I ordered to-go after the gym, and... I knew that Panera's reputation had been going downhill for a little while, but I was still surprised by how mediocre it is now. I got the chicken salad sandwich, and it was just a pitiful amount. Picture included. I guess the sourdough bread wasn't bad, but you can't cover up how little filling there is with a bunch of (half-wilted) leaves. This thing was $11, which can buy a really sizable tub of chicken salad at any grocery store.

We decided to eat lunch here around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot right in front is mostly for EV vehicles even though there are no chargers which was kind of weird. Anyway, there are plenty of spaces elsewhere. The facility was clean. We love that you can order through the kiosk making it helpful for us to browse the menu without being rushed. Ordering was simple. Our food came within 10 minutes. The workers were kind. We ordered the Grilled cheese, Smokehouse BBQ chicken with creamy tomato soup, and the You Pick 2 with the half strawberry poppyseed salad and half chipotle chicken avocado melt. The grilled cheese was your ordinary sandwich but my daughter felt it lacked taste. She gave it a 6/10. The bbq chicken was an 8/10 and went well with the tomato soup which was really good (10/10). The chipotle chicken sandwich was good and all the food was fresh. The best was the strawberry poppyseed salad!!! Amazing!! The fruit was sweet and fresh. It's the perfect meal for a hot summer day. We also tried the frozen strawberry lemonade and the strawberry basil lemonade fresca. The strawberry basil wasn't sweet but had a bitterness to it that I didn't quite like. The frozen lemonade, however, was great!

Honestly loveeee this location. I've only ever had Panera one time a long time ago and I didn't like it. I came here recently and I really enjoyed my meal. I tried ordering the same thing at a different location, definitely not the same quality. I hope this location keeps it up because I always enjoy my food every time I come. Service is also fast and they're on top of it. I like to usually order the pick two, my favorite was the potato soup but they just got rid of it. On my most recent visit I did the chicken bacon rancher and the chicken noodle soup. Bomb. I'll definitely keep coming to this one :)

My first time eating at a Panera since there wasn't one close by until now. They lured me with their $5 a month sip club where you can get a drink as often as every 2 hours every day for 30 days. They also had an offer after your first purchase to get $5 off the next, so I gave it a go. My first visit I had their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. At over $7 I wasn't impressed. It reminded me of Jack in the Box although seemed a bit smaller. Not something I would order again. Next visit I got the chili bread bowl. I was expecting a larger size for something described as a bowl. I would call it more like a cup and a half. The bread itself was great, though kind of small as you can tell from the picture. It came wrapped in paper and the top was cut but not completely. I had to unwrap and extract the paper from the bread bowl, then dig out the bread that was still attached at the bottom. Some assembly required, but I didn't mind since I got to keep the bread I pulled out to have as a snack later. Also, the bowl was cold and not crunchy. Five minutes at 350 in the convection oven fixed that though and I was finally able to pour the chili into the bread bowl and eat it. I did have some left over after. The bread was super fresh and had a nice crunch after heating it up. I like a lot of spice so I added smoked, spiced paprkia and cayenne pepper and it was a nice meal that I might order again sometime. It's nice to have something a little different in the area and business seems to be pretty good. If nothing else, join their sip club which they're offering right now for $5 a month.

Unfortunately this is my first time ordering food from the new location near my home. I ordered a fruit cup for my daughter and this is what was sent. I was actually shocked. I'm sure they pack the fruit there fresh so I'm gonna assume no scale was used. It says on the label "net weight 5 oz". I paid $5.99 for this and I'm sincerely disappointed.

The drive through was fine. I bought a puff cherry pastry. It was so tough I couldn't cut it with a metal fork.

We first visited on Valentine's Day in February and had an excellent experience. The pizzas were delicious, we were seated without a reservation, and we left excited to come back. Yesterday, we decided to bring a few friends with us because we had spoken so highly of the restaurant. We arrived a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and the restaurant was fairly empty with only a handful of tables occupied. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was friendly throughout the meal. Each couple ordered pizzas along with appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Italian salad but were accidentally brought the Green Goddess instead. It was a harmless mistake, and since we had enjoyed that salad during our previous visit, we happily kept it. Our friends received their pizzas, and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Thirty minutes passed, and by then our friends were nearly finished eating. Meanwhile, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us receiving their food before we did. We asked our waitress to check on our order. She went back to the kitchen and returned, explaining that our pizza had apparently been forgotten and was only then being made. She assured us it would take no more than 10 minutes. Fifteen more minutes passed, and our pizza still hadn't arrived. Since we had a clear view of the kitchen, it didn't appear there was any urgency to get our order out. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour since placing our order, we had to cancel it because we had other plans and couldn't stay any longer. Our waitress apologized and removed the pizza from our bill, but that was the only resolution offered. While we appreciated her kindness, we left the restaurant disappointed and still hungry. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an order is understandable from time to time. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After waiting an hour for a forgotten order, we had hoped for a more meaningful effort to make things right beyond simply removing the item we never received. It's unfortunate because we genuinely loved this restaurant after our first visit and were excited to introduce it to our friends. Thankfully, our friends enjoyed their meals, but this experience left us hesitant to return. Great pizza is important, but great service and how a restaurant responds when things go wrong are what keep customers coming back.

The restaurant itself looks really nice and has a very pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The service was also top-notch--the server was incredibly friendly and accommodating while walking us through the options and prepping our food. We ordered two build-your-own poke bowls, and the sheer variety of options is where this place really shines. They have a huge selection of fresh proteins to choose from. I highly recommend the spicy tuna; it had a really nice kick to it that I absolutely loved! My favorite thing overall, though, was the massive variation of sauces. It was such a pleasant surprise to see so many creative flavor profiles available, which isn't always the case at build-your-own bowl restaurants. It really let us customize our bowls perfectly. If you're looking for fresh food, excellent service, and tons of options, Poke Lounge is definitely the spot to go. Highly recommend!

We walked in at 7:37 p.m., and as we were placing our order, we were told they were only accepting takeout orders. This was disappointing since the restaurant didn't close until 8:00 p.m. We easily would have finished our meal before closing. If there's a dine-in cutoff time, it would be helpful to communicate that clearly so customers know before even coming into the restaurant. The poke itself tasted average. My biggest disappointment was the protein portion, which was much smaller than I expected for the price. Overall, the staff was kind and the restaurant was clean, but the dine-in policy and portion size left me feeling underwhelmed. Everything in me desires to leave a two star yet I'd say 3 is fair because of the service. Bianca for the win.

You can really see the effort with getting grass-fed beef along with avoiding seed oils in their cooking. Stepping inside the restaurant, it immediately took me as if we were in the wild west but elevated. It's really beautiful inside and very rustic. We went ahead and ordered the sirloin and the mac and cheese. Both were awesome. The sirloin had a chew, but was super juicy. It came out medium rare, just like what we requested. Loved the carrots and mashed potatoes that came with it. The chimichurri sauce was killer. The mac and cheese was a great starter and came with a lot of bacon in it. For dessert, the brownie with vanilla ice cream was fantastic. It wasn't too sweet and I loved the contrast with the hot brownie and cold ice cream. It's also gluten free! Service was super sweet. The bowl was really good using fries instead of rice honestly made it hit way harder. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and everything on top tied together really well without feeling too heavy. The combo plate was just as solid. The chicken was tender, the beef had a nice char and flavor, and both tasted fresh. Portions were generous too--definitely didn't feel like they were skimping. Everything tasted authentic and well-made, not dry or bland like some Mediterranean spots can be. Sauces brought it all together without overpowering the meat. The food arrived on time, the order was correct, and it came all the way from Riverside. I'm not sure on the ambiance because I had the food delivered. As for the food, i opted for the combo plate. It came with 3 pieces of steak, chicken, and 1 Kefta kabob, rice, 2 sides, and pita bread. They have a lot of sides to choose from but I don't like that there's an up charge to substitute salad for rice so I got the rice. I love that they allow you to select how you want your beef cooked. I ordered Medium and it was cooked perfectly. The kefta kabob was well seasoned and packed full of Mediterranean spices (delicious). The chicken was full of flavor, cooked all the way through and tender. The rice was full of flavor. I've never had Mediterranean food with rice like this. You may or may not like it. I enjoyed the extra flavor than just having white rice. The tabbouleh was fresh and gave my meal some brightness. The pita bread was a disappointment for me. You could tell it's store bought or not freshly made. You can taste the flour or starch on it. It was dry and not good. It reminded me of the Pita bread in the bakery section of food4less. The other disappointing element to my meal was the cucumber yogurt (tzatziki) I don't like that the cucumber was cubed and it was watery. It lacked that cucumber flavor and it appeared to be prepared watered down intentionally. It was even lacking that tart yogurt taste because it was so thinned out. Overall, it was still a fairly good meal. I would suggest making or buying better pita bread. I would be willing to try it again because the meat was delicious and I'd get hummus instead of the cucumber yogurt.
