It is not sanitary, has caused food poisoning and they won't even refund when they mess up an order. ordered a burger to go. I'm pregnant so my husband went to go pick it up, it was missing items I paid extra to have put on. I could not eat the burger without it, I called and they knew exactly what was missing on my burger before I ever told them my ordered. They sent it out without putting it on, knowingly. I asked for a refund and they said they have to check with the manager and "call me back" Horrible customer service.

We had leftovers, so I went back into the bar area to try and get a pizza box, but it was extremely hard to get the attention of the bartenders, even though there were barely any people there. One bartender walked in front of me a couple of times, purposely avoiding eye contact with me, so another person had to help me once she eventually saw me.
