Overall experience 9/10. I don't like the locations that have two lines that merge into one but that's a personal preference. The staff was very kind and cheerful, the food was fresh and tasty, no complaints. read more

I'm still up in the air as it regards this restaurant chain. Politics aside, and funny advertising, I've never really been wowed by the sandwiches or chicken in general, or the wide selection of dipping sauces. There, I said it! Waffle fries, now those are actually pretty good providing they're fresh and cooked properly (I've had underdone and it sucks). I like the versatility of the ketchup packets that this chain seems to monopolize, very clever, those. Employees are typically nice, too, so a plus there. The recent excursion saw me trying a promotional item, which was essentially a chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun with bacon and cheese. Sounds great, right? Look at the picture of it and decide what should have happened. The 'Dijonaise' sauce met my approval, however. The chicken was good, but I felt the unmelted cheese and overall lukewarm sammich was a letdown. Not enough to return for a refund, just negative reinforcement of why I seldom visit any location. read more

Chick-fil-A - Pretzel classic chicken and cheddar sandwich meal. - Fast Food Near Me - Riverside, California

Dismissive Service & Selective First Responder Policy As a local EMT, I was extremely disappointed by my recent visit to this location. Not only does this store exclude EMS and paramedics from their first responder discount limiting recognition strictly to police and fire but the team showed a complete lack of concern or empathy when I asked about it. EMS crews work side-by-side with law enforcement and fire departments on the exact same high-stress calls every single day. Being excluded is one thing, but being treated with total indifference after coming for lunch when there were plenty of other options around and being told i dont matter as much as fire/police is what prompted me to leave this review. I am posting this here in hopes that store management or the franchise operator will reach out to address both the policy discrepancy and the way EMS personnel are treated by staff at this location. read more

Food was good but they forgot everything!! No napkins, forgot my creamers for my coffee, and barely any sauces even after I ordered some on the app and in person! They should pour the creamer in the coffee for me because they always forget it!!! Team members need to more on point and focus more! read more

My first time at a Chick fil a. I was really disappointed that there is no indoor seating. I guess I won't be going there on cold or rainy days. At least there was mist in the outdoor seating area so a really hot day was ok. The food and service was good. read more

What a great experience with the employee at the drive thru friendly, professional, accurate. The food was delicious as usual. They food is always consistently good but the employee was the star of the site this visit. read more

My family and me often visit this location and tonight one of our foster kittens passed away, and the time just got ahead of us. Anyways, I needed to feed myself and my kiddos so we ordered ahead as always and I stopped in the drive thru to check in, I wish I caught his name but the young guy asked me if I was okay and it was difficult to answer him. I just want to say thank you for even asking me, I felt embarrassed I couldn't control my emotions, as to the girl at the window who was super genuine in ensuring I was okay, super sweet and I just want to leave this review so you guys know that people do appreciate interactions like that. Also our food was perfect and delicious as it always is, Thank you. read more

Bad bad chick fil a order! Simply had 2 spicy chicken sandwich combo with 6 chick fil a sauces and 3 buffalo and one avocado ranch dressing. Once we got to the window lady said everything is in the bad didn't say have a good day just straight up like she did not want to be there it was the young lady outside handing your food to you. But anyways I didn't get any buffalo my fries were cold and eating the sandwich was raw. They need to double check the bags and get better one too bc how is it ripping when you barely got 2 sandwiches and 2 fries like McCord bags are way better! read more

This location is unique in that it doesn't have indoor seating. It's outdoor near the drive thru or to go . My order? The original chicken combo. Maybe I never noticed , but choosing lemonade instead of soda adds .50 to your order. I would've done it anyway, but the cashier should've said something. read more

BE CAREFUL WHEN EATING HERE!! Yesterday, I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a lemonade and buffalo sauce. About halfway through my sandwich, I started to notice the chicken had a weird, undercooked texture. It grossed me out, so I put the sandwich down and finished the rest of my meal. I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day, mind you. About two hours later, I started experiencing the most intense stomach pain -- it was hard to walk or even stand up. On top of that, I had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I kept waking up all night in cold sweats just to throw up again. By the third time, I was wishing I was dead. The fries were fire, though. They forgot the ranch. read more

I want to start the review with a huge shoutout to Josh, who has consistently gone above and beyond every single visit. Whether it's remembering my usual order, greeting me with the most genuine enthusiasm, or just making sure every part of my experience is perfect, Josh exemplifies everything that makes Chick-fil-A's service legendary. His attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to great service make every visit feel personal and welcoming. I cannot say enough great things about this Chick-fil-A location, and it all started with an experience that won me over completely. On one of my first visits, I accidentally arrived about four minutes after closing. The cones were already set up in the drive-thru, and I was about to leave when Wyatt, one of the managers, saw me turning away. He waved me over, personally moved the cones, and let me place my order. After that night, this location became my go-to spot, and every Friday after work, I make it a point to stop by. The service here isn't just good--it's the best I've ever experienced at any Chick-fil-A, which is saying a lot because Chick-fil-A employees are already known for setting the gold standard in hospitality. There are so many other incredible employees at this location who always remember me, make me feel welcome, and ensure I'm taken care of every time--I just wish I knew all their names so I could give them the recognition they deserve! read more

This new location is so nice! The family and I had dinner just this past week and can't say anything less than it being a pleasant experience. The service was quick, the food was amazing as always & the employees were friendly! One employee even made her way over to where my daughter and I was sitting and gave her this adorable plushy! I love the outdoor seating and how new and clean everything looks. Very nice location; highly recommend. read more

Thank you Josh for the experience we had! We came through the drive thru before they closed, and the staff were so friendly. They actually try to have a conversation with you and everything. He noticed we had our kids in the back and after he gave us our food he said wait give me a sec, and ran to the back and pulled out 2 cows for my kiddos! I couldn't thank him enough and told his we just had a terrible experience somewhere else right before we came to you guys. So thank you so much not only making our night but making my kids night! read more

This chick-fil-a is interesting! It is drive thru only, but it does have a cute outside dining patio. I like that i can order from the outside patio through my mobile app account. Manager Cole needs training in customer service. No refill on my drink 10 minutes after I finish my lunch? Dude you are a fool. Lunch was good service was fast. I go out to my car and call back and ask for a refill and they tell me no. Manager Cole made the decision to be an idiot, rather than show excellent customer service. There are two things people buy that keep customers for life. The anticipated good feelings of their purchase and solutions to problems. Simple concept Cole. Bad decision, go work at Mc Donald's as a line cook your not ready for management yet. read more

Second time I've gone for my order and have been told they didn't have anything I go to my car to leave and they come out and say they missed it don't apologize kind of laugh about it this time I asked why they were so unorganized and their response was if I didn't like the service I no longer have to come back. Friendly staff, delicious food! Food comes out fast and accurate. Outdoor seating is available as well.

Friendly staff and yummy food. Quick line given how long it was. It will now be a spot in my lunch rotation.

Great service great staff! Scott who I assume is the store owner does well in recognizing all his customers, he introduces himself politely and takes an extra mile to assist you and answer any questions. The place is very clean and well taken care of! Food is delicious, they are so fast with taking orders and getting it to you right away! So clear that they use the freshest ingredients, happy they opened one close to home! read more

not even open at the right time and they don't serve lunch before 10:30 i waitied 40 min for noting it

This location just opened up a few weeks ago, should be more organized. I ordered a Market Salad, the toppings that come with it are roasted almonds and granola. Instead only received a packet of Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Peppers which doesn't go with salad I purchased. It wasn't even super busy only 1 car ahead of me at 11:40 am so it's not like they were rushed and made the error. read more
