Marco's Pizza Ratings: 4.3/5 Food: 4.5/5 - My sister and I was mad craving some CARBS at 9:30PM, so we decided to hit up Marco's, which is like 5 minutes away from our place. We would say that Macro's Pizza is the only fast food pizza chain that actually tasted somewhat less greasy/healthier, yet super delicious than almost most of the other pizza chains out there. This is probably my go-to pizza chain besides Domino's LOL. Would probably gave a higher rating if the cinnamon-squares wasn't drench in grease. See the descriptions of the things we ordered below. - Built Your Own Calzone [GET]: My first time trying a calzone, and it's so good. Legit FIRE, and I can eat it all day. Marco's handmade dough was so light and airy, but chewy and al dente at the same time. I got it with the signature three cheeses, chicken, steak, onion, green pepper, and mushroom with a side of Mariana sauce on the side. Calzone was hot, fresh, and wonderful, definitely made our night so much better. - Buffalo Chicken Wings [GET]: The best fast food pizza chain chicken wings you will ever find. These classic wings exceeded my expectations. They were surprisingly delicious, juicy, tender, fatty and meaty, and perfectly cooked served hot with a container of BBQ side on the side. We loved it. - Cinnamon-Squares [GET]: Freshly baked and super buttery cinnamon-squares topped with cinnamon sugar and a package of vanilla icing on the side. The cinnamon-squares are pillowy, fluffy, and soft. I believe it's their famous pizza dough with an amazing doughy texture. The only downside was that it way too greasy and oily, literally drenched in oil, but also too good to say no. My sister and I could not resist and finished it all, despite how unhealthy it tasted. Ambiance: 4/5 - This is located in the same shopping center as Publix and Planet Fitness. The decorations is like your typical fast food pizza take-out spots and vibe. Interior is clean, brightly-lit, with a fresh and lovely pizza smell. Of course, there's no indoor dining, so take-out only. Price: 4.25/5 - The built your own calzone was $8.49 with 5 toppings, buffalo chicken wings was $12.50 for 10 pieces, and the cinnamon-squares was $6.99 for 16 pieces. The total came up to be around $33 after taxes. Worth my money, because I really enjoyed it. Service: 4.25/5 - Staff was pretty nice when I went to pick it up. They greeted us and said goodbye when I leave. The ordering process on their website was seamless and easy too. The order was ready within 10 to 15 minutes. Love the efficiency and how prompt they are. BLUF: Marco's Pizza dough is not like others, so please try it out if you haven't. Go for the pizza and their chicken wings, literally FIRE. I would describe Marco's Pizza is a combination of Domino's and Blaze Pizza; it is somewhat healthier, yet so delicious and delightful. read more

We have order at this location several times. My husband called in to check if they had any Super Bowl specials and the woman that answered the phone was rude . You can tell over the phone she was bothered about the questions we had about the menu. My husband told her, you do not have to be rude to me for asking. This time I call back and Tyler answer. I asked if I can speak with the manager To my surprise she was the manager, Did not wanted to provide her name, I told her to be a manager you need to be polite and professional. She hang up on me. Thank God for Marco's being 5 min from my house. They were gracious enough to deliver to me even though there was ice on the ground and it was still coming down. I was pleasantly surprised to see not only were they open, but would deliver in these conditions. Needless to say aside from great customer service, they also sent out respectfully almost hot, fresh and delicious pizza and a side order of cheesy bread to me. The crust on my pizza was gluten free which was awesome. I ordered using a coupon for a large pizza, split the pie in half for me with mushrooms and spinach, and the other half with bacon and jalapenos for my daughter. My side was yummy and hit the spot on a nasty day when I didnt want to go out in that weather. My delivery driver followed my no contact directions as asked and came faster than expected. You cant beat that good service! Thanks Marco's for good pizza and for working on a rotten icy day. I appreciate the excellent care and customer service I received. My only suggestion is for them to start offering Vegan options. Vegan sausage and dairy free cheese. I'm certain business would pick up even more if they offered that too. read more

Pizza is bomb! Very nice and friendly I like the atmosphere. I never have any trouble or anything so if you do then maybe it's you. Idk.

Love the pizza bowls. It is especially good for those on low carb diets. If you still want the bread, get an order of their breadsticks.

I was really looking forward to receiving this order...as the young man on the phone was very patient and repeated my order verbatim to me. However, I did not get the entire order...asked for a salad $6.49 and it was not included in the pickup. When I called back, I waited on hold for the call to be answered for 8 minutes and after a real person at the shop answered the call, I answered questions about what was missing, I was put on hold for 11 mor minutes... the young man who answered the phone never came back. The Marcos by where I work located in Glenn Allen never ceases to amaze me! I'm connected on the same strip as them and their always there with excellent customer service and amazing pizza EVERYTIME when I need something quick for dinner. The area manager Jay has been nothing but welcoming every time I see him! Just the other day I had placed a delivery order through door dash from another food company just for them to forget my fork.. I called Marcos (since we're neighbors) and the only employee at Marco's at the time left a fork on the counter for me to quickly come and grab so I wasn't leaving my salon unattended! If I could give 1000 stars I would best pizza I've honestly ever had and the service is top notch! Also I love that every pizza box has coupons who doesn't love a good coupon!!! I'm gonna have to drop papa johns and dominios near my house because Marcos is by far superior !!! read more
