Ordered Panera to-go and it was solid overall. We got the Green Tea Chicken Avocado sandwich and the Bacon Mac & Cheese. The sandwich was really good: the chicken was tender, and the avocado added a nice creamy texture. It felt pretty fresh and balanced, not too heavy. The Bacon Mac & Cheese was definitely the comfort item. Super creamy, cheesy, and the bacon added a nice salty crunch. It's rich, but in a good way. Since we ordered it to-go, there wasn't really any service to comment on. The order was ready on time and packaged well, so no complaints there. As for the ambiance, it looks like every other Panera. Came to Panera to take advantage of their BOGO bagel deal. Ordered a takeout order of two Asiago bagel stacks, one steak and one chicken. Service was okay but the food took awhile to come out even though it wasn't busy. It definitely took longer than it should have (maybe about 15 to 20 minutes). The food itself on the bright side was great! The bagels were delicious and came with a generous portion of meat. The steak in particular was a highlight, and I thought the bagel, sauce and meat complemented each other well. Each bagel came with a bag of chips as well. Ordered a salad stuffer and asiago bagel twists. They she's no bread somehow for the stuffers and are out of the bagel twists. The girl asks if i want just the salad so i asked if there was even another option....obviously there wasn't. I get home to chicken on the salad...i'm vegetarian so there goes that also they put no parmesan on the salad. This area needed something like Panera and it shows with how busy this location is throughout the day. I don't understand the 'slow drive thru' bc adding pick up orders to the normal volume of drive thru customers makes it a challenging obstacle with the physical limits of one lane. The employees are great appear to genuinely work S a team and care about giving good service. Brenda in her hat is always there to greet. Leeah and Sienna are the welcoming crew who I've seen on patrol checking on guests throughout their visit. Carl helped me with an app issue in getting me the best economical experience. I needed to grab a quick lunch and this Panera is conveniently located in the same plaza as the gym. I knew Panera had been going downhill but I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. The place looked clean and had plenty of open seating around dinner time. I ordered their seasonal Strawberry Caprese salad and a sandwich with a few customizations. My salad was missing the pecans completely. Little lame considering that's one of the best parts of that salad. It was pretty bland without that crunch and sweetness. Then the sandwich. I had asked to add peppers and a few extra veggies, which they did, but barely. They were literally like 5 tiny minced scraps of each thing. The full sandwich was the size of my hand, too. The bread was fine and the rest of the ingredients were as expected. I wouldn't waste time with modifications, as it's clear they don't care to add a normal amount of anything anyway. On the plus side, the staff was nice and my order came out fairly quickly. But I definitely should have checked my bag before walking out. We decided to eat lunch here around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot right in front is mostly for EV vehicles even though there are no chargers which was kind of weird. Anyway, there are plenty of spaces elsewhere. The facility was clean. We love that you can order through the kiosk making it helpful for us to browse the menu without being rushed. Ordering was simple. Our food came within 10 minutes. The workers were kind. We ordered the Grilled cheese, Smokehouse BBQ chicken with creamy tomato soup, and the You Pick 2 with the half strawberry poppyseed salad and half chipotle chicken avocado melt. The grilled cheese was your ordinary sandwich but my daughter felt it lacked taste. She gave it a 6/10. The bbq chicken was an 8/10 and went well with the tomato soup which was really good (10/10). The chipotle chicken sandwich was good and all the food was fresh. The best was the strawberry poppyseed salad!!! Amazing!! The fruit was sweet and fresh. It's the perfect meal for a hot summer day. We also tried the frozen strawberry lemonade and the strawberry basil lemonade fresca. The strawberry basil wasn't sweet but had a bitterness to it that I didn't quite like. Major disappointment at this location. I was the only person in the drive thru line. It took 8 minutes to get my food. I could see at least 5 people thru the window. They were all standing around looking at each other. Except the one on her phone. It took 4 minutes to get asked for my card for payment. By this time, there are 4 cards behind me. Just as I was about to get my food, the bag broke and needed to be rebagged. C'mon Panera. You can do better. The service was a 1 star. Not happy with your pickup service either. How does it save me time if I have to wait in the same line as everyone else? My prior visit was a pickup order. It was during my lunchtime. 3 cars in front of me. Honestly loveeee this location. I've only ever had Panera one time a long time ago and I didn't like it. I came here recently and I really enjoyed my meal. I tried ordering the same thing at a different location, definitely not the same quality. I hope this location keeps it up because I always enjoy my food every time I come. Service is also fast and they're on top of it. I like to usually order the pick two, my favorite was the potato soup but they just got rid of it. Panera used to have some great new fresh options, especially for breakfast. It was fast. It was easy and it was good and it wasn't terribly unhealthy. I don't know what's happened to it. Maybe it's cause they've gotten so big. Maybe it's cause there's so many of them around and they're not boutique anymore and they're big chain. They're lettuce in their salad is old and wilted the Vet where it happened to the fresh vegetables and fruit it's all old and squishy. It's not fresh. I guarantee that fruit and vegetables must sit in there for 7 to 10 days before they're even served. They used to be great. I wish that they would up their quality control. read more

My first time eating at a Panera since there wasn't one close by until now. They lured me with their $5 a month sip club where you can get a drink as often as every 2 hours every day for 30 days. They also had an offer after your first purchase to get $5 off the next, so I gave it a go. My first visit I had their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. At over $7 I wasn't impressed. It reminded me of Jack in the Box although seemed a bit smaller. Not something I would order again. Next visit I got the chili bread bowl. I was expecting a larger size for something described as a bowl. I would call it more like a cup and a half. The bread itself was great, though kind of small as you can tell from the picture. It came wrapped in paper and the top was cut but not completely. I had to unwrap and extract the paper from the bread bowl, then dig out the bread that was still attached at the bottom. Some assembly required, but I didn't mind since I got to keep the bread I pulled out to have as a snack later. Also, the bowl was cold and not crunchy. Five minutes at 350 in the convection oven fixed that though and I was finally able to pour the chili into the bread bowl and eat it. I did have some left over after. The bread was super fresh and had a nice crunch after heating it up. I like a lot of spice so I added smoked, spiced paprkia and cayenne pepper and it was a nice meal that I might order again sometime. It's nice to have something a little different in the area and business seems to be pretty good. If nothing else, join their sip club which they're offering right now for $5 a month. read more

Where are the skilled managers? I have had a issue with the kiosk before that it will offer a promotion then it is taken away. I have brought to the attention of the workers before and said they had not heard of that before. So I had on of the by my side as I used the kiosk. He saw the promotion as i agreed with the purchase then it disappeared. He said he bring it to the manager (Lauren) attention. She came up and told me she never heard that before. I had been video taping the kiosk while the earlier worker watched on. The manager said she could not see the offer so I enlarged the screen for her to view. She looked quite young with no glasses and I am over 60 and could see it well. I enlarged the screen to view the promotion as she watched the screen. Her comment was she didn't understand it and was mistaken on the promotion and it was not what I was reading. She walked away. I had worked in management and was surprised at her lack of professionalism and lack of interest on what I brought to her attention. Maybe she needs a little more experience or training or a different position. I will keep the video to send to corporate or local agency of a bate and switch. read more

First time visiting this location. Waste of $20. Was served the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. Ordered one iced vanilla latte and one iced caramel latte. Both came out looking the exact same and both tasted like iced milk. No flavor of caramel/vanilla or even remotely like coffee. I also ordered a chocolate chip muffie which I have never been served cold until today. The only half decent part was the cinnamon crunch bagel which also came burnt. Literally blackened with the smallest cup of cream cheese so definitely could not drown out that char flavor. Do not visit this location let alone any Panera. Would give 0 stars if I could read more
