While the food is good the service is terrible! They seem to prioritize Uber Eats drivers over the customers sitting in the store so the wait to get the food is very long. The food for whole table order doesn't get served at the same time. Ex: I ordered a happy meal and that was the last thing to be served.Some of us were already done eating. On top of it all, there is a garbage can only at the back entrance door so if you want to be polite and bus your own table and throw out your own garbage, you have to walk through the restaurant with your garbage in your hand to the back garbage can. The food is great - probably one of the best Jewish / Mediterranean style sandwiches I've had in the area. They don't cheap out on the materials and their quality is super consistent. I have ordered the same sandwich multiple times in a part of my orders and it's the same consistent quality every time. I see some reviews in regards to the staff - every time I walk in I see the staff and the owner bending backward to make sure customers have what they want. This review is only for the Impossible Burger. Came here to give the Impossible Burger a try. Ordered it medium, although there wasn't much pink to the patty in the end. It was nicely seasoned and I really liked the bun that it came on. The patty itself was pretty good for a vegan burger patty. There's no way anyone is mistaking this for beef, but it tasted surprisingly good and had a texture that was impressively similar to that of actual meat protein. I got the deal that came with a side of fries and chose the seasoned fries (I assume it was their cajun fries). They were super crispy and had a nice curly fry-like seasoning to them. I'll have to come back and try their schnitzel sandwiches. The baguettes they use for these sandwiches looked amazing. The staff are friendly and there's a huge parking lot in the back. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered through Uber eats and they made the driver wait 40 minutes for the order. When it got to me it was ice cold, flavorless and for the prices they charge the portions were beyond small. This place deserves a 0 star but unfortunately that's not an option. Food being overpriced isn't uncommon with kosher food but to charge $17 for 2 pieces of chicken is just absurd. Experience wise, the worst I have ever had. They messed up our order and forgot a sandwich (which was paid for). When I got home and realized they told me that I can wait AN HOUR for delivery or 30 minutes to come pick up since they're backed up. I don't think you need to have a customer service class to realize that the sandwich you missed needs to be made before all your new orders. (Tip for management). They agreed after a minor argument and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there in 15 and i still had to wait. When I got back home AGAIN they messed up and gave me the wrong sandwich. I was furious at this point and asked for a full refund. They refunded me for the sandwich and as far as the 2 hours of my life wasted. They said(with attitude/sarcasm) if I brought all the food back they would give me a full refund. As a previous restaurant manager and owner I highly encourage others to stay away from this establishment until they learn to properly handle their customers. When I go in, dozens of people are there. The chefs rush for their lives. It takes 45 mins to get a simple 3 sandwiches and an appetizer. Not that much seating. But it's worth it. The food is great! I wanted to give it more stars but at the one simple thing that I asked for (burger-well done) they failed badly. The girl at the counter was very nice and I had my hopes until I got the burger. It took a little long to cook so I was assuming it will be as per order - well done. I'm an expectant mommy-to-be and don't feel right about eating red meat not well cooked because during pregnancy it's one of the things to be cautious about. But I was so hungry that I ate the whole thing and left one bite to just show it to them. The buns weren't toasted or crispy but kind of soggy. The tomatoes had no taste, and it would have been better with fresh onions instead of sautéed. This is the avocado burger.
