My local Panera bread! I joined their "Sip Club" and love getting my Coffee & fruit drinks here. I love their Pomegranate Hibiscus Tea & Agave Lemonade. As well as their regular coffee selection. Their $14.99 monthly sip club is worth it in my opinion. Specially for Freelancers like me looking for a coffee shop with Wi-Fi where I can work & meet clients. The staff are always very friendly and when on the go, I just order via the app and they'll habe the drink ready for me. They also have a good selection of salads & sandwiches. Their "Pick two" menu is always a good buy for me. I highly recommend this store. read more

Bad financial and service experience at Panera. I was in a bit of a hurry and the line was long so I jumped over to the self order kiosk. I ordered what I wanted and didn't pay a lot of attention. As I enjoyed my food--and it was really good (the only reason I gave them two stars), I scanned the marketing material in the dining area. My chicken noodle soup was really good, but did you know...my order should have cost $6.99 plus $3 water plus $2 Pecan Braid?! I looked at my receipt and found that I need to pay more attention. I paid $20 and tipped them a dollar for nothing!! I asked for a manager and was told they were "really busy right now." Not having time to escalate, and feeling my blood pressure rise, I pushed off to my barrage of meetings. Thievery sits wrong with me, though. Customer service--0 stars. Price--zero stars. Had the special cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich. The amount of actual chicken salad on each half was pitiful. And, to top it off, it was in a small area in the middle of each half. I went to Panera for lunch yesterday. It was about 12:15 when I I was going into the Drive Thru. It was a cold day and I was looking forward to some hot soup and a hot sandwich. Can you imagine my surprised and how upset I was when I was told that this Panera had NO SOUPS. I thought that I had possibly misheard the response and asked whether they had run out of one soup or had run out of all soups. The response was that they had no soups of any kind. I was so surprised to hear that a restaurant that specializes in lunch meals (including soup) would have run out of soup by mid-day. I left immediately. I went there with a co-worker on 1/23/25. The restaurant exterior is beautiful, and smartly nestled between apartment homes, stores, and the like. Looking forward to the walnut and cranberry chicken salad sandwich half alongside a cup of soup, my co-worker and I were already at the service window when the employee remarked, "They just told me we are out of chicken salad." Mind you, my co-worker had just ordered the same sandwich. In the same car. Once I adjusted and selected another the employee said, '...have a great day', as she hurriedly presented our orders. Not good like it used to be . Panera use to be a go to for soups and salads but not since they sold to the company that owns Krispy Kreme it's not longer good . They cut their pastries to almost nothing and the quality was cut as well . I would say go somewhere else for soup and salad . read more

6/1/20 update. I really really wanted Fulin's today however they didn't open for over an hour. Leaving the vet, I ordered with the Panera app (fav. breakfast sandwich - egg white, cheddar, tomato, spinach and avocado goodness!) and had to sub bread as I normally get the whole wheat bagel, which the app notified me they were out of. Still in the app, you describe your car and direct them as to where you'd like your food. I just said "in the trunk" please. You click an "I'm here" button when you arrive and within minutes, a smiling (judging by her eyes, since she had a mask on) and gloved employee happily plopped my late breakfast deliciousness in the trunk. I knew before I left the gym that it was going to be a mistake. Knew when I pulled in the parking lot I should go somewhere else. All I wanted was a bowl of tomato soup and a tuna salad sandwich ON TOAST. Even asked the question about the bread and reiterated ON TOAST at the register, PAID $18, was asked and answered the question to the earthy people preparing my food to confirm my order. I know that the norm now is you don't get what you pay for any more and the days of doing a good job has been long gone and you should understand that disappointment is just the way it is because you're not supposed to expect too much from the current generation. $18. A cup, not a bowl of tomato soup unless a bowl is too intimidating, and a tuna salad sandwich on UNTOASTED BREAD. It is my fault for not checking everything, not being more clear on the toasted part, and not trusting my instincts. I only spend money with people I know and I strayed. Not bad. Pretty fresh and staff is friendly. Just order your stuff and they give you a sensor when your orders ready and you pick it up. It's not cheap however, but the quality is actually good. I liked it. First timer here, I like how they have healthier options for eats compared to other places in the area. After your order they always ask if I wanted to purchase a pastry or cookie for $0.99. Slick. I got the Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken. The bowl Came with rice, tzatziki, tomatoes, and chicken. It was a nice combination together. I'd get it again. I also got a half sandwich of the Cubano. That was good and the bread was fresh and crispy, and the meat was flavorful and moist. So I get notified that my order is ready, however when I go to pick it up via drive thru, they have yet to do my order & waited for another 15 minutes at the drive thru window before I can receive my order. I don't think I'd want to come to this location again due to the service. Had lunch with my daughter at this location. She loves Panera. The food was very good. I have no complaints at all with that. I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The cleanliness of the building is a little lacking though. The booth we sat at had food smeared and finger prints all over the wall. The seats were very worn, holes and cracks in the upholstery. Totally bait and switch and false advertising. Pizza is listed in menu board at 10.29. They are charging 10.59 and the boy who said he is the Mngr said "oh the corporate office changed the prices. " Well why isn't the price outside on the board changed? Customer expects to pay price advertised not be told a higher price just because... I have no idea why price is higher .... maybe somebody is just making some cash. Either way it is illegal and my complaint was not taken seriously. Food was great as usual. Atmosphere very relaxed. My only complaint was cleaning tables. They had a disinfectant rags box available. So I Cleaned a table to sit down and eat at. Placed an order for delivery and the order came missing an item. I called the store to send me the missing item and I witnessed their ugly unprofessional face. Lying, pushing back, and forcing me to accept their lame offer which was as follows: if I want to get the missing item, I have to come to the store to get it. Even though I asked to have it delivered and paid the delivery charges and tipped the driver. I asked for a full refund, told them they can come over and collect the untouched food, but they refused and unwilling to resolve it unless I accept their offer. WTF! read more

Usually I love Panera. The food always has a great clean taste. I frequent Panera Bread off the 72 pretty regularly due to the drive-thru and proximity to Target. Sadly, despite fantastic food, the service is in dire need of attention. Last weekend I grabbed Panera on the way home from shopping and ordered the Modern Caprese sandwich. The sandwich overall was very good, but was lacking the cheese which is one of only 4 ingredients on any Caprese. Disappointing but I figured I'd let it slide as I didn't want to trek 18 minutes back to have them add cheese to my sandwich. Today I decided to try again. I went through the drive thru and ordered the same sandwich but requested no tomato, another sandwich for my sister, and a bagel as Panera rewards offered me a free bagel every day this month. The girl taking my order simply could not get my order right, and I had to repeat the order to her 3 times. When I got to the window I was served by a different girl who told me her name was Talaya. When she charged me I enquired about the free bagel that my card entitled me to and she told me I did not have a free bagel. I paid and then on my receipt it reiterated that I did in fact have free bagels everyday. When I showed Talaya this she told me I could wait while she found her manager and then they could void out the transaction and recharge me. This would have left me with a bag of cold food and an additional charge on my card that would take 3-7 days to come off. I opted to pay for the "free" bagel. Upon arriving home I opened my sandwich to see that again it was missing the cheese and that despite requesting no tomato, my sandwich had several large pieces. I will likely not return to this Panera anytime soon. read more

I love Panera Bread. This location is near my house and I every Sunday morning I go get breakfast for my family. This morning I tried the new Chipotle Chicken with avocado breakfast wrap. It was a complete fail. The wrap was a stale tortilla/naan bread thing, the eggs tasted like rubber, and the avocado was brown. Gross. I will stick to the soufflés and other sandwiches they have. Alright let me preface by my understanding of how things can get backed up during busy hours, but still... ordered online to this Panera and it says "your order will be ready at 5:41." Sweet. I intentionally arrive 10 minutes later cause I know how those time go. No surprise it's not ready when I arrive at 5:50. Meanwhile other customers are ordering and getting their food while I'm waiting here for mine - some of them having ordered the exact same thing as me. I had a sharp broken piece of plastic in my tomato soup and they just said what is that and dismissed it. I waited to see if they were going to throw out the rest of the soup and they just looked in it and walked away. Kinda scary! I'm glad I didn't swallow it. Unfortunately I don't have a picture because my son was starving and ate the tiny sandwich in 4 bites! How does this place stay open with their super tiny servings and big prices? The pastries are a good size and value, but all the lunch options are microscopic. I got my son the chipotle bacon melt and the bread was tiny loaf bread. Why didn't they at least put it on their big chewy baguette to add some calories? And it was a whole sandwich. I substituted the chips and got fruit and he ate chips at home. I guess for women who want a small lunch it's fine, but do real men eat here and ever leave satisfied? This has always been my complaint here. The flavors are good but geez give us some food will you? I honestly think 2 1/2 stars is more appropriate considering the lack of value. I just don't get why people come here short of the pastries.
