The back side of the sandwich. Not grilled at all.
    Eric S.

I went after work and ordered three soup and sandwich meals. I received my food and the bag was taped closed. I peaked in and really couldn't make out what was in the bag. I got home and the Kicking grilled cheese sandwich was missing. I drove back, showed my receipt and the manager was nice about providing me a kicking grilled cheese. He instructed someone behind the counter, the same young woman who bagged up my order the first time. After a few minutes she let me know my sandwich was ready. I got home and found that she gave me a microwaved cheese sandwich. The bread is like rubber on the outside and soggy on the inside. I tried the sandwich and am just disappointed in what I received. The resturant was clean. And the soup and tea taste amazing.

I had a horrible experience at the Panera Bread on East 56th. I ordered $80 worth of food, about 5 meals. First issue was, I specifically asked the cashier to make my sandwich to go, and the chicken teriyaki bowl to go, a d the rest for dine in. Well, they swapped it. The chicken teriyaki bowl was in a bowl on a tray and so was my sandwich, the dining in items were all wrapped to go instead of on a tray. Second issue, I finally arrived at the airport to tear into my sandwich and it was not even sliced in half. It's too big for that and I don't have a knife since I'm at the airport. It would have been nice to share it with my son,but doing the whole, " I take a bite, then you take a bite" wasn't going to work. Third issue and most important is that ordered a bbq chicken smokehouse sandwich and I believe it's one of the more expensive sandwiches, and what I'm eating write now is some pesto sauce deli turkey sandwich with little-to-no-meat and a bunch of soggy lettuce and two sliced of tomatoes for a 12" sandwich. It's all bread! They jipped me on the meat! Look at the photo. Panera you can do better than this! Train up a "teen" in the way that they should go, and....""

I just started working nearby and decided to try the 8.99 per month coffee club. I like the convenience and rapid pickup, but recently I have been grounds in the bottom of my cup. Service is fast and friendly. They could do a lot better with social distancing people crowd around rapid pickup, checkout and coffee. They do offer curbside pickup, but prefer not to do it for just a cup of coffee

"I sent my son to pick up our saturday evening meal and it was horrible." I purchased the goddess greek salad and 2 sausage and peperoni flat bread pizzas. Pizzas were cold , the salad was not good it was mediocre. and there was a piece of broken off bread just laying in the bottom of the bag not properly wrapped up. Ill never go back there. this was our first time trying them out. I should of checked out reviews for them here first. I would also not recommend them to anyone. this was the fort harrison location."

**** Update*** Lowered from a 4 to a 3...giving this 3 begrudgingly What in the world did they give me. I know food doesn't look like the images on ads BUT geesh!!!! ************ Unlimited coffee is a plan I can get with..if only the coffee I wanted was available. This location tends to be out of one or more types of coffee when I place my online order. 3 out of 5 visits my app order isn't ready by the time provided...all I'm getting is an empty cup with a sticker on it. I get it, other orders are being filled..extend the time within the app. This visit I patiently waited 5 minutes after my order was to be ready. Upon further nosiness, spotted my cup on the floor. Wondered how long will they keep kicking it around before someone picks it up. Needless to say my craving for coffee beat out employee attentiveness. I inquired about my order to be handed a cup without explanation. Aht aht..I also ordered food. To my dismay the app showed chocolate croissants but none were made that day. I used a free pastry coupon how ever will I be compensated. I didn't want anything else, no I wasn't being difficult. The only reason this location is getting 4 stars is because of the manager!!! She was super nice, offered sandwiches, salads, something to make me whole and wrote my missing pastry in a special book. I wasn't a jerk about the situation, ish happens BUT I wasn't going to take food I wasn't going to eat. When I returned the next day The Manager greeted me before I made it to the counter. Bagged up my pastry and made sure my coffee was ready. That's exceptional service!!! My coffee may not always be ready and sometimes things get ignored but the people are kind and doing the best they can with what they got

I ordered a dozen bagels. I went to go pick up my bagels at the counter and the cashier just handed me a big bag. The cashier told me that they didn't have any bagel containers. They also didn't give me my receipt; and they had the nerve to ask me for a tip when I paid for my order.

Literally tomatoes, greens, sauce and cheese...

I ordered the caprese chicken melt and they didn't even put the chicken on it. Absolutely ridiculous

This store constantly gets orders wrong. When you call to report a missing item, they put you on hold for several minutes.

We never got the right order With the new system we got what we ordered the first time This pizza was good. The cheese did not cover the pizza and when we tried to eat it the filling fell out. We thought we got ham, sausage and pepperoni as meat. They must chop the meat into tiny pieces. We could not find meat but thought we tasted meat The pizza was ready when they said. It is in a nice, sturdy box with a container of hot peppers Since we were carry out I am unable to describe the ambiance but have been inside and find it very nice Will we eat at Jockamo's again? You betcha

I always support independent businesses which is why I mentioned that I have frequent this location multiple times and only have had one bad experience. This will not detour me from ordering again but I wanted to share all my experiences and not just one. I also was able to call and receive my credit so I appreciate that as well! Love Jackamo pizza, Ive ordered pickup and delivery from this location multiple times since moving to the Eastside. I picked up two pizzas on Sunday. I tried for the first time a small Margarita pizza and unfortunately I did not like it due to the fact that the cheese was overpowering. When I think of a margarita pizza I think of lots of sauce, basil, and garlic with minimum cheese. I added pizza sauce because Jackamo's margarita pizza actually does not come with sauce but the cheese took over the pizza so much that it just seemed like a cheese pizza. Unfortunately in my second pizza which was a large lazyboy I discovered it had a piece of plastic wrapper in it. I was unable to call to get this fixed because it was after hours and they were closed on Memorial Day but I hope this was just a one time mistake because I would hate to stop coming here entirely.

So many different kinds of coffee, and I love that you get to pick your own mug. Cute! A different server took our order and was equally friendly and patient as it was our first time there and we had lots of questions. Everyone ordered something different so we got to try each other's entrees. I had the quiche of the day, which ended up being a huge slice--like a 1/4 quiche--and came with a side. Coworker added a pancake as her side of eggs and breakfast meat, but wanted to split the former. So we got it GF blueberry lemon pancake. It comes with real blueberries and a lemon icing drizzle that's not overly sweet yet negates the need for syrup. It was amazing and did not at all taste gluten free! Portions were a good size and everyone left there either full or with a box. I look forward to finding another excuse to return. This is a Fort Ben gem!

When looking at the menu, the BLT caught my eye and my lunch decision was made. I'm a bit of a BLT snob and was very surprised by the quality of theirs. It is definitely in my top five, and I'll be returning just to have another one. The only issue I was unhappy with was the coffee service. I did not care for having to retrieve my own coffee. I was at a sit-down restaurant to rest and eat. That is the primary reason I could not give five stars. Having to serve myself coffee alone won't stop me from returning, but it will annoy me next time just as it did on this visit.

It has been over ten years since my original review of Fort Ben Pub, a locally owned pub and grill…read moretype establishment located in the Fort Ben area in the same strip center that includes Moo & Lou's Ice Cream and Phaya Thai. There's a wheelchair ramp in the middle of the building - I'll be honest, I don't quite trust it as I've noticed people in this parking area tend to block it without noticing it. There's also easy access from a ramp at the end of the building. Lawrence has done quite a bit to improve their curb cuts in this area, an area that has grown massively since my last review including 2-3 apartment buildings, a library branch, and an improved civic plaza. Fort Ben Pub itself is pretty accessible, though it becomes less so when it's packed (for example, my most recent visit was on a Friday karaoke night and accessibility was definitely more limited). There's two glass doors going inside the pub and, yes, they do offer a few tables on the sidewalk for outside dining. As you enter, you arrive in a large dining area with a beautiful bar to the right. The restaurant is decorated in warm woods with a few televisions of varying sizes and, on this evening, background music playing. On this visit, I was with a festival after-party that was placed off the main area in a smaller area that had two pool tables along with a variety of food/appetizers, etc. It's a cozy room that gave me a chance to check out the rest of the building. I did see the restrooms, which I would definitely not consider accessible - plan accordingly. I could possibly get in the door of the men's restroom, but it was quite tight and I have a smaller chair. This is a beloved place for a friend of mine who lives nearby and within walking distance. They treat her well. She was there during this visit, and I honestly just smiled at their clear affection for her (it's mutual). I love places that become community, and knowing this makes me want to return. That said, my accessibility concerns do somewhat limit my options. Fort Ben Pub does offer space for private events/groups and does catering. They have pool tables, Putt Putt live, Mega Touch, and Golden Tee and most of the sports network channels. While I'd tried both their tenderloin and burger in the past, I had a variety of items this time around due to the after-party, though not everything it seems was on the menu (or I'm just not recognizing it). As I noted previously and my friend also proves, the employees are super friendly and helpful. There are definitely times when it gets busy, though it's also pretty easy to come here during slower times. This particular visit was the first time I'd experienced accessibility issues. There's an awful lot to love here. I have to say that while I wasn't in the room with karaoke, the people were having a blast with such sincere enthusiasm that I was almost in awe. I've done karaoke one time in my life, and I don't think there's enough alcohol in the world to fuel another attempt. I also know from being close to the folks at Moo & Lou that these businesses watch out for each other - which I really like as it's a nice little safety factor. In the end, my star rating isn't changing but my appreciation for Fort Ben Pub has grown. This visit made me want to return in the near future, and it made me grateful for those places where you can get so comfortable that it feels like the people become part of your village. That's Fort Ben Pub.
