Favorite easy access Wendy's. Down a long way past Syosset's bushiest area is a long stretch of Jericho Tok heading toward Jericho. On the south side of the road up on a slight raised area is a sometimes lonely Wendy's. It gets busier mid day when local factories and biz park people go there. Late night until 2 am it's a nice quiet drive through to grab a drink or snack. Super hot crispy fries tonight sooo much better than McDonalds. Natural cut with sea salt. So good with honey mustard. Ladies here are pleasant and quick. One quirky thing. Couldn't find an outdoor garbage container anywhere in the parking area. Possibly people have abused and they removed them. Lol. I don't do fast food everyday so maybe I'm out of touch. But I pulled through the drive-thru today and ordered a classic combo for $8.39 and a side order of medium fries for $2.49. With tax that should be $11.85. When I got home, no receipt, no straw, the sandwich looked like it was made by a kindergarten kid and they charged me $14.65. No I'm not going to go back and argue that I was ripped off or that the service sucked. I'd rather just vent. And, never go back there. Lesson learned. read more

Restaurant seating area was CLOSED during regular business hour. Staff was rude and discourteous. Manager was incompetent at best. I received the wrong order and the food was COLD! I placed the order on their website and paid via credit card. I called the CC company to report the problem and dispute the charge. Tomorrow I'll file a complaint with Wendy's Corporate Office as well as notify the owner of this franchise. I have no problem with people coming to this country, seeking a better life and working hard for it but you need to put somebody who is taking the orders at the drive-through that can speak and understand English. After correcting her three times when ordering, I got to the window only to find my order was still incorrect. I could tell she did not understand what I was asking her for which was nothing out of the ordinary, and she was just rude at the window. As somebody who has run a business for over 35 years, my suggestion is this. This person is the number one person to come in contact with most of your customers throughout the day. This person taking orders and handing out the food while taking payment is your one and only point of contact with your customer on the drive through line. Have not had Wendy's in a while, And was in the area so i decided to give it a shot. I was pretty disappointed. I had 2 jr burgers no cheese with extra pickles lettuce & tomato and a fry to go. they got the hamburgers wrong, No lettuce & tomato and extra pickles. Also the fries were very greecy. This place is a shit hole-horrible help super slow expensive prices attitude... Couldn't be worse. Okay let me elaborate, it's right by my house and it's the only fast food place so when I don't feel like driving for more than five minutes I have no choice but to go there. All the people that work there are Latino, Latina actually and all of them have the biggest attitude ever. You walk in and they don't even look at you walk away back-and-forth behind the counter for maybe 30 seconds before they even acknowledge you. They never smile and they suck just overall. The food takes forever to come. The prices are more expensive than most Wendy's. They give you a hard time about excepting coupons. Just your standard Wendy's.. I actually found this place by accident. My phone had died and I thought I could navigate Nassau County and find my way home..NOPE. Late night Wendy's This location is pretty new- and much smaller than the usual chain offerings. The whole reason for the existence of this location is the drive through. They do have table seating available but this place was designed for fast turn around of an unending parade of cars. The location is convenient to east or west bound traffic on Jericho turnpike- and the drive through is open way late. Smallish parking lot available - but you still have to run the gauntlet of cars coming in and out of that drive through. read more

Worst Wendy's ever. Lady was nice enough. But the other lady was cursing in Spanish over and over..just not good customer service. Got back to the hotel 7 mins away and the fries were definitely made HOURS ago, like rocks. And the Chicken nuggets were the same way. The fries (I ordered a large) were not even filled up half way. Quick service very professional staff was in and out with in 5 minutes of ordering my food the food it self was decent

I frequently come to this Wendy's due to the fact that I'm nearby work wise. I've had ups and downs with this location but the manager has managed to fix all of my concerns. One of my issues were with rude staff and the manager Ray was very attentive to the situation and handled it. The next time I came after the incident, I noticed a change in the staff's attitudes which is a plus. The seating areas are well kept and the food is keys fresh. Food is typical Wendy's not great but not bad but not sure why some people are still working there. The short older lady that works there every sat morning has a very nasty attitude every time unless you speak Spanish to her. There were a few people in front of me and she gave an attitude to them then the guy right in front of me spoke in half broken Spanish and her face lit up. Then when it was my turn I asked for some items then when I showed her the app for a discount she said under her breath "I can't believe it" and rolled her eyes... There is a wonderful server by the name of Lorna here. She is exceptional. I work down the street and come here almost every other day for lunch, and she always has my beverage ready for me and even makes a refill for me when I'm on my way out without my asking. I recently stopped by try the chicken tenders. I am not a fan of the chicken tenders. There was nothing special about them. Basically tasted like large chicken nuggets. I usually have the Taco Salad or the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. They are great at making those at this location. The food is always hot and the fries are always fresh. I almost never wait in line. Oh my Fuckin' God. Bear with me. I popped in here Friday for a Frosty. Place was near empty (always the case). Walk in - front of register- first on line. Directly facing the blobby mess that was a "worker" (I think). See what happened was that someone just fucked up the drive thru order and it was like a MAJOR emergency -- the staff was polarized - I mean confused to the point of being punched in the face 50 times by Mike Tyson when he was in his prime. I recently had the displeasure of order a simple hamburger. This was on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 7:45 pm. I don't know where they find their people since they mixed up the order and my grandson did not get what was ordered. Just picked up 2 jr. cheese burger deluxes with large fries and 10 piece chicken nuggets. Got home to find the burgers are just regular cheeseburgers and both the burgers and fries are stale.
