The employee called out the order number and gave the guy this food I said excuse she turned her back and walked away I was in close range so I know she heard me. She took her time coming back and I said excuse me again (no smile, no good morning). When she finally acknowledged me I asked her about the Mcmuffin and was told no substitutions and was very cold about it. Horrible customer service.

I like that it's never that crowded, even during the lunch rush. There is no drive-thru which is fine because parking is plentiful. And the kiosk is super easy to use. I make sure I order everything exactly the way it should be. I try different sauces each time and even started adding lemon to my Diet Coke. These are things I couldn't do as easily in a drive-thru. And I like that they put the sodas in a bag - makes it easier to transport. Staff is helpful in general.

It may look out of the ordinary for a McDonald's spot but that's the point of thus location, it's supposed to stand out. This place also has a unique service that I don't think I've ever had from any other McDonald's. You can have your order served to you if you're planning on eating in. Something unique from Mickey D's other than Shake Shack and Chick Fil-A having food served to you as the norm. As for the food, it's standard fare. Mine was pretty good but nothing that you wouldn't expect from McDonald's. Maybe the fact that the food was orderly could be a plus, lol.
