But the past 4 different times I've been there the bottom of the pizzas are so covered in ash that it's just gross. I don't know if they need to clean up more frequently in the oven or if there's an issue with it, but when the bottom of my pizza tastes burnt despite not being burnt and the texture is gritty and powdery from all the ash, there's gotta be something going on. Otherwise I've no problem with the place. I want to eat the pizza there but I can't stand the powdery ash smothering my pizza.
