It's 6:32pm on a Thursday and there are restaurant chairs blocking the drive through. The sign on the door says the dining room is closed (that's a given) but the drive through is open. Which it's not. When you call the Panera number it says this location is open. I've tried to call the store directly twice and no answer. It just rings until the call disconnects. I've tried to call the line to place an order to reach someone and no one answers that line either. read more

Went inside and placed my order on the tablet. Figured that would be easier, since my order was large and somewhat complicated. Did a brief check when they finally brought out my order. Only to find out that part of my order was missing. Not wrong but a complete piece of the order was missing. So when I called the store to see what could be done, all I got was you can come back in and pick it up or next time your in the store I will refund the missing item. If you have an order number why not just refund me, or better yet just get the order correct. It's not that hard. I won't be going back to this location. read more

Ya know I try to give this particular Panera Bread location a chance. No matter what time I go it's horrible they don't know how to ring up meals at all so they end up charging you like $15 for a cup of soup and a sandwich. AWFUL SERVICE!!! Don't go here. Today Waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins before just driving off. Didn't even get to order and there were only1 car in front of the ordering intercom. I was in the car with my 6 month old infant (thinking this would be a quick trip - boy was I wrong). Even worse, the drive thru traps you in to where it's difficult to get out of line if need be. After 15 mins I called the store and spoke to the male manager there who was of little help and very rude he told me there was nothing he could do and sarcastically asked whether I had AC in my car so that I could be comfortable waiting in the drive thru. He eventually hung up on me. After 25 mins I finally was able to cut out the line but never ordered, received bad service and no food. I never write reviews but in this case, I feel compelled to. I placed an order through their app for 4 dozen bagels to be picked up the next morning. Went to pick up the bagels the next day, at the designated time, and guess what? No bagels! Not that they didn't receive the order, but because they didn't have enough bagels. Older gentleman told me that they need 3 days notice for orders of my size. What . . . .? For 4 dozen? Wait, the case is full of bagels! I'm not asking for 200 and you had enough notice to make extra in the morning. Manager was no help. Do yourself a favor, when your team is depending on you for breakfast, go to Einstein Bros. They have bagels and can fill on the spot without advance notice. Shout out to the one on Preston and Lebanon for coming through when I was in a tight fix. I was trying to ask about dairy alternative drinks (I can't have dairy, not just a preference) and she just gave me such attitude about it. Ugh. Why is this place so expensive when they seriously skimp you on the portions?? I've gotten a large mac n cheese but it was half full. I've gotten a large salad that was also half full. This was my second visit to this Panera's location and there will not be a third. It is my nephews' favorite place to grab lunch and every time we go it's at an odd hour, not a lunch rush or extremely busy, but we always wait a minimum of 20 minutes for our food. This time, I had to go up and ask if it was ready, and it was. They just forgot to bring it out. Our food was cold and we just couldn't wait to leave. Super disappointed in this branch. read more

This has been the worst Panera I have found. The sandwiches are constant wrong. The sizes are laughable. They are constantly out of food. The facility is new and the design is nice. However, I'm not sure what's going on with the service here. Every time I've been in there seems to be some issue. My husband and I eat at this place multiple times a week since it is the only option of "healthy choice" restaurants in our area. I placed my to go order at 6:45 am to be picked up at 7:30 am. I walk in and my order is not there. Keep in mind there was only one customer sitting down in the dining area. I walk up to the register and was standing for a good 3 minutes before a worker, who was sitting and talking with another worker, ask if I needed help. I told her about my order and she checked on it. A guy name, Harold, came out and started working on the order. He then broke the slicer. He then bundled half of the bagels in his arms to cut them in the back. I saw one touch his face, they were resting on his harry arms, and dirty apron. I am so disappointed in this place. I feel like they have gone down. Thankfully we are moving soon and hopefully there will be a better Panera. read more

With my last order from this location, my sandwich was ok, but my apple was all spotted with defects, my wife's salad was tiny. I'd give this place no stars if I could. Please go to a different Panera if you don't want food poisoning and completely half-assed/ messed up orders. My mother and I arrived about 40 minutes before close as we'd been out all day busy. We get to the drive through and we'd noticed they were trying to close already, no one would answer at the drive through even though we saw people in there and the store was still open. We had to say hello quite a few times which was (barely) answered at first but then we were still sitting there, waiting. Someone finally speaks up, nice guy. We go up to get our order, seeing multiple people not doing anything and just messing around and we usually are never the ones to care about that until we got home and I saw my order was a hot mess later after working a bit and my mother was already throwing after eating the food and is now sick. This Panera is poorly run. The wait time is ridiculously long. The employees are unmotivated for service and many have no direct responsibility or job to do. Observed one customer arrive and wait for 15 minutes unacknowledged in any way. He walked out.Other customers waited for food for 20 minutes and when they finally asked someone about their order, they were told"here it is, we had the wrong name on it". It had been sitting for 10 minutes. One sandwich we ordered was$8.95 and contained very little meat. The baguette that came with a salad was tossed into the bag unwrapped. Will not return. I'd love to give my review of the soup I ordered, but I can't because it wasn't in the bag. The bread bowl was, so I now have a big chunk of bread with no soup. Same thing happened last week, too. I guess the signature line on the receipt that says that the order was checked and has the employees name doesn't mean anything. This is getting old. I really love Panera but paying $13 for a cup of macaroni and a bread bowl with no soup is a little too much. Last time this happened, which was last week, I ended up going back and they gave me a cookie for my troubles. The cookie had a hair baked into it which you could clearly see through the bag. I showed the cashier and she agreed that it was disgusting and gave me a new one, which was old and as hard as a rock so it went into the trash. I was so excited to have this place fairly close to home but I think I am sadly done with it. I did call the manager today to get a refund but he did not give me a refund. Instead he said he added my name to some list for a free meal next time I come in. I'm not sure there will be a next time. read more

I have always enjoyed Panera. This one really needs help, literally. The restaurant is dirty. Had a hard time finding a clean table, floor dirty, and food like leftover if you go later in the day. Disappointing. The food and the location are actually quite good. But both times I have dined in the restaurant was dirty.... floor dirty and tables not cleaned. I understand this when the restaurant is busy, but both times I came it was dead. This is a reflection of poor management. Really decent food prep but a disconnect between how you tell the order taker how you want something versus what the kitchen produces. Several trips now I just asked for the dressing containers for my salad to not be placed inside the container with the salad, but outside in the bag. But every time it is inside the salad container. Just annoying and shows you get it their way and not how you want it. Small things matter. read more
