes, we waited and we got the wateriest, lukewarm shakes that I've ever had in my entire life. He could have either said the machine was broken or that he was clueless but to call that dirty water a shake was insulting to my intelligence and dang near fraudulent.
