The dentist was confident and moved quickly, barely explaining what he was doing. At the time, I didn't think much of it--I assumed he knew best. When he said I needed work done, I agreed without asking many questions. During the procedure, things didn't feel right. There was more discomfort than I expected, and I remember feeling uneasy about how rushed everything seemed. Instead of taking time to make sure I was okay, the dentist continued without much communication. I tried to ignore the feeling and trust that it would be over soon. After the appointment, the real problems began. My teeth were extremely sensitive, and eating became difficult. What had once been normal--drinking cold water or biting into food--now caused sharp pain. I went back to the dentist, hoping for an explanation or a solution, but I didn't get clear answers. It felt like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Over time, the condition of my teeth seemed worse than before I even went in. I began to feel frustrated and regretful. I wondered if I should have asked more questions or gotten a second opinion. That experience taught me something important: just because someone is a professional doesn't mean you shouldn't speak up for yourself. This situation also showed me how important communication is in healthcare. Patients should understand what is happening to them, why it's being done, and what to expect afterward. Without that, it's easy to feel powerless. I learned that it's okay to ask questions, take time to think about procedures, and even seek another opinion if something doesn't feel right. The service here was absolutely indescribable It was so bad and they made my friends and I extremely uncomfortable and the food took forever. (30+ minutes for a drink and fries) They had a super bad atmosphere and a worker who will not be named, seemed to have social anxiety and would freak out when I asked him when the order would be ready. For the other workers there they would speak in a different language while laughing and pointing at us after asking when the order is ready I found this all extremely disrespectful and disappointing. Accepted an order they could not deliver, and took my money. I ordered on the McDonald's app, and they accepted the order, only for them to say that they are unable to make it. They did not even inform me until I called the restaurant. Why you'd accept an order you can't complete is dumbfounding to me. Really shows what type of people they hire. Avoid the drive through at all costs - 50/50 chance that your order will be wrong. Multiple times I have gone through the drive through and have come home to find whole items missing or incorrect (eg missing items, happy meal toys, incorrect french fry sizes, etc.) I have tried to contact corporate about these issues but their generic response is to contact the store directly which does nothing. If you have to come here - make sure to go inside to order and double check your order. read more

I went to this mcdonald's because I had an uber eats order and when i arrived i gave the code and she was very rude about it. Service Bad. Drove through the drive thru today 12/26/2023 with a fresh code ready to get a deal on my breakfast. The girl that was on the microphone said that my code was invalid when I just had a new one open. And as I was trying to work it out with her she started having an attitude with me and arguing back and forth. She was getting me so upset I just had to drive away and get no breakfast. I didn't get McDonald's 15 minutes ago and I didn't have time to wait 15 minutes to get a new code. Either the app needs to be updated or service needs to get better. This is a "drive thru" heavy McDonalds which is nice because the inside is always EMPTY and you can eat in peace! The staff here is always friendly -- even when you can tell it's someone's "first day on the job". No complaints except for the HIDEOUS "artwork" hanging on the walls inside. Drive through meal was inedible when arrived home two blocks away. Cold, greasy meat and soggy buns. Fries cold, broken in small pieces and also greasy. Worse part is that e-mail to management (e-mail address on receipt) was totally ignored. Did not return food since roads were icy-certainly not worth the return trip. Do you like a peaceful and happy experience? Then stay away from here. The lines from the drive thru can be backed up like crazy and not at peak times. They have this way of being out of coffee and not in the morning. They have forgotten me waiting for my food while parked in the drive thru spots. I've gotten a hot fudge sundae half full. I have had to leave the counter area because it took too long and I had to go back to work. I have gone to the drive thru window and been told cash only. But the icing on the cake was when the drive thru employee gave me my food and his hands had multiple warts on them. No gloves... just obvious warts. I threw the food out. I will never return. Always an issue with my order. Either missing items, no sauce (after asking me if I wanted sauce?), I ask for a item cooked a certain way, maybe no dressing or well done nuggets, and it's often ignored. The kid at the window is pretty rude, just sticks out his hand for your card or money. no hello, no thank you. If there was another location near by I would definitely not go to this one anymore. I went tonight and after asking for my nuggets well done, it was ignored and if anything under cooked...threw away my entire meal. Now Rose was very nice on the phone and offered to comp my meal next time. This is the worst Place on the planet. Fast Food? Waited 18 minutes for 1 Kids Meal order... Next to me a construction guy had to leave without his order because his lunch break was over and he was afraid to lose his job. My kid will be late for his class but what can we do. They also get your order wrong half the time (usually "forgetting" something, maybe hoping you wouldn't notice). I'm not coming back here again. My son takes a class next door but I rather spend the 15 minutes driving him to eat at the great McDonalds on 106/107 then giving my money to this place. I've never felt compelled to write a review about McDonalds, good or bad. But this location got me to put virtual pen to paper. We arrived a little after normal lunchtime after an Indian wedding ceremony--which means hungry, tired and cranky kids. This was punctuated by our 3 year old going into a full on hungry/tired meltdown over ketchup of all things. The staff at the McDonalds were extraordinarily patient and polite during the tantrum. The team member who took our order (manager?) even came over to check on us twice to make sure we were ok and if needed anything else. The extra attention was definitely appreciated by some flustered parents. As far as the food-- it was McDonalds. My kids always like to order the happy meal with a toy. This week is wild life stuffed animals. My daughter had her heart set to get the Arctic fox on our way there. My son wanted the tiger. Now, I know you should not pick and chose but it never hurts to ask. It turns out they only had the turtle and red panda. The cashier (Kevin I believe his name was) saw my daughter's disappointed face. He then offered to go to the basement to check because he remembered seeing it there. He even told his manager he was going to check. So while we waited for our food to be ready, off he went. He came back really fast, not only with the Arctic fox but also the tiger for my son!! Now that's going above and beyond customer service! He went out of his way when he could've just say that's all we have. I've been to many McDonald's where the cashiers say "No that's all we have" with attitudes to add. I'm not done... So I ordered a chicken sandwich. When the cashier (a different guy now) was about to put it on my tray, he felt the sandwich was not warm. He took it back to the back and asked them to make another warm sandwich to order. The manager then comes over and said "Why don't you and your kids sit and they can start eating first. We'll bring the sandwich to you. We don't want your kids to be hungry." Oh wow... How nice and courteous was that! It was amazing to have this kind of service at McDonald's of all places! To top it all off.... They give free ice cream for kids under 12!!
