Food is good but they dont take subway coupons and they dont read the options request like cut sandwich into thirds .

This place used to be a weekly stop for my office. I guess new management? But they are not friendly, and extremely conservative with the meats. Scoops of loose chicken half full? Cmon. As far as i am concerned Subways is like going for fast food only healthier. I like there heros although i generally get one of the two same heros all the time, either spicy Italian or a italian BMT. i have never gone in and had a complaint with the staff or the food. Service has always been good. The sandwiches are good and the prices reasonable. Only major complaint is that this subway is in a tiny strip mall right on Jackson ave, Just off Jericko turnpike, And has very little parking. truly a very bad location for them. read more

there were bugs in the glass flying around the food. they dont even try to swat the flies away and there are over 10 or more tiny bugs.

Unfortunately this subway is Terrible now. Under the new owner ship which i guess took over maybe 3 months ago, they are extremely stingy. They give one napkin. They put the bare minimum ingredients such as lettuce. They do not even use at least 3 tomatoes to cover a 6 inch sandwich. I used to come here everyday. Local subway near my place of work. I come here often for a salad or a 6 inch sub. It's located in small shopping area and there's plenty of parking in the front and the back. The store is small however there's some seating if you want to dine in. The store is kept clean. The customer service is ok. Not great, not horrible. They are very efficient in getting your sand which made. Ingredients are fresh which is always a plus! read more

I typically make my orders through their app for lunch at least once a week. It's always ready by the time I get there. They stuffed my 12" Italian B.M.T. with a lot of meat. The last time I ordered through the app was a bit confusing. Promo was for one free bag of chips. Turns out I had to add this item to my sandwich before the promo was added, so technically, it was not free when I submitted my order. The manager was able to to explain this to me and even let me go grab a bag of chips. No complaint of the staff. read more

Be aware the Jackson Ave. Subway location charge tips in the total without your knowledge when you scan your credit card. The tips did not show on the credit card machine but on my receipt. I only ordered for take out, why the store charged me a tip! They did that twice to me, I will not go back to this location. Not being honest! read more

If I could bring myself to 5 star a subway, I would here. This is the cleanest subway around and the main employees take pride in their work. The food is as good as subway can be, fresh and not skimping. They play it safe rather than risk giving you wilted veggies, which is rare in that business. The owner asks for suggestions and actually acts on them from time to time. There's a reason this place outlasted both a Quiznos and an Au Bon Pain. 5 star subway, 5 star fast food chain, 4 stars for never being boars-head meat. read more

I've been to my fair share of subways and this one was quick, provided generous helpings of veggies and were friendly. The parking lot though is no joke, I ended up parking next to a car that had just been hit by another car at the merge before the entrance. While they wrote the police report up I got my sandwich and went on my way. 5 stars especially for the fact that they carried the new lays flavors and my favorite, miss vickies jalapeño chips! read more

Worst subway ever. The food is alright how ever the staff is rude and seems not so happy with their jobs. There is a worker named Veronica and she starts rolling her eyes if you ask more than a few items on your sandwich. At checkout she refused to honor a Subway coupon. Well this is the second time I went to this subway. I am from Michigan and out of state for work. But we had went there around 8pm last night and they close at 9:30. We went, my boyfriend and I, and asked for two subs on Italian and the worker who was a older women was sooo rude and just opened the bread door and said "no bread ". It's only 8:15 they should have more than 3 foot longs of wheat bread. So we left. We had to come back to this town again after work and decided to try subway again. Well this time a guy was working, I walked in he didn't even say hi or anything, then just stared at me so I assumed he wanted to know what I wanted. So I explained my meal and blah. He was so rude and quick about everything. And we were the only ones in there! Then I asked for my sub to be almost burnt and he barely cooked it. Then I told him to put it in with my boyfriends so he did with attitude, THEN didn't even let it cook all the way. He stopped the oven before it was even done. Finally to my toppings he didn't even give me time to think of what I wanted then I asked him not to cut it because the knife he was using was full of other food, and he still almost tried cutting it so I said NO loudly. And he wrapped my sub and threw it. And didnt even tell me my totally just looked at me to swipe my card. This place is shit. Agree with Alan on this one. Although this store is a bit small, it's similar to every other subway you've ever seen/tasted (bagged meat always tastes the same). The parking sitch is a bit difficult as it comes right after a two lane merge from S. Oyster Bay Rd (or you have to clog the one lane of Jackson Ave while waiting to make a left into the shopping center). Right across the street is Food Express, which has better meats. With much better deli's in the I usually skip this place. read more

I am disappointed with the quality of the bread at this Subway location. I order veggie subway sandwiches at least 5 times a week in various locations. The taste of the whole wheat and Honey Oat bread at this location was hard and did not taste fresh. This is my third visit at this location.
