I'm a teacher in the area. I bought non kosher pizza for most of my students and kosher pizza for 3 students that keep kosher. I ordered the night before 5 pies from the non kosher place and requested 11:30am delivery. No problems. Now it is 12:00 pm I am still waiting for the kosher pizzas. Only 6 slices. The kids are crying bc they have nothing to eat. And they charged me a delivery fee which they should refund. Terrible service. read more

I can't believe I'm the first person to be reviewing Dave's! They have amazing pizza! Daves is a classic kosher pizza shop only its the best of them. Like most kosher places they drop the ball with toppings. I would suggest getting a regular slice. There always straight out of the oven because of how busy this place is. Night or day you will see Dave(the owner) behind the counter smiling and exchanging pleasantries with patrons. The shop is a order at the counter place where you can take your food and sit down. A bit pricey but usually good pizza if you like cheesy and chewy (which I do). Food is made fast and consistent and delivery is usually quick and reliable as well. They also have a lot of other options besides pizza and indoor and outdoor dining. Place can use a update as with most of the older 5 towns establishments but still not horrible. This restaurant is terrible! Came in ordered 2 falafel with my wife. The mgr? Joe (he would not give me his name) awful! First, he put the sales in the falafel without asking what we want. My wife told him she doesn't eat eggplant. The salads were terrible and he wrapped it up so we could t see it. ( even though we were staying). Second, the falafel balls were not fresh and not cooked at all! Yellow inside! He didn't care. When I complained to the worker he said said it was the mgr. , the mgr. Said it was the worker. Great pizza-onion ring pizza and cheese pretzels! All the salads ive had have been great the quinona and cucumber feta yum. Dave is a real mentch. The decor is a 2 or 3 star but it is a pizza place with one caveat the bathroom while kept clean really needs to be fixed up a bit regardless. read more

I always thought or even knew that kosher pizza is 1 hard to find and 2 much worse than non kosher pizza. I was proved wrong when I went to David. Their food was the best the service was the best, and it was comfortable because their is a tv and an open door to let the outside breeze in . You can "customize" your falafel. They are known for their borekas and I can understand why. David is nice and so are the other employees like his daughter and wife. Great for kids and big families. When you order its like they knew you would want it so it's already heating up. The prices are good and they do delivery. read more

Very good place to eat! It is Kosher so don't expect to find any meat products here. There are usually a lot of families with children here since there are only so many places to get Kosher food. The owner, David, is a very friendly man and liked to chat :) The pizza and soups are good but GET THE FALAFEL! It is a big pita filled with falafel balls and whatever other toppings you want. the pizza is delicious but I just cant continue to eat in a place that is just so extremely filthy! the chairs are disgusting. made of cloth and are filthy so you can imagine the bacteria in there. When the workers leave for the night those filthy chairs get put on the tables and im sure they don't wipe them down in the morning. They leave the outside chairs and tables out all the time and the papertowels and nothing is every sprayed down or cleaned it is absolutely gross. The ceiling has holes in it and so much dirt I cant imagine none of it gets into the food. This place needs a major clean up or a visit from the health department. Not eating there anymore until I see this has been improved. read more
