Taking my order like she don't care about her job.. and the way she took the money out of my hand seems like she's disgusted. And when she gave me the change . She did the same thing. Until the money and my coins fell. So so disrespectful how I wish I got her name . But she was pretty rude. The food was awesome. Panera is great for a light meal with a variety of options. I love the half combo and always get a half chicken noodle soup with a half chicken Caesar salad. Their iced green tea is excellent and service is always good. I'm a happy customer and will definitely come back. read more

"RAPID" PICKUP NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION. If you place an order for pickup, arrive 25-30 minutes later than the promised time. If it's still not in the pickup location, you have to wait in line to ask for it and then wait again because it has to be checked. A huge inconvenience for anyone who works near the mall and needs to get back to work. If the Manager Manny is on the shift, don't expect him to offer any help about the inconvenience or even give you eye contact. You might as well wait in line. Bad service. I did a pick up order and they did not give me half of what I order. I was only given a soup but no spoon.

One word "soup". You better try it or its not worth going to panera. For lunch you can get a half sandwich and a soup for like 6 bucks if i remember correctly and the sandwich is anything but half. The soup menu is enormous and its the best tasting soup i ever had. One little problem though, the lines can get really long especially during lunch hour so make sure you leave yourself extra time if you'r trying to get back to work. read more

Not bad, typical Panera fare and normally pretty busy. Convenient and healthy though for mall eats.

Food is great. However, they did not give me fruit cup which charged me extra and there is no lettuce in my sandwich. I also ordered a salad without avocado but I saw a huge piece of avocado in my salad. So sad I ordered it online and i did not check before I leave. Suggestion. Check before you leave if you ordered online. read more

I just had the roasted turkey with avocado blt and extremely disappointed. There was 1 piece of bacon, the lettuce was dirty and wilted and the bread was stale. All your ads make everything look so fresh and delicious and clearly this is not the case. read more

In general, Panera is a nice chain store brand, NOT at this one. Clerks here are rude, no patient while you order your food, no sign for where the line starts, often confused customer. "Manager" offers no help and don't know what he is talking about. Saw a roach crawling on wall..pointed out to a young manager who killed it and kept walking...no apology, no offer to remake food...nothing.

I am giving this Panera Bread a two thumbs up. The Chocolate chip cookies here are excellent. The cheese bread is amazing. The lemonade is also very good. The people who work here are nice and friendly. I can't and try some more bread. read more

Just came with my boyfriend to get some coffee and something to eat. The person that took our order was a very nice young man, very helpful and attentive. My boyfriend ordered the BLT roasted turkey avocado sandwich, bacon was terrible, seemed old and dry, the avocado served on the small sandwich were huge pieces making it hard to stay in the bread (website shows the sandwich with more thinly sliced avocado), the people who then hand you your order don't know what they are doing, ordered two coffees and they had no idea who was supposed to serve us. Over all, the cookies and coffee are very good, however the service and the sandwiches not so much. read more

The service has become terrible here in recent times. Snobby and arrogant attitudes of customers, as well as obnoxious teens running all around, is now the norm at this Panera location. I recently ordered from the bakery. A toasted multi-grain bagel with a side of peanut butter and a fountain drink. Mind you, the drink was supposed to be a "free reward" that I had earned when using the Panera rewards program.The cashier was told about this but still charged me for the drink after swiping my rewards card. After I paid with cash and didn't get any change back, that's when I complained. This cashier, a young black woman, was extremely rude and snarky. She said "I did give you the drink for free" (in a belligerent tone) I was like, "Then why did you charge me for it? She responded, "You gave me exact change for the order." I said "No, I gave you a $5 bill plus 69 cents, what happened to the three dollars I'm owed?" She argued with me so much that the manager overheard and came over to assist. This particular female employee was rude, arrogant and seemed to be waiting to talk with a female friend, who was hanging out on the side. After the manager came over to help, this rude employee kept arguing with me that she got the order right. The manager just shook his head then said, "Oh wait, your FREE DRINK never came off. So, he had to refund me the difference in cash. However, he was supposed to give me back $3 but only refunded me $2 and change. I was already frustrated over the whole incident so I just left. However, more concerning was the female employee, who was giving me the "evil eye" and being very snarky, (smacking her lips), while I turned to leave. I wasn't happy about this experience but decided to return a couple of days later. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese at the Kiosk the next time. I paid with my debit card, swiping it at the Kiosk. I waited and waited for over 15 minutes. The order never arrived! So, I approached the counter to ask what happened. The two female workers there could barely speak a word of English and had to get someone else to assist. Then another female employee came over to ask me about the problem.. She was apologetic and got me the bagel and cream cheese right away. However, she couldn't explain why my order was never fulfilled in the first place. I wrote to Panera's corporate site to describe these incidents, however, I didn't hear back at all. This is extremely disappointing. The service here is not friendly or welcoming anymore. Just a mad rush to get the Neo yuppies their special blended drinks and power lunches. The staff doesn't concern themselves with smaller bakery orders. This location needs to better train their staff for customer service and appropriate conduct. read more

i wish more places offered the combos they do as i can be captain indecisive. went there yest for a quick refule during shopping. i got yp2 w/ turkey on whole wheat & fuji apple salad. love love love that salad & the fact they had their nutrition info up. plus they had low fat mayo packs, awesome. hubby tried their new thai salad & it was so good, i may have to get it nexttime - had edamame, carrots, roasted peppers, peanuts & thair dressing. plus we were total pains asking lots of questions about sauces & dressings & they guy who took our order happily answered them all without ever giving that "really? youre pissing me off now" face :) read more

Good branch of this lovable franchise. I come here for lunch with co-workers regularly and generally its pretty pleasant. Good soup, my favorites are the creamy tomato, and garden veggie pesto. Bread is always fresh and delicious. I love the chocolate croissant as an occasional treat. This location is in the Broadway mall, and a good place to have lunch before or after some serious shopping. read more

Worst service ever- so slow and there were no other customers waiting for food. Got the pick 2 to go... Asked for Greek salad- no tomatoes- not only does it have tomatoes but it is not even half way full- about 10 small pieces of lettuce- disgusted this portion cost $3.99. I will not return! read more

I must admit I came here for the free wifi but there single is so damn strong. the food is pretty standard for a Panera, staff is chill. And there's a decent amount of seats. People expect so much from places. What else can you ask for from a fast food read more

This Panera is OK when it comes to lunch and dinner, it's usually a pretty busy location so the line does build up. However, the reason I'm writing this review is because of my experience in the mornings at this Panera. I'm a big fan of the egg souffles that Panera offers as morning fare, but the problem is they NEVER have an adequate stock of them during morning hours at this location. This is not an issue at any other location, so clearly they have a problem with their bake schedule at this location, in that they are not properly producing a sufficient number of souffles to meet the corresponding demand. Every time I've gone to this Panera in the morning, whether 7 AM, 8, AM, 9AM, this has always been the case. To make matters worse, I once walked into the store asking for a particular souffle only to have the guy tell me that not only were they out of the souffles, the wait would be 25!!! minutes for another one. Now this would be bad enough as it is, but I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE at the time. So instead of preparing the item that was requested by the ONLY person in the store, the employee just tells me to essentially "deal with it" while he's just standing there doing nothing. After that experience I have never returned to this Panera for breakfast agin. read more
