Josh came out to greet me and apologized for the slight delay in my order. I came in on a Tuesday evening, missing the Pastrami days on Wed and Thurs, the Brisket of Fri, Sat, & Sun. So, I did what every other aficionado of BBQ would do - I ordered almost everything else to sample the range of the menu. As I left with my order, Lou asked for my honest appraisal and I promised him I would: Long Island has Good BBQ - and it can be found at Blowin' Smoke. Ask the toughest critics: my teenagers. The Asian Pear cocktail has Grey Goose vodka, pear nectar, st. germaine, lime juice, and agave. My friends had pineapple margarita, coconut margarita, and strawberry kiwi margarita.
