We ordered from here for our office, and at least as a large to go offer, I was pretty disappointing. For one, one employee didn't get their order and were told "well then you'll have to order again" which was pretty unhelpful. As far as the orders we did get, they were neither labeled with names (not sure if there was a place for this on order or not) nor with what the bowl names were. So having 15 people trying to pop open each container to determine if that's what they ordered or not was really inefficient. I don't know why it couldn't have said "Mexicano Bowl." Which leads to uncertainty if Healthy Boy messed up order or an employee grabbed the wrong bowl as I ended up with the wrong bowl handed to me and when I tried to find out where mine was it was already being eaten. So I can't say for sure how the Mexicano Bowl was since I got a Veggie Chicken Bowl. Which was fine tasting. But after one employee meal was missing and the company was like "meh" it wasn't worth trying to decipher if HBG made the complete mistake of sending the wrong food or just the partial mistake of not labelling the food in a helpful manner. I love this place! Their food is thee bomb, fresh AND healthy indeed. My favorite from here is the Ginger Chic Bowl! It's served with strips of chicken that has been sautéed with ginger, garlic and collard greens, served over coconut rice and agave citrus sauce. I've tried the Thai chicken wrap, it's consists of grilled chicken, slaw salad, cilantro, cashew sauce and the delicious Coconut rice all stuffed in your wrap of choice along with a fresh side salad..Wrap options are Plain, Whole Wheat, spinach and gluten free. This item is tasty too but not as good as the ginger chicken bowl in my opinion. I also had the chicken quesadilla twice and was quite impressed by how good it was. It was actually better than most quesadillas I've had from Mexican restaurants. Other menu items include Salads, soups, avocado toast, burgers, pizza and other various types of healthy bowls including Açaí Bowls. Yum I was taken back at how unique my Thai chicken wrap was, it had rice in it! I saw this one was a hit with everyone else so I went for it and now I see the hype. They're located in a small parking lot, it's kind of easy to missing the entrance and parking can be tough but the food is worth it. Mind you, the drink options are bomb. Super disappointed however that I asked for and paid for extra sauce for each of our bowls. The contents of the bowl came with no sauce on it and 1 small cup of the sauce. Pros and cons of Healthy Boy Grill. The burger is of good size. It has a smoked flavor. The girls behind the counter were pleasant. I did get recommendations when I called and asked noting I had not been there before. Apparently the store of its name is on their web site. Cons- many. Now I forgot to ask for it medium done and the 2 burgers were so raw on the inside that even microwaving at home still had not really cooked them. The sweet potatoes were soft and with help from an air fryer came out crisp. The bacon though asked for crisp was not. The prices were high. As for location- It is only good if you are coming West on Old Country Road and heading West upon leaving. Turning around is near impossible especially now with holiday traffic and an exit right on top of the traffic light so one must go right. Make a right and make another, road doesn't go through. Try to turn around in the bank area- Don't. Get into a lane to cross over- Don't. It was treacherous driving at noon time. Will I go back. Not likely. Any other suggestions? One. Heading West go up one block to Thomas's make a right, find a safe space to U turn and go to light carefully getting across traffic coming out from other store locations. read more

We've been coming to Health Boy Grill for a while now and this place delivers on so many levels. Designed more for a take out eatery, one still can find a small space and sit in to eat. During these times I found myself eating on the more robust side of things, pizza pies, Popeyes, McDonalds ...you see where this is going. Although I miss my restaurant experiences.. sigh, I knew Healthy Boy Grill had delicious food that we desperately needed, due to us walking for the baby. We normally don't deviate from the Mexicano Bowl and the Salmon bowl with coconut rice as a plus. I believe the overnight oats are their specialty, simply delicious! Located in a strip mall on Old Country Road just off Cherry Lane, this small yet very busy venue is definitly a must try. We tried the Bison Boy Burger with greaseless Sweet Potato Fries which was outstanding. Also got their new Ginger Chic Bowl served on coconut rice which was also a standout. They give large chunks of chicken. i loveeee this place, i always get it during study break because it's right by my college. They're food is healthy and yummy. The reason for 3 stars is, in the picture this is a large coco chick and the container is basically empty. I also said no rice, which they did. Then I said extra kale and chose the option to charge $2.50 for even more kale to make sure i got a good amount. I paid $18 and yet it's still so little. This place was so hidden..I haven't had salmon in so long, I decided to try their tropical salmon. It was probably one of the best choices I made. It was so fresh, tangy, sweet and perfectly cooked.
