Everything is so delicious, good food, good service, very clean, Free Wi-Fi , it's a good place to have breakfast, lunch, have work meeting & so much more. I love their blueberry muffins. Out of all the Panera Bread locations I've visited in the IE and OC, this one is my favorite. I live in Chino Hills, work in Brea, but went to college in Riverside. There's a lot of Panera Bread locations in between. The food is pretty much the same everywhere, but The Day Street location always makes my trip personable. The managers always greet me. They usually deliver my food as well and ensure I'm satisfied with the outcome. As a customer, I really appreciate that. The girls at the front counter are pleasant and knowledge about the menu. So, let's just start of by saying this place is horrible and I'll never be going back again. My husband ordered us some sandwiches and I ordered the steak and arugula. Seriously what do they season this stuff with? Dirty socks? It was terribly bland and the meat was tougher than burnt meat and on top of that my bread was soaked. I could literally ring it out and fill a bucket. The manager claimed that the onions that come with it causes that wetness, so you guys don't think to put stuff like that on the side? I don't know if it's this Panera specifically, but my overall experience was not so good. I ordered a "blood orange" frozen drink and it was terrible. It had the consistency of a cheap gas station slushee. I had originally came here to get some school work done and to grab a drink while I'm at it, but the WiFi was terrible as well. My homework requires the least amount of "internet", but even still nothing would load. Not even my Apple Music would load music. There are a few homeless people that frequent the location at times, which is not so much of a problem except that sometimes they go in the restaurant and ask for change.. happened to me twice. I love Panera Bread, but the Riverside Plaza location is too far from where I live, so I was especially excited to find out they had opened one in Moreno Valley. The place is small, and it gets packed inside quickly on weekends. The first time I came here, I had my order to-go. The wait for my food was pretty fast, but once I got home, I saw that they had given me the wrong salad and a bread roll instead of an apple. I was kind of upset, but I let it go and went there again a couple of weeks later. This time, I ate at the restaurant, and they didn't mess up my order, but they barely gave me any salad at all this time compared to the portion sizes I get at the Riverside location. I'm really glad they opened up a Panera Bread closer to my place. I often meet my girlfriends here for lunch or dinner to just catch up. It's a really cozy place, smaller than the one in Plaza as far as their outside dining - it's more of like a patio area in the front and two tables scattered to the side of the place. It does get busy during the afternoons and can be hard to find a place to sit. I went recently with my 11 month old to meet up with friends and we sat outside because the weather was great. When you order they give you these order buzzers that you place on your table in a designated area (it doesnt buzz, they took the orders out to us). When we ordered drinks with our meal, usually we wait at the drink area for our drinks to be made, but because of my rowdy little girl, we just got to our tables and they brought our drinks and food out. That was nice and convenient and we thanked the guy for being so courteous. It's a pretty decent place, not as busy as I've seen the Plaza one so that's a plus. Normally I LOVE Panera! Lunch was horrible today! My mozzarella and tomato Panini took 20 minutes to come out and was COLD! There also wasn't pesto! They were out of it! I enjoy Panera but yesterday's visit did drop them on my top 5 places to eat in my city. I work for a busy business and a vendor purchased our lunch from there. I was about to take a bite of my sandwich and there was hair hanging out! I called multiple times to speak with a manager and the phone would just ring and ring and then the call would get disconnected. After trying to reach someone 5 times I just ended up going into the store. Just because I had a bad sandwich doesn't mean everyone else did too. So I quietly explained to the cashier what had happened and she got a manager. The manager was nice and I appreciate him addressing my issue in the way he did. However when I was explaining to him what had happened. He told me that they have a strict policy that the employees had to have their hair pulled back and a hat on. As he's saying this I'm looking at them one person particularly had a visor on which means her hair was still exposed and she had a ponytail. Which means that a hair could easily just fall into someone's food. They did compensate me with a new sandwich and dessert. read more

I'm always very content with the service they provide here, however, today I am not! There was only one cashier at the register. I decided to use their kiosk, half way through my order it froze and shuts down, very inconvenient, so I get back in line. Still just one cashier while there are 2-3 employees just standing around. Took them about 10 minutes to have another register open. It seems the girl on the first opened register was new, which I'm not complaining about but if you see a new employee having a hard time, why not step up and help. Ordered online for a specific time. Order was not ready. 15 minutes later order was ready AFTER inquiring and seeing many orders being processed. Order was not correct and did not follow specific instructions of toasted bagels, which is not a special request, but an option choice. This is the second occurrence within one week period of time. Food quality is good as well as the cashiers but this place is CONSISTENTLY dirty. The coffee condiment table is always sticky or missing items such as creamer or coffee cup sleeves. Tables are often unbused and dirty tables invite more customers to be dirtier. A simple and more attentive cleaning of the dining are would rate this place 4 stars. Absolutely the WORST service. I work in the surrounding area and although I am not a fan of Panera my Boss and Co-Worker love. I am normally the one that orders and picks up...and hints the start of my problem. First of all, the online ordering option NEVER I repeat NEVER works so therefore I am forced to call in the order. Twice now, NOT ONCE, TWICE, I've called and the phone just rings and rings and this is not MID Lunch hour time this has been around 2pm. I've had to call 6 TIMES before for someone to pickup!!! So when someone finally decides to do there job and pick up the phone, I am then put on hold for more than 5 mins. Like really?!! I've never had such a bad experience at Panera before. It started off with a cashier calling us up to take out order and when we arrived to the register the manager was arguing with the cashier to go stock while we were waiting. The cashier was so lost, took about 10 minutes to get our order complete. I got a chocolate milk for my daughter and after the order was complete she decided to say I need to go see if the chocolate milk is available so she disappeared for another 5 minutes. She returned with a case of chocolate milks and another worker was telling her that she has to open the case a certain way. There goes another 5 minutes wasted. I was already frustrated by this point so I paid and we went to sit down. The food arrives and the bottom half of my sons sandwich is burned, like charred. I'll attach a picture of what they thought was acceptable to send out. I went back to the front and asked to talk to the manager who offered nothing but to remake the sandwich. My son was hungry so I said to just remake it and that was it. She went on to explain that when you cook a croissant that it has to be removed right away or this happens. I told her she shouldn't be explaining this to me she should be telling her kitchen staff. All in all I was extremely disappointed in the bad service I received here. Came in for dinner and ordered one of their Broths. As we were walking away, someone stopped us & apologized, but they were out of it. I chose something slightly cheaper, but he then gave me a choice on pastries, to make up for the inconvenience, as well as the price difference. When we got our food, my girlfriend was uneasy about how pink the steak was, in her sandwich. The GM, just happened to be the one that brought my food & we asked to get the steak well-done. He explained the cooking process & described how they would be unable to accommodate that. He offered several times, to bring us anything else from the menu. My gf declined & said its ok, but he said to go ahead and try the sandwich if she wanted & he'd surprise us with something else. He brought a whole new sandwich and said to try it. I had to put a lot of mustard on the chicken sandwich because there was just a plain tasting bread with a plain tasting chicken with a little bell pepper sauté. Giving this place a 2 star rating, not because of the food. The food is always good, but the rapid pick up is always 10-15 minutes later than it's supposed to be, especially with the morning crew.
