Very convenient location and fast service. The older gentleman at the counter taking our orders was super nice which helped us be patient while he struggled to put in our orders. The food was fantastic all around, I have absolutely zero complaints. It smelled so good in there (air freshener) I couldn't even smell the food cooking which made me nervous but I had nothing to worry about because it ended up being great. I especially loved the cinnamon on the grilled pineapple. The rice bowl was well balanced and seasoned to perfection. I could continue to rave about this place but you can just try it for yourself. I was happy to see that Chimichurri reopened after its third closure. We took out chicken and some sides for a family dinner. You needed to use a kiosk, and you couldn't add the dipping sauces, you had to tell them verbally, not a big deal. The restaurant wasn't crowded, and the service could've been faster. The sides were delicious, potato salad, macaroni salad, and orzo and mushrooms. The chicken which we order charcoal, had no flavor/taste. It did not seem like the same chicken when the store was last open. The store was clean and decorated nicely. I will give this establishment one more tries hoping the chicken becomes more flavorful. read more

I'm so disappointed and angry I never give a bad review but this time was ridiculous I ordered to go fried tossed wings in sweet chili and grilled wings tossed I garlic aioli while the grilled wings were correct the fried wings were not tossed in any sauce the are bone dry to make things worse when I called and complained the first person I spoke to was rude and told me if I don't bring them back almost an hour drive and 6 dollars in tolls they can't do anything cause I got the food! The second person the manager gave me a 17.5 dollar refund cause "we gave you the food and I don't see sauce on the receipt." The dish was 35 dollars that is just about half off and seeing as how I'm not gonna argue I let it go but then to make matters worse they don't even properly clean their chicken the fried wings had feathers it's gross. I usually give 4-5 stars but they messed up my order and only gave me 2 pieces of chicken instead of 4. The chicken was delicious, juicy, perfectly seasoned & cooked. The grilled veggies were delicious but there was a tiny amount. The garlic potato wedges were good but a tad dr, again a tiny amount. I also got the sweet chili sauce ( no flavor, don't order this) but the chimichurri sauce was delicious. My daughter ordered the Portuguese Rice bowl with Chicken. It had spanish rice, black beans, peppers, corn, pico de gallo & avocado. She said it was very good. On Sunday evening, I went onto the Chimichurri Charcoal Kitchen website to place an order for our family dinner. I ordered the food a 5:15 PM(almost $200.00) and proceeded to pay online. It offered delivery, so I chose to have the food sent. It promised to deliver by 5:55PM at the latest. By 6:00PM, concerned I called the store, and I was informed that the order was delivered. And they hung up. I called back to inform that the order was NOT received. And the woman at the restaurant said for me to call Uber Eats. I informed her that I placed the order directly to the store on the stores website. She basically told me, its not their problem and I should resolve it with Uber Eats. She went on to say, that its a big problem because the Uber Eats drivers love their food, and steal the orders. And again she hung up. Each time I tried to call back, I was disconnected. I finally got through and told her Uber Eats cant help me without the order number. She told me, tell them to use your name for the order. For the next 2 1/2 hours, I kept calling Uber Eats and the store demanding a refund, and each of them told me, its the others fault. The drivers who took the food name was "Carl", and she had no other information about him, but it does happen a lot with Uber Eats pick ups. I asked for the manager and demanded he refund my $200.00 including the tip the driver added to my bill and the store manager, Bayron refused! I told him I would be notified my card holder, and I would write reviews about the lack of service and concern for their customers. His response, "Do whatever you have to do". He never offered any help. This restaurant has no regard for their customers or the fact that they promote UBer Eats on their website, knowing that these drivers will steal the food. As for the sides, they have SO MANY great options to choose from and they ALL look soooo good, so it was hard for me to choose. This place was packed on the Sunday evening we picked up food! They definitely are a busy place. The food is what you would expect. It's got the concept of Boston Market but the flavor profile is better. The charcoal chicken for me was definitely the highlight but I forgot to take a picture of it.
