really wanted to enjoy my experience at Cava, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. I'm not sure if there was a manager on duty, because the cleanliness of the restaurant needs serious attention. The tables were sticky and dirty, and the front door (both metal and glass) looked like it hadn't been cleaned, with visible splashes and smudges. I also noticed flies around the food area, which is very concerning and made the environment feel unsanitary. On top of that, the food quality was not good. I ordered a steak kids meal for my child, and the steak was very hard and dry--my child even asked why it was so tough. My Greek salad also didn't look fresh at all. Overall, this experience does not make me want to come back. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both cleanliness and food quality. read more

Honestly the pool in Huntsville is extremely small for grab and go food that's good. This place is HIT or a MISS. When it's good, it's GREAT. The guy who is a manager here ALWAYS has an attitude, not sure why but he's often in the back on the computer so that's great he doesn't have to interact with customers all the time. Be sure to check your side Hummus portions before leaving. It's very often that I'll order a side of hummus and I'll get the tiny container instead of the $3.99 container. The ladies are really sweet and know how to make the strawberry citrus so well, it's the best! I notice if I come on the weekdays after work hours, the portions are great but I'm not sure why on the weekends the portions are very skimpy. If you come pretty often, you'll get the hang of when the best time to go is; unfortunate that you have to do that when you're spending your hard earned money. read more

Went there for my friends birthday. She had never been before. I love Cava however this experience was underwhelming. Firstly the people on the line acted like we were bothering them. Asking for toppings was like pulling teeth. Then I asked for the large pita bread. You would have thought I asked for gold. It was like I was bothering her. Been a while, but we thought to give this place another try. Order was to be ready 5:45. They told me to come back in 10 minutes. It's now been over 20 minutes and no one has come to the window. Got the food. They were nice and apologize for the wait. We stopped by Cava Saturday to build bowls. The foods on the line to select for building a bowl are freshly made and cooked. We like to build a bowl with a grain and greens. Then we select up to 3 dips. Saturday we had tzatziki, hummus and feta. Then we picked a protein of grilled chicken. Two scoops of grilled chicken. Probably about 3-4 ounces. There are vegetarian options. On to the next station which has several selections of toppings. I love the pickled onions the best. They are delicious! Options include pickled onions, marinated cucumbers, corn, kalamata olives, tomatoes and much more. Cava serves up fresh healthy options. Their employees are very nice and go out of their way to make your bowl or pita the best it can be. Please stop by and give them a try. read more

one of the most generous cava locations i have ever been to and i didn't even have to micromage to do "extras" on the toppings. that said, the best cava i've ever had, the tzatziki was exceptionally creamy compared to the ones i've had in california. they did miss asking if i wanted a side pita, and some of the sides were a little more on the saltier side but still good. located right next to chipotle, 2 "build your own" bowls next to each other, the competition must be strong, but my heart will always be with cava :) read more

I was favorably impressed. My wife and I showed up on opening day, and this new restaurant already has their act together! The workers were friendly and efficient. The food was very good, and portions were large. The only thing I didn't like was the placement of the restrooms -- in the left rear of the restaurant. One would have to negotiate people the waiting line (or the serving line!) to get back there. Hope you're not in any hurry! The font on the electronic menu board is small. Watch the pictures on it change, while you're getting close enough to read it. read more

The amount of times that I have ordered food from Uber for my parents and they have gotten incorrect food from this place when they are completely void of customers is mind blowing. This location is the worst. Do yourself a favor and visit the location on Whitesburg Dr or Clift Farms. This location is extremely slow and service is majorly lacking. Came here with a lot of expectations. Many have told me how amazing cava was and that it is the better Chipotle but Mediterranean. While the food was good, I do not believe it was excellent. Way overpriced for the amount of food received. The price per dollar (ppd) and protein per dollar (also ppd), were not as great as I expected. Overall nice atmosphere though. Cava in Madison is excellent! I am not a big fan of Mediterranean food, but my wife loves Cava. I finally went with her and it was amazing! I liked that I could choose what I wanted to put in it versus a premade meal, and it helps to know that all the ingredients for the most part are healthy, which is important for me as a plant-based eater. I wish I remember the manager's name but she gave me an amazing first time customer deal that day (note: I did not and am not saying there's always a first time customer deal, so please don't go in demanding one )! Made an online order, including payment, then drove to the location for the time I had scheduled pickup. Arrived to a line of other people that had done the same, and we watched as walk-ins were served and orders completed while we waited. In person and online, there was no way to cancel an order so I had to either eat the cost and time invested or wait. I was asked what my name was 4 times over the course of my wait so someone could start making my food. Each employee acted like they were working on my food each time they asked, but didn't until the 4th. I had ordered a salad with no modifications. If I hadn't ordered online I could have waited in line, been served, and left well before I actually received my food. No way online to cancel an order or to talk to customer support? I am an advocate for CAVA. I love it so much, and I could eat there multiple times a week. However this location specifically is lacking in customer service, upkeep of ingredients/stock, and consistency. The food has been decent every time I have been to the location, but it takes FOREVER. I often go get my food through mobile pickup. I have not been once thru Mobile pickup that I haven't had to wait at least 25 minutes for my food PAST the time it was supposed to be ready. Also, this location never advertises the free pita. The customer service is lacking in many areas. The employees have terrible attitudes, completely ignore you when they make eye contact, and they don't act like they care that people are not happy. I thought it might be time of day/newness of location. However, months into their opening, and it is still the same. There needs to be more evaluation of employees and how they conduct the location. I have been multiple times and not gotten some of the things I picked for my bowl. At least update it on the app that they are out if that is the case. I am really hoping for some improvements, as this is one of my favorite places to eat and grab lunch or a quick dinner. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Cava. The food is fresh and spectacular. Everything is well seasoned. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Abby the manager was so helpful and very friendly. Portion size is great and prices are very affordable. The interior is clean. They do need additional staff working the line to make things go a little faster, but I do know it's hard to find employees these days. I visit this Cava at least once a week. It's one of my most favorite places to eat. That garlic sauce is to die for! read more
