I've tried this location 4-5 times now, and I think I'm officially done. The drive through is incredibly slow, and they are NEVER fully stocked. Tonight, after sitting in line for 10 minutes, I finally got to the window and tried to order a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, and they're out of avocados. I tried ordering a salad instead, and they're out of every single salad. ALL of them. In prior visits, they've been out of Mac and cheese, and I've also picked up an order where they were apparently out of items but they didn't have the courtesy to let me know (when I got home, order was missing ingredients). It would be nice if they'd at least consider putting a sign up at the drive through regarding out of stock items rather than trapping customers in a line, but that's not their current practice... If you're going to order from here, I'd recommend ordering online or calling an order in so you don't waste your time waiting for items they don't have in stock. It defeats the convenience of being able to go through a drive through at the last minute, but it might save you a ton of frustration! read more

This is THE worst Panera Bread, ever. I went in at lunch today because I had a free sandwich and a free soup. I went to the counter to get my sandwich and it was cold chicken, cold bacon and a cold bagel. I asked if they could at least toast the bagel and warm the chicken and she said "we can't take food back." I was furious, I left the plate on the counter and walked out and I promise I will NEVER go back. AND on the weekends it's not even open for dining in. I went through the drive thru last Sunday and got home and my ENTIRE order was wrong. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they put Deli turkey on it with bacon & eggs. WHO ON EARTH, WHAT ON EARTH??? I mean, I can't even describe how horrible it is. I tried to call the manager to tell them to credit back my meal from today and no answer, which is no surprise. I've never been at a more poorly run Panera Bread. Every worker seems confused. They are out of so many items even though they hadn't been open very long. I had to constantly supervise our order to make sure we had all the items we ordered. They have a 2 star average on Yelp. They definitely live up to that. read more

Went to Panera today decided to dine it with a friend however come to find out there was a sign at the door saying that due to limited staffing that there dining room will be closed and only app orders are accepted or drive through. No big deal we went through the drive thru however waited about 30 minutes in line. Had we known the wait was long we would have gone elsewhere but there were other cars behind us already. Not only was our order incorrect when we got to the window as repeated by the screen and guy taking our order but we were not given eating utensils. I guess it's our fault for not checking but that should have been an automatic thing. We called to get utensils to eat our salad and our soup but no one answered and they weren't going to open the door regardless. For $36 rest assure we will not come here again. read more

Gabi at the front was an absolute sweetheart, she took the time to type in both of my gift cards manually after i struggled to add them to my account. The food came out very quickly and was over all delicious. The layout of the store is really nice and it's a nice quiet atmosphere. The shift supervisor who delivered our food to our table didn't seem the friendliest, and when calling out other orders didn't seem to be the happiest. Maybe she was having a bad day? The store was extremely dirty for only being open 2 hours, and not being very busy. Overall I will return possibly making it our reGular Sunday breakfast spot. read more

I just don't know why this location can't seem to get the order correct. They have consistently got my order wrong....now when I order things for Rapid Pickup, i have to unpack everything to make double check that everything is actually included....99% of the time, they have forgotten something like my dessert. Don't even think about leaving out my cookie - that is when you really mess with me! I have brought this up to their management a few times and they don't seem to care. I've been here several times and not impressed about the service. Most of the time we just ordered and picked up so we don't care much about it. Tonight, my husband went to the drive through, didn't check the order when he left. When he got home, I couldn't believe how unprofessional my orders looked. We ordered you pick 2 (soup and sandwich) and the french baguette that comes with the soup looks horrible. One piece is smaller compared to the other and they look like someone use their hands to tear the bread instead of cutting it evenly. My husband went to pick up food by drive thru at 6:30 pm. They were closed. There was a girl in the front who apologized for being closed and when my husband questioned the hours, she just said "I don't know, we're closed" What?! So strange! Sadly it is a hit or miss with Panera. I went at around 8 pm on a Sunday asked for a whole avocado chipotle sandwich and they put together what looked like two leftovers pieces of bread. One really small. The way they put the sandwich together is sloppy, not well proportioned and it makes the bread soggy. Kind of bad for a $10 sandwich. To top it off they have only two types of soups left, which I can understand, but they should better judge than two have only chilly and broccoli cheese left by 8. read more

We have tried this location now 3 times and it still needs some time to Bake. The entire experience is horrible! Just absolutely ridiculous! Our orders continue to come out wrong. Soups are ice cold, tables dirty, coffee is cold. But the service is the worst part of it all! Oh and did I mention they are constantly out of bread! We are done with it. I was told after having to ask for my food that it was because they had 12 cars come through the drive through. My Mac and cheese was cold and they forgot our cookies. I love Panera and have had a positive experience each location I've been to. I'm so happy this location is not far from my house and is on my path home. I stop often to get my favorite sandwich and soup. The chocolate chip cookies are dangerously good. Service has been good as well. They've gotten my order correct each time I've been there. It may take a little longer to get food versus going to McDonald's or chick fil a but I prefer the quality of Panera over fast food any day. read more

I'm not one to complain like this and understand if occasionally my food is not perfect. But I'm sad to say I am done with Panera. It's already so overpriced, but I love the food so I usually just pay it and consider it my splurge. No more! This location has an issue every time I've come! Although the drive thru is rarely occupied it takes awhile. Today I waited soooo long with just two cars ahead of me. I checked my bag since they usually forget something and yes they forgot the chips and napkins. The bread on my breakfast sandwich was dry. I got a salad for later, and now as I went to eat that, there is no dressing for it. On recent trips they have been out of soup, Turkey chili and cookies- and I'm not even coming at closing time. My grain bowl was half full a few times; didn't even barely cover the whole bottom of bowl in this pic. They have switched breads and greens from what the menu says without asking me before. I'm disappointed since this is a new location here in an area where we really wanted a Panera. So I just called to talk to a manger and after going through the menu the recording says to call back, they are having technical difficulties. So I'm writing this instead and probably will think more than twice about going back. They really do need to make some changes there! ........ so it's 6 days later and I didn't think enough. Craving a turkey chili I went back and of course at 6 pm they are out of it again. I ordered a chicken chipotle avocado 1/2 sandwich and this is it. By far the worst Panera Bread that I have ever been to. The customer service and food quality is by far the worst. This is my 3rd and last visit as a customer. I ordered a pick 2 and the sandwich looked like someone had bitten into it and the chicken was frozen in the chicken Caesar salad lol. When I asked to speak to a manager he came and was nice and listened to my complaints. After my 5 minute rant he was silent and his response, " I am sorry for the poor service, what would you like me to do." I stood silently and was in disbelief. I hate to Wright a review like this but it's true. So me and my family came in one night around 5:45 ish. There was about 5-6 other families in there. We ordered two regular meals and two kids mac and cheese. About half of the other groups already had their food. So I expected it to take about 20 ish minutes. I was so wrong. Almost an hour later and no food. I walk up to the counter and say to the chaser "this is ridiculous where is my food" about 5 minutes later someone comes back and says to me "we just started on it" EXCUSE ME? I Ordered and hour ago and your just now starting on my food? I demanded a refund and we went to chick fil a instead. No cap this Panera is on a whole nother level, they have some of kindest and helpful employees I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. The cashier was kinda" and provided helpful input without prompting. The cooks were extremely nice when I went to grab my food and I felt they genuinely cared about leaving every guest with a smile on their face and good food in their stomachs. The food itself was amazing I have had Panera many times before, but this was my first time at this particular Panera and it doesn't even compare how well they prepared the food. The blueberry muffins were absolutely insane, and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was was so good I went back and ordered a 2nd Togo. Overall this Panera is amazing and everyone who I interacted with deserves a fat raise. read more

Dining room is not open for service. The reason is because of COVID. I don't understand why now all Of a sudden they have decided to close down the dining room.
