I ordered to-go after the gym, and... I knew that Panera's reputation had been going downhill for a little while, but I was still surprised by how mediocre it is now. I got the chicken salad sandwich, and it was just a pitiful amount. Picture included. I guess the sourdough bread wasn't bad, but you can't cover up how little filling there is with a bunch of (half-wilted) leaves. This thing was $11, which can buy a really sizable tub of chicken salad at any grocery store.

We decided to eat lunch here around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot right in front is mostly for EV vehicles even though there are no chargers which was kind of weird. Anyway, there are plenty of spaces elsewhere. The facility was clean. We love that you can order through the kiosk making it helpful for us to browse the menu without being rushed. Ordering was simple. Our food came within 10 minutes. The workers were kind. We ordered the Grilled cheese, Smokehouse BBQ chicken with creamy tomato soup, and the You Pick 2 with the half strawberry poppyseed salad and half chipotle chicken avocado melt. The grilled cheese was your ordinary sandwich but my daughter felt it lacked taste. She gave it a 6/10. The bbq chicken was an 8/10 and went well with the tomato soup which was really good (10/10). The chipotle chicken sandwich was good and all the food was fresh. The best was the strawberry poppyseed salad!!! Amazing!! The fruit was sweet and fresh. It's the perfect meal for a hot summer day. We also tried the frozen strawberry lemonade and the strawberry basil lemonade fresca. The strawberry basil wasn't sweet but had a bitterness to it that I didn't quite like. The frozen lemonade, however, was great!

Honestly loveeee this location. I've only ever had Panera one time a long time ago and I didn't like it. I came here recently and I really enjoyed my meal. I tried ordering the same thing at a different location, definitely not the same quality. I hope this location keeps it up because I always enjoy my food every time I come. Service is also fast and they're on top of it. I like to usually order the pick two, my favorite was the potato soup but they just got rid of it. On my most recent visit I did the chicken bacon rancher and the chicken noodle soup. Bomb. I'll definitely keep coming to this one :)

My first time eating at a Panera since there wasn't one close by until now. They lured me with their $5 a month sip club where you can get a drink as often as every 2 hours every day for 30 days. They also had an offer after your first purchase to get $5 off the next, so I gave it a go. My first visit I had their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. At over $7 I wasn't impressed. It reminded me of Jack in the Box although seemed a bit smaller. Not something I would order again. Next visit I got the chili bread bowl. I was expecting a larger size for something described as a bowl. I would call it more like a cup and a half. The bread itself was great, though kind of small as you can tell from the picture. It came wrapped in paper and the top was cut but not completely. I had to unwrap and extract the paper from the bread bowl, then dig out the bread that was still attached at the bottom. Some assembly required, but I didn't mind since I got to keep the bread I pulled out to have as a snack later. Also, the bowl was cold and not crunchy. Five minutes at 350 in the convection oven fixed that though and I was finally able to pour the chili into the bread bowl and eat it. I did have some left over after. The bread was super fresh and had a nice crunch after heating it up. I like a lot of spice so I added smoked, spiced paprkia and cayenne pepper and it was a nice meal that I might order again sometime. It's nice to have something a little different in the area and business seems to be pretty good. If nothing else, join their sip club which they're offering right now for $5 a month.

Unfortunately this is my first time ordering food from the new location near my home. I ordered a fruit cup for my daughter and this is what was sent. I was actually shocked. I'm sure they pack the fruit there fresh so I'm gonna assume no scale was used. It says on the label "net weight 5 oz". I paid $5.99 for this and I'm sincerely disappointed.

The service is quick, the food is excellent!!!! It is a hole-in-the-wall type of eatery, but these are the gems you always look for! The food is made with a lot of love. It was not too loud in there and the place was relatively empty so that was nice. Biggest disappointment was service, because our table ordered chow mein and the waiter brought us chow fun (flat noodles with gravy). When we told him that we ordered chow mein, he told us that what we ordered was chow fun, so I showed him what we ordered on the menu and he said "you wanted lo mein". While I get that, he spent a minute trying to figure out where the item was and couldn't find it. I reviewed pics on here and it seems like other people got the thick yellow noodles for chow mein. Anyway, they replaced it for us but I overheard the waiter tell his manager that we ordered chow fun by accident. The manager then told us something about "our mistake" upon paying, placing blame on us . The manager was nice about it, but we repeatedly told the waiter chow mein and he kept correcting us to chow fun. Also, there is a section of the menu labeled chow mein and a separate page labeled chow fun. I think I know what we ordered. Disappointing.

He loved the bbq chicken wings so much and has never wanted to eat chicken before this. I was extremely happy about that. I decided to bring him back 2 days later to celebrate his 3rd birthday and asked before i came if they sing happy birthday to kids and the girl at the front seemed unsure so she went to ask and came back and told us they do sing happy birthday and will give him a slice of pie i decided to stay based on that because i specifically wanted him to feel special today and take him somewhere he actually would eat the food. I did ask again when the server came to confirm and she advised us they are unable to sing happy birthday and they have never done that. My face dropped since that was the reason i came mainly. Otherwise i would have taken it to go and not drove an hour away here. To say the least he did eat the food after crying about no birthday song as a mom i am very upset about that but it is what it is. I won't celebrate anymore birthdays here. I did tell a manager about the experience who was very kind and did tell me they stopped doing that years ago so now i know. I decided the take the food to go since my son was already upset unfortunately but the manager was so sweet and said they can still sing to him but i decided to still go because i know how my son is once i already say something won't happen. I gave 2 stars due to the manager being very kind and trying to fix the situation. I will still come here to bring my son to eat since he loves their bbq chicken regardless. It doesn't take away from the fact they have really good food just a bad one time experience hopefully

We shared the philly roll so we think the salmon was bad. We also got separate ramen bowls. The egg was closer to hard boiled than soft boiled. The noodles were cooked well. The thai tea was decent. It was extremely sweet and diluted and didn't have that strong flavor most thai tea has. Service-wise, the waitress was friendly but she disappeared from the floor after giving us our food for about 30 minutes and never checked in with us or was available when we were ready to leave.

I ordered spicy sukiyaki soup base, with quail eggs and brisket. Each order of soup comes with complementary rice and vegetable assortment + udon noodles. At first, I thought the amount of food you get for $30 was not a lot compared to AYCE Hot Pot options BUT realized halfway through that everything appeared deceptively small and they actually gave enough where I could not finish everything. I do think the added $4 for a scoop of gochujang-looking paste was a bit egregious to make my broth spicy though. The brisket was also on the tougher side compared to KBBQ, possibly due to thicker cuts of meat. Overall, I liked the Mokkoji experience and pricing was fairly reasonable. I opted for sukiyaki, which was really flavorful and had that perfect balance of salty sweetness. I ordered the marinated brisket. The regular size is definitely enough, come here on an empty stomach. I split some drunken chicken wings with my table, which were the star of the show. So crispy, and the sweet marinade with the fried garlic was to die for. We drizzled the remaining marinade in the pan over our rice/meat once we were done digging into the wings. Each dish comes with ponzu sauce and sesame sauce, I love. I ended up spilling some on my light pink clothes, which I was devastated about. Definitely dress accordingly if you come here. The service was okay, they were good about clearing out our dishes once we had finished putting in our veggies/meat but the broth ran low a few times and the fire ran out for my friends' burner ovens so this had to be raised twice to the servers. Overall ambiance is a little worn down, I noted that the AC system wires were out and paint was peeling on the table. The exterior also is shuttered off, giving it a mildly unfriendly look. The price is reasonable and not too extravagant for shabu shabu, but I would definitely keep that in mind if you're someone who prefers a more elevated experience. I also noted that they'll be opening a new location in North San Jose/Milpitas soon, so I'm excited for them to continue expanding near my hometown.
