"***Pepperoni pizza!
Kayla S.

Delicious amazing food. Went with my family and it was so incredible! Such a wide variety of options and everything was so yummy. The vibes are lit, a chill wonderful and spacious "cafe" type place. Waiters were so sweet and attentive. The "pepperoni" pizza was PHENOMENAL! And so was everything! Will definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area.

Mediterranean Salad

Came with a group on a busy Saturday evening. I ordered the Mediterranean Salad. It was a nice sized portion, fresh and tasty. I also tried some bites of the cheese pizza:thin crust with generous cheese, nachos Veracruz: crispy chips with cheese smothered with avocado and purple onions, cherry tomatoes, and jalapeños, and the Italian Nachos: oven roasted nachos smothered in white cheese with a marinara dipping sauce, and also tried the zucchini noodles with a butter garlic sauce. Some other dishes ordered (I didnt try) were Mac & Cheese balls, French onion soup, seared tuna, penne a la vodka, and pizza with vegetarian mergez and red bell peppers. Everything looked appetizing when served. Service was good considering the place was absolutely packed. The only negative were the very filthy bathrooms. I did speak with the manager about this and hope it was addressed at some point.

Ziti

A Kosher restaurant in a beautiful neighborhood in Cedarhurst, NY If you are not familiar with the area, it is worth taking a few minutes to drive down some of the side streets to appreciate the architecture of the residential homes in the area. No cookie cutter homes here. Upper Crust is a lovely restaurant with modern decor. The menu is design to make sure there is something for everyone in your party. We ordered a backed Ziti, a pizza pie and blacken tilapia fish dish. All were perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I am happy to have discovered this place and since i have a brother who practices strict Kosher. This will be our go to place when we come downstate to visit.

First informals for a $20 pizza this is extremely small you can't even allow these people to put a box together how do you make pizza for living in your box is folded backwards please don't be like me and trust these people to make a simple margarita pizza I mean holy shit this just looks like a regular cheese pizza I swear to God this is unacceptable this is by far the worst piece of garbage I have ordered ever..

Nachos

Came here with my husband, brother in law and sister in law on a Saturday night. Wait was kind of long. Food was pretty good too, we all enjoyed it. The nachos were delicious, they had real pieces of avocado. PizzAs are all made with a brick oven. The buffalo pizza was a hit or miss with some of us, I personally liked it, it was creamy and good, others didn't like it as much. Portions are big. Service was decent too. They didn't honor the 20% off check in that's offered on yelp.

Via Cuma - Sourdough Pizza & Cucina

(60 reviews)

I'm driving back from Maryland and I planned to stop at Via Cuma for lunch…read more I understand Via Cuma is a not by the slice pizza shop, it's more authentic with a personal size pizza. I parked across the street (make sure you feed the parking meter) and walked inside. I'm assuming it was the owner, I said I'm so hungry and was asked to grab any open table. The restaurant is cozy with multiple tables which can be adjusted to fit a large or small party. The owner comes over with an iPad, I just want a glass of wine with lunch. No bueno, I don't think they have a liquor license. I ordered a coke instead. This word is tripping me up, I know it's devilish, Diavola? I make the sign of the cross as I order this pizza. The owner explains this is his favorite pizza, I can see why. The Diavola Pizza is made with San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Hot Soppressata Salame from Calabria and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese along with a drizzle of Olive Oil. This is a pizza that's more heavenly than devilish. There's some heat coming from various ingredients but it's welcomed. The sourdough is something that's interesting, I had this dough in Syosset last week. Is this a new trend? It brought the pizza to another level, there's more complexity with the imported ingredients. I also appreciated the cheese, I should have asked if it was made in-house. Via Cuma, great pizza the other day! Thanks for the Italian lesson on pronouncing Diavola

This restaurant came highly recommended so we finally got there for dinner. We were cheerfully…read moregreeted and brought to an available booth. Via Cuma is cozy and well decorated with authentic Italian culture from the wall tiles to the scenic artwork. We decided to order the wings and fritto misto for appetizers. The wings came with a flavorful lemon pepper dipping sauce that had the perfect kick to it. We also got the Capricciosa pie. You can't go wrong with prosciutto and artichoke! Overall it was a great experience. Parking is tough so leave time to find a spot. We are excited for their second location to open.
