I've been to Pho Galaxy several times since they opened and every time is better than the last. I absolutely love their service, food and their beautiful restaurant! The place has always been clean, every visit. The pho is phenomenal and I love their clay pots too!! The fresh spring rolls will leave you craving them 24/7! I also enjoyed their fried pot stickers very much. read more

Food was very good and very hot. The only issue was the Thai tea. 10 percent tea 90 percent cream. My stomach was not happy. Will be back but won't order creamer with a tiny bit of tea again. read more

Truly amazing food, diverse menu, and great service. This little place on County line road is worth your time. I love their pho. Truly a delicious something different you don't get everywhere. There needs to a moratorium on places that specialize in chicken tenders. We've exceeded our quota. My favorite is the Whole Galaxy Special pho. A mixture of cuts of beef in a tasty beef broth with a raw egg yolk to mix in with the rice noodles. My wife favors the chicken dishes. You really must stop in. Great ambiance for a strip mall location. It just had a nice friendly feel. Not loud or noisy. read more

I feel like I'm picky about Pho, so to be fair I will rate them a 6/10. The garlic flavor was great , so the yolk brought out a nice creamy taste as well. Where my complaint comes in is regarding the meat portion and the fact it was severely overcooked so no tenderness was left to it- it was like eating mounds of ground beef tbh. I had enough noodles however for days. The EGGROLLS though were the best ones I've had period in the city so don't forget to order them! Might try the classic pho next time to really make my mind up about this place ! read more

I was craving pho and was wanting to try this place because of the bear popsicle drinks. What can I say? So we went and it is located right next to the Publix off County line where a different Vietnamese restaurant was located. We ordered the ocean breeze drink with popsicle bear and the passion fruit drink with the popsicle bear. We got an order of crispy spring rolls and then chicken pho. Everything was amazing!!! I would definitely come back. Very clean. Very fresh. read more

I only eat pho at one restaurant in this city and now...two! I am so happy this restaurant set up shop in Madison/Harvest area with an abundance of vegetarian options. Lavender, the owner and our server was absolutely amazing and friendly-efficient too! The restaurant is bright and has a cool light feature at the entrance. It's remodeled from the previous establishment and definitely a brighter and cleaner vibe. We started with tofu spring rolls and chicken potstickers-fried. The spring rolls were fresh and a little different in that there was lettuce inside. Nonetheless, delicious. Chicken potstickers were good. We ordered the Blueberry Ocean Soda, sweet tea and Thai Tea. The sweet tea was southern-just how we like it! The Thai Tea had the perfect amount of cream and the soda had the perfect amount of pop and not just syrup. For entrees, we ordered veggie pho, chicken clay pot and chicken fried rice. I appreciated our server asking if I wanted veggie or beef broth-there's a vegan mushroom broth and it didn't lack on flavor at all! I did have to ask for my fresh herbs but that was literally my only complaint. This is so going to be a fave dinner spot for us! I'm excited to try some of the tofu appetizers, banh mi and other menu items. read more

I've been coming here for about a year, and I want to start by saying the pho is consistently excellent. When we first began dining here, the owner was always present--she was incredibly kind, and the service was outstanding. We genuinely loved coming in and ate here often. Unfortunately, the last two visits have been disappointing. The owner no longer seems to be in the restaurant, and the current servers appear inexperienced. Service has been extremely slow, our orders have been incorrect both times, and we were still charged for mistakes that weren't ours. I'm not someone who asks for free food, so I paid and tipped as usual, but tonight made it clear that things have changed. It pains me to say this, but due to the consistently poor service, this will likely be my last visit to Pho Galaxy. I truly hope they can return to the quality and care they once had. read more

This place was the best pho in madison and huntsville area. Broth was delicious. The springroll with pork was done with a nice cut of pork. They use to pho with generous amounts of meat and topping. Everything had flavor. Noticed one day everything lost flavor and portions were significantly smaller. I thought it was an off day. Then it happened again... Notice everything is past tense about how great this place was. Now the broth taste like something out of a box. No longer taste the cardamom, anise and cinnamon. The toppings are sparce. They are happy to charge you a full amount for pho without subbing more of the toppings you like (they did this in the pass). Last time I will be visiting here. read more

Ok so, I'm giving three s just because, I came at the end of the night. With an hour left on their schedule I am sure everyone was ready to go home. There was only one waitress and not many patrons in the restaurant. So, service was a bit slow. Again, keep in mind it was the end of the night and I slipped in right before closing. The food however, was freaking delicious!!! I ordered the spring rolls with grilled chicken and a large bowl of classic Pho with Ribeye steak and Brisket. The atmosphere was very quaint and intimate yet inviting. I definitely recommend it however don't go right at closing. Happy Eating!! read more

Walking in, we were immediately greeted and invited to sit where we pleased. There were plenty of customers but we found a table quickly. Starting off, the service was excellent and our server was attentive and interested in meeting our needs. We began with an appetizer - the calamari. Perfectly cooked and the accompanying sauce was well paired. Then the meal itself - we shared a Ban Mi sandwich - perfectly made and absolutely well balanced between salt, spicy, sweet, and savory. Then we turned to the Bun - grilled shrimp excellence, rice vermicelli, fresh cucumber, carrot, cilantro and a divine slightly sweet and spicy, but vinegary sauce. The thing I love about Vietnamese cuisine, and Pho Galaxy demonstrates this beautifully, is that (as the late great Anthony Bourdain stated so well) "You might find something just as good, but you'll never find anything better" read more

Have only ordered pick-up, but noticed the dining area is nice and clean when walking in. Everything was packaged well and the food was delicious. Sometimes you just need some pho to hit the spot. Pick-up was easy and the employees are very friendly. read more

Mom and I went for lunch today. Service was really great. Mom got the clay pot with just vegetables and I got the House special pho, which has tripe in it so I got try that, not a fan but it's off my bucket list now. Ordered delivery from here. Tried their Seafood claypot, Shrimp with vermicelli and soybean milk with rainbow jelly. Food was packed in styrofoam containers which they should seriously consider replacing with a better alternative. The claypot dish must be so hot that it burnt through the styrofoam which I did not notice until I was half way through the food. I am sure food poisoning is the last thing any restaurant needs on their hands. Please invest in better delivery food containers. For the price of the food I paid, I am pretty sure they could afford it. read more

Pretty good Vietnamese place to eat! I ordered a Regular Pho with brisket and ribeye, the Whole Galaxy Pho Special, charbroiled pork bánh mì, and việt coffee. Pho was tasty and I enjoyed the meat! Tasted quite fresh and broth was flavorful. Only thing I would have preferred is if the broth came out hotter. It was still hot and fresh but just not as hot as I'd like. Personal opinion. The Whole Galaxy Pho had pretty much all the toppings possible with the beef rib piece which was huge! It was quite tasty, I will admit as well. I loved the bánh mì with the pork. The pork was very flavorful and super tasty and I loved dipping it into our broth to eat, sooo good. The sandwich didn't come out too crispy crispy as it normally would but still very good and big portion! Vietnamese coffee was okay in my opinion. Was expecting more with the egg foam on top but there was also some chocolate(?) things on top when it was brought to our table it made the coffee eventually taste more chocolatey than coffee which was a little strange but still nice! It came quite aesthetic as well. Staff and owners are super nice and were accommodating, I highly recommend trying the new Pho place out!! They also have a lot of options for food instead of pho like fried rice and other salad dishes! read more

Love this place!! Always so good very friendly people. We love their pho and I'd recommend to anyone

I opted to try this Pho Galaxy cafe out today. The menu options were not familiar to me, per se. I don't often dine or eat this type of cuisine. My experience was somewhat staid, but I was game for the anticipated experience. Casey was my assigned waiter, today was his first day. He was not adequately up to speed. But, that is no excuse for a new hire or for the restaurant itself. In short, the service was subpar, my order was good, but part of what I ate, I was unfamiliar with. I noticed other patrons, and it appeared they were more acclimated to this kind of cuisine than I. It appears to be a popular and well liked spot. I will have to try it again to see if my experience can be heightened. read more

It was a basic experience. The wait staff were nice. The music was decent. The spring rolls were really good. The pho was average. The boxes of unwrapped straws on every table is ick. I don't really care to come back. read more

Service was pretty good, but they messed up my order. I ordered spring rolls and pho. They forgot the spring rolls but didn't charge me for it. The Special Pho was honestly horrible. Flavor was way off, but I still ate it. This place is better than Pho Mous on 72, though. read more

So happy to try something new! We eat pho at least once a month. This pho broth is much more flavorful than the other places we have been to in the area. Garlic calamari is yummy for garlic lovers! Shrimp fried rice has large shrimp. We went early, 5pm, and were seated right away, excellent service. Our new favorite Pho restaurant. read more

This was my go to spot! I would eat here no less than 1x a week! the last 4 times I've been disappointed. The shrimp prawns were wrapped or breaded properly, now it slides right off. The shrimp the last few times in the Pho has tasted either old or dirty. When I call they give me some excuse and no apology. The last time I ordered the shrimp BOTH (prawns and pho)tasted off. my vegetable fried rice was hard and the vegetables were sautéed on the side. She charged me for extra hoisin. Not a ramekin full she gave me 3 packets instead of the 1 that comes with it. My total was $46, when I returned the pho and prawns she tried to argue me down and tell me that's how it comes. She refunded $27. I have lived here for 2 years and it's gone down the last 6 months when they started changing the quality of food. read more

Food was amazing and the service was good. Highly recommend for those seeking great flavors

I have visited Galaxy Pho twice this month. The service sure has gotten worse. It appears that the restaurant is being managed by someone other than its owners. The are young, inexperienced and clearly lack service training. Orders are served late, often time running out of normal items such as hot tea and everyday drinks. The servers take your orders without writing them and you often have to repeat the entire order. Meal portions are not the same as they use to be and are often missing items such as dressings, vegetables or fried rice instead of white rice. I used to like this place but obviously management is not concerned about repeat business. read more

I always forget to take photos!! But the food here is amazing! Always so full of flavor. My Husband and I have gone a few times now... and these are the few things we've ordered (we've loved everything we tried): Eggrolls (Delicious, but only get 2 for $6) Fried Prawns (SOO GOOD def recommend) House Special Pho (BOMB) Pork Bahn Mi (BOMB) Vietnamese Iced Coffee (similar to most Vietnamese iced coffee, it is more bold. This one in particular had a chocolate like taste to it.) Grilled Pork Platter (well marinated) The service from the short blonde lady is always so great! If I'm assuming correctly she's the owner. Very sweet and kind lady. Every time we go in she's always engaged with her guests and makes the restaurant a warm welcoming environment. Almost feels like you're at her home eating yummy food from her kitchen! 10/10 would recommend you try it out atleast once! read more

Title: Delightful Dining Experience at Pho GalaxyPho Galaxy has quickly become our new favorite spot for Vietnamese cuisine. Despite usually frequenting another pho establishment, our spontaneous decision to try this gem on our way back into town was a delightful surprise. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by Lavender, the owner, whose infectious joy added to the dining experience. The menu offered a variety of options catering to different dietary preferences, including a veggie pho with flavorful veggie broth that satisfied my wife's palate perfectly. My choice, the chicken clay pot, exceeded expectations with its hot, fresh presentation, accompanied by crispy rice cooked to perfection. The appetizers, including the chicken pot stickers and spring rolls, were equally impressive, especially when paired with the delectable peanut sauce.Even my mom, who opted for the chicken fried rice, couldn't stop raving about its taste and quality. To quench our thirst, I tried the blue ocean water drink, which proved to be a refreshing delight.Overall, our experience at Pho Galaxy was exceptional, leaving us eager to return for more culinary delights. Lavender's hospitality, combined with the restaurant's delicious offerings, ensures that this establishment will remain a go-to spot for us in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience! Oh and the ambiance was perfect!! read more

Where is Lavender? She would be so disappointed in the business she started. Pho Galaxy used to have the best Pho in all of Huntsville. But since Lavender has sold/left the restaurant the quality, service and overall vibe is just off. Friday nights this establishment was packed but not so much anymore. Although there are a few more menu selections none of them stand out in taste and presentation. I hope Pho Galaxy can survive all the changes. But they need to work on service and work on dialing in on the menu. read more

I don't know what happened. Change of ownership? There has been a serious drop in the quality of the food. The only notable exception is that the spring rolls remain very good. I have no idea what the sauce was on the shrimp and the rice was inedible. read more
