Loaf of sourdough I purchased to make Monte Cristo sandwiches for guests; it is uneven, jumbled and crushed in places.

It's hit or miss here. Okay, mostly miss! Just picked this up from Panera, planned to make Monte Cristo sandwiches for guests tomorrow morning. I tried to rescue it and discovered they must have forced it through the slicer as the slices are buckled, not flat. I called, the girl said she was the manager and sometimes it happens. No offer to replace and when I asked to her to replace; she asked what was wrong with it. No wonder the bag was triple stapled. Since I'm leaving a review, I pick up bagels for the office a couple times a month. Sometimes with bacon or sausage, eggs and cheese. Sometimes with a few kinds of spread. The sandwiches have always been correct and tasty. A big hit! The last order of bagels with spread was a mess. The slices weren't close to even, some sliced on a diagonal so one side is paper thin while the other is a whole bagel with no slice. The cream cheese had been opened and was crammed in the box with the honey one but it was sealed. What happened to bagging those on the side? Again with the stapling, couldn't use the handle which is good cause the bottom was bulging, probably would have collapsed. On occasion we order lunch, the last turkey bacon bravo sandwich had a single slice of turkey. I can't recall ever having a sandwich from any restaurant with a single slice of meat. ‍ And the very last thing I'm going to say is if you're looking for the usual soft, gooey, cinnamon rolls you will not find them here. These are dry and require a knife or maybe they are just old. Someone said, "If you're going to point out a problem, offer a solution." I'll offer this, get the employees some training, do not serve food you would not serve to your loved one and customers find another place to dine!

Fresh fast service. Nice patio and dining area. Wanted to try some new menu items. I had the tikka masala soup and chicken green goddess Cobb salad. Both where very good. Tiki Hubby had the Mexican street corn soup and a 1/2 chicken barbecue sandwich. Both where good. The nice guy working in the kitchen was helpful when I asked for my soup hotter - he replaced with a new bowled heated perfectly and gave us a couple of little cookies. Which was very nice and yummy.

Food was unbelievably disgusting...there was a hair found in my chocolate chip muffie. I spoke with management and the only response I got was that it would be used as a training issue to emphasize the need for hair nets.

I've been a longtime customer of Panera Bread, about three years. I'm an Uber chauffeur, and I've been to practically every Panera Bread in the Dallas Fort worth area. I've never had a bad experience at any Panera bread! I absolutely love the Sip Club! I occasionally drink coffee, but I'm actually a person who likes hot tea. I've never had any issue with Panera Bread. It's really nice sometimes to see that I've won a free bagel or a free pastry sometimes even 50% off a meal. With customer service skills and social skills declining in American society, it's a blessing to see Panera Bread still tries to uphold quality service by employing top notch counter attendants. The well seasoned counter help may lack a bit procedure speed but they are quick with a smile, compliment and good old-fashioned, customer service. I particularly like the Panera bread in Coppell on LBJ Freeway. This location is easy to get in and out, close to the airport. Adjacent highways are never really bad even at peak times. Celia is the counter attendant at this location, she has never forgotten my name but at first I couldn't remember hers, she even remembers my phone number. It's always been a pleasure dealing with her.. Violet is another girl at works weekend. She's also very professional. Thank you Panera Bread for being there and making my day easier every day!

They never get an order right. Something is always either the wrong item or left out of the order completely. Today was the dumbest they've been yet though. Ordered a tuna salad sandwich, no tomatoes. They rang it up as tuna salad sandwich - no tuna salad. So I got bread, lettuce, onion, cheese and the tomatoes that were supposed to be 86'd. How did no one catch this?

    Curbside Pickup option is hit-or-miss.

This is the most mismanaged location I have ever visited. In 2020, I withheld my criticism but I'm convinced this is not a COVID-related issue. The business is inconsistent with their posted hours. Sometimes they choose to open, sometimes they choose to not open. They offer Curbside Pickup when they want to. Today, ALL of their signage said they were open for Curbside Pickup or Drive-Through. Guess what, online ordering was off and the driveway was closed off. If you're lucky to get there when they choose to be open, the food is good and the place is clean.

Turkey bacon sandwich.. (with no turkey or bacon).

We had reservations but there was no major crowd at 5:30. The place is contemporary, white tiles, brass finishes. Fully stocked bar. Nice big windows. Started with a Rail District cocktail that was really good. Finished with a Last Word which had a strong licorice flavor (not my fav) but the cherry at the bottom was great! We split the SPREADABLE WHIPPED LEMON BASIL GOAT CHEESE. Loved this. But note to the Chef or food prep - the toast crackers had so many holes in the bread, there was NO surface for the spreadable. Pieces of toast were basically outer crust and the inner area of bread had 90% giant holes. It was comical. Whoever plated this should have been more selective. My wife had the Salmon and I had the steak. The steak had a large pad of delicious blue cheese and butter on top of it, that slowly melted over the steak and potatoes. That was special. Endive salad was pretty dry, very little dressing. So I mixed it in with the potatoes and cheese/butter.

We started with the buffalo deviled eggs, which were honestly a standout--creamy with just the right amount of kick and a fun twist on a classic. I also ordered a salad that had candied pecans, apples, and grapes, topped with chicken that was cooked absolutely perfectly--so tender and flavorful. It's one of those dishes that feels light but still really satisfying. The ambience is what really makes this place special. It's super cute and thoughtfully designed--fun wallpaper, cozy green sofas, and really stylish light fixtures that give it a warm, inviting vibe. You can tell a lot of intention went into the space. We had the chance to meet the owner, Amy, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming--it's always a good sign when the owner is that engaged. Our server was also fantastic--very attentive, kind, and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Location-wise, it's just off Main Street, kind of tucked away to the side, which makes it feel like a hidden gem. There's a great view, plus both indoor and outdoor seating, and the water tower right there adds a really charming touch. Since it's newly opened, I'm really hoping they do well--this place deserves it. I also heard they'll be expanding into the suite next door, which is exciting. I took a peek at their dinner and brunch menus, and I'll definitely be back to check those out soon. Such a cute spot with great food, great people, and a great vibe.

Trying to move my wife off her Rainman-like creature of habit mentality brings a degree of risk. Thankfully, she didn't feel like fighting me. And she will be the first to admit that she was glad I "forced" her into something new. The deviled eggs were well liked. The entrees for our group included the herb roasted chicken, burger, nachos, and prime rib. For the record, any time I see prime rib on a menu I order it just to see if I'll ever return to that restaurant. Needless to say, it was prepared exactly to specification, with a perfect balance of tenderness coupled with the au jus sauce. My wife, having sampled every plate on the table, couldn't stop raving about the overall quality of every entree. Needless to say, I now have a new "safe" restaurant to add to our repertoire. I hate to add it as a side note, but the service was spot-on and our waitress was a perfect blend of attentive without being disruptive. If I lived in Frisco, WB's would be our local go-to spot. Instead, we'll break out of the bubble and visit often.

Overall, the entree portions for the two items that we had were a bit small. I had the pork tenderloin. It was under seasoned and dry. Glad there was pleanty of mustard sauce on the plate. Wilted spinach was overcooked as well. My wife and daughter wanted to split the burger. This is something they have done often in other restaurants. At least they feel like they had a generous helping of fries. They each received half a piece of wilted lettuce and a quater of a red onion. It is hard to believe that this burger was voted "Best in Frisco 2024." The embiance was nice. We had great ecpectations when we were seated and ordered. We cannot complain about our service. It was memorable.
