Been here a hand full of times since this location is not too far from my job. The staff is always kind when helping get my order ready. I've also used the mobile order option and the food is always packed nicely for to go. The location is very clean with several tables to dine at. The parking lot can be crazy especially during peak hours since it shares it with Shop Rite and several other food businesses. This visit I grabbed the pick 2 option which gives you options of a salad or wrap(+$1) with a choice of snack, soup or smoothie. This visit I got the crispy chicken poblano salad with a small cheddar broccoli soup. The crispy chicken poblano salad has a nice creamy dressing that went well with all the mixins of the salad. I like that you also have the option to customize your order to add or exclude ingredients. The cheddar broccoli soup was also very good with a generous amount of tender broccoli in each bite. Awesome spot in one of the busiest strip centers on the Hicksville Plainview border -on South Oyster Bay Road. Fresh bowls and wraps in a clean store with open prep station showing a variety of options. First visit was excellent. Fresh food, friendly service. 2nd visit stopped in while leaving a nearby store while my mother was trying out. They didn't welcome or prepare anything for 15 minutes because she was using a promo on an app that had a later pick up time. They never smiled or welcomed and seemingly begrudged this app promo by insisting she was early a few minutes and would have to wait. So my good experience is now soured based on hers. Visit Date: 4/18/25 I got so lucky to be able to participate in two yelp elite events in the same week. On Monday I got to taste food from Street to Table from their new Huntington location and on Friday I got to redeem a meal to try from Just Salad's new Plainview location. When I got in the place looked pretty clean with crisp decor, to symbolize serving up fresh meals and salads. I showed my party pass and was given a sticker and got on line to order. I got the Buffalo Chicken Salad, my meal came with a drink I chose Pink Lemonade and a cookie as well. The salads are prepared in front of you, it's always nice to be able to see your food being made directly in front of you, it's comforting. I was given options to go light, heavy or medium on the dressing, I chose heavy give me a thousand extra calories in salad dressing PLEASE!!! I took my meal to my friend's house and ate it there. The salad was fresh and the lettuce were nice and crispy, the dressing made it a little spicy but not overpowering with the heat. The chicken was moist and grilled. The bread was okay, not all that great but not bad either. The staff was friendly, very serviceable, they didn't want to take a tip because they're not supposed to be allowed tips but the manager told them they could because as a yelp elite if we are getting the privilege to taste food to review and it's being given to us it's only fair to give a nice tip. I am not much of a salad person but I would come back to Just Salad, the salads are pay one price if you choose a salad off the menu which makes it a little cheaper than those other places where you build your own salad and end up paying $30 at the end for everything you put in it. 5 star experience at Just Salad! I was there with my plus one D.D. The place was sparkling clean and the staff were very friendly. Even though it was busy, the staff took their time to get the order right and to answer questions. I got a vegan chipotle wrap with light dressing. It was very good! It was packed with kale, avocado and impossible ckn. The dressing was spicy and delicious. The wrap was big, I could only eat 1/2. I also got a chocolate chunk cookie which was delicious and a Poppi orange soda. I really appreciated the vegan and healthy options and will definitely be back. We stopped by Just Salad for lunch the other day and they're always an enjoyable meal. My husband and I split the Cilantro Lime Chicken and the Chicken Fajita Market Plate, and they were both really good. I should probably branch out with my order (I've had these dishes before), but they're so tasty we knew that's what we wanted. Both dishes are really flavorful. The chickens great, as is the rice and veggie selection for each. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. It's easy to sit down and eat and there's lots to check out in the shopping center. They're a good staple for Plainview, and maybe next time I come back I'll try something new! read more

What a beautiful place! Walking inside I was greet by the staff. It's a very big place so you're able to sit down and eat, pick up and order, or simply take your meal to go. The menu had a LOT of option (not just salad)! There were wraps, smoothies, & of course your basic salads. There were so many options. There was a little guide to indicate which ones were geared as a Vegan option. It was so clean and the amount of options on what you can put in your salad. I loved the many options of dressing you can add to your salad. Feel free to top off your meal with salad or the Cinnamon Pita Chips (those were DEELISH!). I already cannot wait to go back. Used to live in the area and was THRILLED to hear of this awesome addition to the shopping center I spend the most time in! I got the poblano salad and it was just.. chefs kiss. IT WAS EXCELLENT. the staff was very friendly, quick and made sure to ask all the right questions, and had extra patience with my mom who has aphasia and Alzheimer's. Parking can be quick or time consuming depending on the time of day but nonetheless it's a great option to be able to get a salad after all the shopping being done when I visit this location. Love having a Just Salad location even closer than Westbury! We went here the day after their grand opening and it ran like a well oiled machine. They jotted down our orders and made sure we substituted anything we did/didn't want. Checked on how much dressing we wanted. We ended up getting the reusable bowls because anything we can do to save the environment amiright Staff was friendly. The place is spotless. It's a buffet style you walk up to counter and servers take your order and after creating bring it up to register. Today's graced meal for Yelp Elite was salad, drink and a cookie. I have been going to the Huntington Just Salad for a while now, so when one opened up closer to my house I decided to try it out. The chicken on my poblano salad was hard, dry, and was not delicious the way I have known it to be. No Parmesan crisps could be found. The chicken did not taste good. The fried onions were teeny tiny and barely there. The tzatziki dressing was so watery. When I picked up my order the piece of bread was missing (if you can even call it that - it was a sliver and not even tasty) and the staff member double checked my salad. I am not sure if this was to see if I was telling the truth or to confirm their staff member made a mistake. They took my salad back to add the bread. In the future just package a piece or two of bread. Also, provide bags. We shouldn't have to ask. I have spent $3.99 on a better tasting bagged salad from Target. This was my first time at this location and I will not be going back to any location. Two of my co-workers also got salads and they were not happy either. They also had ingredients missing and ingredients that they asked to be removed. We all decided this was the first and last time we will be ordering from Just Salad.
