Anyways, I needed to feed myself and my kiddos so we ordered ahead as always and I stopped in the drive thru to check in, I wish I caught his name but the young guy asked me if I was okay and it was difficult to answer him. I just want to say thank you for even asking me, I felt embarrassed I couldn't control my emotions, as to the girl at the window who was super genuine in ensuring I was okay, super sweet and I just want to leave this review so you guys know that people do appreciate interactions like that. I'm still up in the air as it regards this restaurant chain. Politics aside, and funny advertising, I've never really been wowed by the sandwiches or chicken in general, or the wide selection of dipping sauces. There, I said it! Waffle fries, now those are actually pretty good providing they're fresh and cooked properly (I've had underdone and it sucks). I like the versatility of the ketchup packets that this chain seems to monopolize, very clever, those. Employees are typically nice, too, so a plus there. The recent excursion saw me trying a promotional item, which was essentially a chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun with bacon and cheese. Sounds great, right? Look at the picture of it and decide what should have happened. The 'Dijonaise' sauce met my approval, however. The chicken was good, but I felt the unmelted cheese and overall lukewarm sammich was a letdown. Bad bad chick fil a order! Simply had 2 spicy chicken sandwich combo with 6 chick fil a sauces and 3 buffalo and one avocado ranch dressing. Once we got to the window lady said everything is in the bad didn't say have a good day just straight up like she did not want to be there it was the young lady outside handing your food to you. But anyways I didn't get any buffalo my fries were cold and eating the sandwich was raw. They need to double check the bags and get better one too bc how is it ripping when you barely got 2 sandwiches and 2 fries like McCord bags are way better! read more

BE CAREFUL WHEN EATING HERE!! Yesterday, I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a lemonade and buffalo sauce. About halfway through my sandwich, I started to notice the chicken had a weird, undercooked texture. It grossed me out, so I put the sandwich down and finished the rest of my meal. I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day, mind you. About two hours later, I started experiencing the most intense stomach pain -- it was hard to walk or even stand up. On top of that, I had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I kept waking up all night in cold sweats just to throw up again. By the third time, I was wishing I was dead. The fries were fire, though. I cannot say enough great things about this Chick-fil-A location, and it all started with an experience that won me over completely. On one of my first visits, I accidentally arrived about four minutes after closing. The cones were already set up in the drive-thru, and I was about to leave when Wyatt, one of the managers, saw me turning away. He waved me over, personally moved the cones, and let me place my order. After that night, this location became my go-to spot, and every Friday after work, I make it a point to stop by. I went through the drive thru ordered my food and came back to work once I got there i noticed that they shorted me chicken nuggets, I called them and spoke to Brain, told him what happen and that I was busy with a customer now and he said they would deliver my nuggets no problem. Second time I've gone for my order and have been told they didn't have anything I go to my car to leave and they come out and say they missed it don't apologize kind of laugh about it this time I asked why they were so unorganized and their response was if I didn't like the service I no longer have to come back. This location just opened up a few weeks ago, should be more organized. I ordered a Market Salad, the toppings that come with it are roasted almonds and granola. Instead only received a packet of Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Peppers which doesn't go with salad I purchased.
