I support many halal establishments and i honestly hate leaving bad reviews. I tried their halwa puri combo with tea and was overly disappointed! The puri tasted like paper and had a weird smell to the puri. The puri shouldn't have that paper texture. It should be semi flaky but not the way they made theirs. The tea had overwhelmingly powerful cardamon taste... i know its cardamon tea but DAMN! The Kashmiri tea had overpowering cream taste. Very good spot! I eat here all the time. Typically get the chicken over rice. For 10$ how could you go wrong? Also the homemade lemonade is really good, if they're out of it just ask them to make it! The staff is super chill and they're open late! Clean dining area that's well lit and comfortable if you want to stay... There is new management! The changes they've made are great. They brought back the entire original menu. (Items removed before were covered up by paper/cardboard.) The fish platter (whitting?) is really good and they give you two large pieces of fish. Two people could get bye with this dish. There are a number of specials shown on the front windows. I try to leave good reviews or find something positive to speak about especially for businesses close to home. I have nothing to say. I spent about 53$ for 4 platters of combo over rice. The meat was in the quantity equivalent to the size of my small palm. It was 90% rice with the meat looking like it's been thru hell and back since opening hours. Now I understand the price of food and meat has gone up in general but what I HATE is if you raise the price of food, that doesn't give you the right to decrease the quantity. Literally every other halal platter from other stores (like them or not) they pack the plate. If I wanted just rice, I would have turned on my stove. As for the sauce, The food was super dry and when I asked for extra sauce, I was responded with "the shipment has not arrived." Fish sandwich sucks and totally slathered with so much Mayo that the whole sandwich is soggy by time you get it on your table. My mom took nibbles of the bread. Nashville hot chicken sliders not the size of a slider and chicken tasted so bland and factory-like. Did not taste the heat at all as it was once again overpowered by the Mayo. Jalapeño poppers were ok. Chicken nuggets were the good boxed ones from restaurant depot. Next time I should just go to Restaurant Depot. I'm not quite sure where to start because this is the third time I ordering from this restaurant for some reason they can't seem to get the orders right I asked for two shrimp combos with french fries and one order just shrimp. I called in to place the order they said 10 min but arrived in 30 minute later the food was still not ready. I'm very confused again now when I get there they told me they only had two of the shrimp combo orders with no fries because they had no fries left so why would they try and change me for 3 shrimp combo orders 2 with fries and 1 order of shrimp knowing they didn't have three orders that's I asked for. Then they finally give me this look at the Receipt down below and it was still wrong so I asked for my money back cause they were Still trying to charge me for the two shrimp combos with french fries and one order of just shrimp but would not give me the receipt but I managed to keep one of the receipts because I want to take the time to show y'all this before buying from this place take a look at this you will thing twice read more

Great service and the food was well cooked and flavorful. My brother cannot stop raving about the Chapli burger (I had a piece, I needed my own lol), and the pura bread. I had the cheesesteak sandwich. The first time tasted the best. Chopped well and with fried greenpeppers and onions. The second time still good but not as tasty. I think it depends whose cooking it. Yesterday I tried the chicken and lamb rice platter. Bland. They could cook the meat with spices. Even with the white sauce added afterward the meat itself is too bland. That red cup is too hot. I didnt try the green sauce. And I prefer the meat to be in smaller pieces. Today I added some soul seasoning garlic and Franks hot sauce to the left overs to give it more flavor. I liked the salad choices.Chick peas lettuce mixed stuff. That was a plus. The cake was ok. Not sure what it was. Told is was banana cake. It wasnt. Not sure what is what. Maybe lemon flavor?
