This Panera - located at the front of the shopping plaza with Target - appears to be pretty new. And it has a drive-thru! Love drive-thru Panera locations! The parking lot was packed, so I opted for the drive-thru, which can be a gamble at some locations. Not here. There were at least 5 cars in front of me and they pushed that line through very quickly. My order was perfect and the staff was friendly. So glad I found this location only 12 miles from my hotel. read more

I ordered curbside pickup and waited over twenty minutes for my food. So I go inside and see my food sitting on the shelf. The whole point of me ordering curbside was to not go inside. Even the receipt says curbside pickup and has my vehicle details on it. Meanwhile other people ordering curbside got their orders just fine. My order was straight up ignored and the employees didn't make an effort to read the receipt to bring it outside. I'm very frustrated. So don't order curbside if you plan on trying to be somewhere on time, because you might end up like me and being ignored. read more

I shamelessly love Panera, and it's my preferred place to study because of the free WiFi and unlimited drink (tea and softdrink) refills. Of the dozens of Paneras I've visited though, this one is pretty "meh," which is too bad because it's really close to the house. Came Sunday night to finish homework, and they were having a team meeting and had evidently closed early. Can't begrudge training, except they were just sitting around and the folks who were outside and pointed out they were closed were just shooting the bull. So I returned a few nights later and the pick 2 sandwich was cold. Not room temp (it was not a panini; yes I know the difference), but cold as in, some ingredients just pulled out of a fridge. The rest of the meal was tasty, though. After about 45 minutes, I went up to buy a hot tea...and it was lukewarm. I almost didn't say anything but really, hot tea should be...hot. I checked the closing time before approaching the counter and they still had 3 hours to go, so I politely told the (different) gal that the hot water was no longer hot. She was slightly huffy and wanted to know if I wanted her to add water to my partially-full glass. I guess I gave her an odd look, so she asked if I just wanted a fresh tea...I said yes please, that would be great. She then filled up my cup with water from behind the counter and handed it back to me. What happened to dumping the tepid water and letting me try again? The lemons by the soft drinks were wilted and looked squeezed out already, and the place where you return the trays, etc., was completely stuffed to where there was nowhere to put additional ones. Sounds like that was a super productive team meeting. read more

Would be 4.5 if I could. Say 95% of the time there are no issues & easy to order in app so less of a wait. Couple times in past 6 months myself or my Mom Had to call & say something was missing or incorrect. I know should check order before we leave but sometimes you are in a rush. read more

Overpriced for what you get, they keep raising the prices every year too. I notice it because I order the same exact meal around Christmas every time and it has gone up by over a dollar every year, it was already expensive the first time I got and now I probably won't get it anymore because the cost for what I am getting is so ridiculous. They need to offer coupons or lower the prices on the overpriced sandwiches, charging over $7 dollars is ridiculous for just half a sandwich, the slightly less expensive price when you order 2 halves is no deal either, it still ends up being over $13 for a regular sandwich. I would get food there more often if the prices were not so high because the food is pretty good but with their prices it is just a once a year thing unless I get a bagel or something inexpensive. read more

I go here at least once almost every week! I love Panera and this one is so good! They are very good at managing their online ordering and it is always ready on time! The price is a little expensive but that's not their fault, it's the same at all Panera's! I wish they would expand their delivery a little farther but that doesn't keep me from always going there! If they ever mess up your order and you tell them, you almost always get a free bakery item! read more

This is the best Panera I have ever been to. The wait was short and the service was perfect. I came with a party of six including an infant. Not only was the order completely accurate (with multiple add-ons) but the person who took our order got it exactly right and did it in a very timely fashion. We got our order before we even had a chance to sit down! Food was also very good. read more

Not sure why the low ratings for this place? I have never been disappointed! They have great sandwiches, salads, soups, cookie and cookies! The staff is always great to. Gave 4 instead of 5 because they are kinda pricey for fast food but it is 100X better than a regular fast food place. read more

Expensive and the food wasn't very good. Salad had like bagged salad-wilted-with those bagged cold chicken strips you can buy in the grocery store. I paid the same amount for 1 salad of this, than I would have paid if I just went and bought those items at the store and put them in a box. I won't be going back. read more

Panera bread never disappoints. The food is always good and the service is always good too. I like the soufflé and pastries. I tried their breakfast avocado sandwiches yuck I was not impressed at all the avocado was not ripe it was so damn hard. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. They stay busy and always do the best they can in every circumstance. During CoVid they continue to work hard and make the best of this situation. We continue to support them and eat there regularly. This place will always be an all time favorite. They ran out of soufflés by 920 on a Sunday. The fountain machine was dirty as well. So I got a bagel. They didn't cut the bagel even and one half was huge and hard to fit in my mouth. Normally this place is good I don't know why they slacked. read more

I have enjoyed panera in many cities. This is a smaller restaurant. They have all the usual fresh baked suspects. They do tend to run out of these early. The best selection is thus earlier in the day. read more

Not exactly friendly, helpful or courteous when I went in to redeem a reward on my reward card which had just expired (beware the so-many-visits-per-month offer.) Plus I think the bread here is a bit more dry & crusty than at other Panera locations. The single star is for this location only. read more

I was in this Panera on Saturday August 13, 2016 around 9:30 am. I was "mad as hell" that they did not have any selection of bagels to order from in general. I was under the impression that they were a "bakery"! I lived in Atlanta for over 20 years and every Panera that I went to always had plenty of bagels! I contacted their customer service / corporate headquarters and received a "lame ass " reply stating that they "only" bake enough bagels for a single day....really? I like Panera Bread. I love the San Rafael, CA one for their military discount. I loved it more when I didn't have to be gluten free. They should provide more GF options for those of us unable to eat bread. I can't even do their Asian bowls because they use soy sauce. How about offering some Tamari or Coconut Aminos instead? My nephew loves Panera Bread, so dining here is going to be a challenge beyond a salad (Fuji Chicken Apple is my fav) or a couple of non-creamed soups. The customers here yesterday had a problem chewing with their mouths closed and/or talking without their mouths full (not Panera's fault), but made my dining experience a not so pleasant one. I do like the drive-thru option when you're on the go. Makes things much more convenient! They have good coffee, and their rewards card program is great as well. read more

Ordered two whole salads today - more like side salads. Ridiculously small portion and over priced. I will not be returning.

First off, the food here is expensive, 48 bucks for soup and sandwiches? for 4? 2 of which were PBJ'S?, the prep folks make the pbj's so sloppy, most of the jelly is on the outside of the sandwich on the plate. the food seems to be prepared as fast as they can make it, which makes it sloppy. The spread for my sandwich was on half of the item, meaning that half of it was dry, and the other half was oozing the stuff all over the place. for the price and crappy service, I'll go somewhere else. read more

Don't like there change to pick 2 it is charged separate now, but they make it look like it's still together. $13 is way to much for 1/2 sandwich, cup of soup, drink and cookie. Plus you have to buy a drink to get a cookie for 99 cents really after you just spent almost 10 for soup and sand. Way out of line. Prob won't go back anytime soon. read more

We used the drive thru, what a mistake that was! Two cars in front of us and in line for nine minutes. Went inside after we got our cold food and they could not have cared less. When I asked why the delay, they said "we were busy." Duh! read more

Panera, I do enjoy the bread that you serve with my meal. Whether part of a baguette or a roll, I always feel very French when I consume the fare quite enthusiastically. I have been to this panera several times because it is conveniently close to me. Every time I've gone through drive thru there is something wrong with my order and I have to go inside and continue to wait for it to be fixed. I didn't get eggs on my egg sandwich, received chips instead of apples, and this morning my coffee was cold etc etc. Normally I understand mistakes.. But it's been continuous. :-/ read more

Panera is one of my favorite places that has a drive-thru. Definitely high end compared to normal fast food, but you'll pay more for it. My favorites are the noodle bowls and salads; plenty of food for one. My only two "complaints" are they are often out of certain menu items, and sizes of some things are small. Went there last night and they were out of my favorite won-ton bowl and they had discontinued my son's favorite noodle bowl. The manager was very helpful, he recommended for me a different noodle bowl that had a cheese noodle, chicken, and broth base - it was great! My son, however, they recommended the Mac and cheese. With the full size being over $8 I opted for the half size, but when we got it it was tiny. He loved the taste though. Overall, I think this is a great location and we'll be back, I'll just look for a better kid-friendly meal option for my son. read more
