Hands down the best pizza I've had in Richmond so far! It was my first time coming in, so I was very curious as to what this place was about. Craving pizza on a week night, I was out doing shopping in Willow Lawn, and decided to give &Pizza a try! It's a "choose your own ingredients" kind of layout similar to Chipotle, I love how they bake the pizza right in front of you. Let me just say all the ingredients are fresh and the crust was perfect, not too doughy but not super thin. I've since been back three times including the second location in the fan, great customer service and atmosphere at both locations, I always order my same go-to! Yum! After a few beverages, there was a craving for some late night bites. This place has a variety of yummy pizzas, create your own options and other menu items. We opted for the Lil Roni pie and the "Hot in Here". It was close to 11 PM, our order was placed, food cooked and delivered so fast! I was really impressed... And completely satisfied with the pizzas. Both pies were hot, fresh and delicious. Lil Roni is great for the pepperoni lovers out there. The Hot in Here pie is spicy hot. They're not lying. I like spicy food, have a high tolerance, but I was shocked at how spicy they prepare this thing. Still, I liked it. I skimmed over the ingredients when ordering and didn't even notice it's a vegan pie with some plant based "chicken" on it. That part was a little strange and it was somewhat rubbery, but whatever. My pizza was fantastic but I bit into a knot that was completely raw in the middle & I just couldn't eat anything else after that. I still feel sick to my stomach after that. My wife ordered a Gluten Free, Vegan pizza (which was our whole reason for ordering from here) but they left off the Vegan cheese & the extra Vegan cheese she ordered so that really killed the vibe for hers. This is a solid pizza place to go to. You get to choose one of their premade pizzas or customize your own. My go to is the American Honey pizza. It is a bit over priced for the amount of food you get but it is a fast and reliable place to get your pizza fix. I didn't like most of their drink selections. Many were bad knock offs of mainstream drink like root beer and Coke. They have fruity sodas that are a hit or miss. The small lot across the street was for another store and said towing enforced, and given the tow truck I saw there, I'm inclined to believe them. The quality at &pizza has declined a bit over the years, with fewer options on basic crusts and toppings and not a lot of innovation. Comparatively, the CAVA across the alley had two levels of pretty seating, its own parking spots, and a menu that has kept up with the times. &pizza really hasn't added enough new vegetables or protein-heavy toppings, and I haven't been wowed by things like garlic knots or canned versions of their old sodas (what happened to my Fig Elixir?!?). In the grand scheme of things, it's still a good fast casual pizza, but this location wasn't good enough to merit coming without a discount. read more

Went there for lunch and no customers were there & was pretty much greeted by the whole staff(like 10 of them)! Not sure if that was cool or just plain creepy. Did not know what to do(how to order). I was politely escorted to the back of the store where apparently you order and was again greeted by an army of staff. I was guided to an overhead TV menu of different types of pizza fixings pizzas. Most confusing at first but, understandable none the less. I opted for the Maverick. A cheese and meat type pizza and also added mushrooms and bacon. After I placed my order I assumed I needed to walk to the front of the store to pay for it? Yes. I was right. Greeted again, of course. And was asked what I ordered. I told her and paid. I then waited about 10 minutes and was asked to get back in line? Well apparently my pizza was not done yet! I was opted many different types of sauces and extra(FREE) toppings. That was awesome! I got Banana peppers. The pizza is pretty big! Elongated though and very satisfying looking. I took it back to my shop and enjoyed every bite, although it got a little cold toward the end but, thats because there was so much of it! I placed an order for over 80 dollars on door dash. After over an hour of waiting, my door dasher contacted me to say the store didn't have the order. The dasher then put a manager on the phone. The manager, extremely irritated, aggressively starts asking me "so I'm supposed to lose money because the dasher messed up?". I tell him I don't have the order and he would lose money when I get a refund. He then asks me to prove that I didn't get the order. At this point I ask his name, he says repeatedly that "his name is not important". I tell him again that I don't have the order and that I can take a picture of my empty doorstep if it would help. He then told me he would make the order and to have a good night. I texted my dasher 10 minutes later asking if the order was still being made. They replied that they didn't think so and then the order was suddenly cancelled. I waited hours, experienced some of the worst customer service of my life, and disappointed everyone here who was waiting hours for their food. read more

We gave them 4 stars only because for our first experience with them they did forget some items on our order and as we did delivery we weren't able to enjoy them. Quick n tasty! A variation of Blaze Pizza but with a oval shaped crust. The spicy red sauce is okay but the pesto sauce is AWESOME (yes I came twice to try both). Lots of great toppings for one flat price, assembled like a Subway sandwich where you can pick what toppings and cheese and sauces you want. The drink selection is a notch above - pear fig elixir and bougie ginger lemonade and more canned drink options to pick. There appears to be only one size pizza which could easily be a personal size pizza for one. This is the worst restaurant I have eaten from. As I was attending a training class at the Marriott on Broad St, we did a group order twice. The first time there were no labels and the order was wrong. The food was delivered to early therefore it was cold. We did a group order today and it was a complete disaster. The order was placed at 11:05 a co-worker picked the food up this time and she didn't get back until 12:20 and this place isn't even 8 minutes away. You would think that businesses would know how to operate professionally especially during Covid-19. It is a lesson learned. Every business does not deserve to be patronized. read more
