Creamy spinach

The mini personal was okay I enjoyed it all, sausage was tasty the cheese was just like it should be the only dislike was that the spinach was not creamy enough for my palate I even ate the crust for those who don't eat the crust

Best pizza you'll fine in New York! Seriously, The best people, serving up the best slices! My all time favvvvvvv. They are mom and pop not on the gram but you can find them on Yelp. #Pizza Don't judge the combo it's so good #vanillacoke they are so good and always consistent.

I came by here once trying to find a good place to order pastas and pizzas to go after a beach day and so glad I did ! Their pizzas and pastas are so good and the price is amazing for their quality. Their chicken franchise and clam linguine is my family's favorite. I also like their pepperoni bites. Do be aware that they give bread with each pasta so definitely a carb overload haha. Also, remember it is CASH ONLY!!

2 regular slices & a chicken roll

Good food and top notch service. I was curious and decided to come here for a quick eat. The pizza from here is on par with Sofia's when it comes to pizza in Queens but the winner is definitely the Rolls and Calzones. It's weird that other places don't maintain their rolls the way Romeo's does, soft and tender breading, just easy to chew with the taste to add to it. With some other places, their rolls and calzones are either tough and chewy or stale. I must've come around a good time because service was swift with no problem at all. I would certainly recommend a visit here for good pizza and the side orders they have as well because they're well made.

Garlic Knots & Homemade Lasagna

The best pizza in South Ozone Park! The employees are always professional and super kind. I think I've ordered from there soo much, they know my number when I call :) Everything is always fresh. I usually get a large cheese pie, garlic knots and lasagna. If you order the garlic knots, don't forget to get some marinara sauce on the side. It's soo delicious! Trust me! I prefer pick up orders because it's less time consuming and tbh I don't live close enough for a delivery but it's totally worth it. Everything is overall is outstanding. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The pizza and garlic knots are a MUST from this place. Food is consistently tasty and delicious, and the delivery was quicker than expected, which we love! The only downside is that we did not receive marinara sauce for our garlic knots (I don't think they come with the knots unless you ask, but our receipt explicitly says side sauce and we did not receive it this round again). Great NY style pizza for all.

Delicious and exactly what we were looking for after a long day of traveling! We stopped here after leaving JFK. We had a long day of traveling and over 2 hours of traffic to face driving back home from the airport. We made a quick detour to Romeo's and we're not disappointed. The food was great and the salads were freshly made and delicious. They have a variety of pizza slices as well as a very extensive menu. We ordered our slices and salads and had a great lunch. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in this area and wants a quick and delicious NY style pizza.

I was shopping in the area, about to leave, and the aroma of a fresh baked pizza wafted into the car with me. 10 seconds of contemplation later, I was in side of this neighborhood joint, ordering a slice. The counter persons were friendly, and directed me to the bathrooms as i danced in place. 2 stars. The lavatory is small but fantastic and clean! 1 star. Pizza was ready when I came upstairs (bathroom in the basement). Paid 2.50 and sat down at a little booth and ate a tradional queens flavored old school slice with the slightly salty crust, sweet homemade tomato sauce, and oozy cheese. 1 star. Will be back if the taste buds strike. Will probably try a giant rice ball or pasta. They looked unreal!

Despite of this pizzeria opens late, the kitchen is closed for anything fresh as they only have left-overs sitting out all day to be re-heated. After disembarking from the subway after an hour and fifteen minute train ride combined with a full eight-hour long haul work day, I was near starvation. I was hoping for spaghetti with meat balls or Lasagna, which at 10:35pm the kitchen was disappointedly closed. Furthermore, upon entering this restaurant/eatery I was never greeted or received warmly with a smile or asked if I was ready to place my order. Poor customer service!

The restaurant was quite busy when we came in and my cousin always insists on sitting outside due to her fear of getting the covid virus again. My aunt ordered the prime rib which was a good-sized steak. My cousin ordered the salmon on a plank oven roasted on a cedar plank, glazed with maple butter & dusted with toasted fennel and broccoli rabe. My wife and I ordered the oreganata tasting (Alaskan cod, shrimp, clams & calamari. Served with spaghetti agli olio, with a lemon white wine sauce). Our portions were small, and I had to send my plate back because the food was lukewarm not hot! The food tasted very good. For dessert we had pistachio tartufo, vanilla cheesecake, tiramisu and my aunt was given a sparkling birthday cake for free. The desserts were excellent and well portioned. The outside terrace is very nice as we are on the Broad Channel causeway. The only downside was I didn't bring my jacket with me, and a strong breeze hit my back as we finished. The other downside was the restaurant allowed smoking on the terrace in designated sections which isn't good for me because of asthma, and it is taking away from the taste of my food. The service was very slow, although the staff was friendly and cordial with many old time customers coming here on a standard basis. I was thinking they may have gone fishing to get our seafood plate together! The bathrooms were clean and there is valet parking on the premises. The bill was not paid by me but by my cousin and was well over $200.00 for the four of us. It's unfortunate that my food was cold and there is nothing to make up for the slowness of the staff. When we arrived, the outside was full of people but few staff and I believe there was a party taking place in the banquet hall and either there weren't enough servers or chefs to accommodate them both for the food to take so long and be cold. The restaurant is also singled out as the "go to place" for Woodhaven events and if this is what they get...it may be time for them to change. Read less

We were seated quickly and started with complimentary bruschetta on toast, breadsticks, and a warm loaf of bread. We ordered the fried calamari, which was a very generous portion, fresh, lightly breaded and not greasy at all. We chose the sweet marinara sauce and really enjoyed it. For dinner we had the Seafood Fra Diavolo for two. The portion was huge and could easily feed three people. Everything tasted fresh and was well seasoned. My only disappointment was that there was no spice at all I was really looking forward to that nice spicy Fra Diavolo kick. We also had a pitcher of white sangria, which was good. Overall, a very good first experience. We'll definitely come back and see if we can get that Fra Diavolo to live up to its name next time!

We got the French onion soup and lobster bisque. I've had better French onion soup (yes, probably shouldn't order at an Italian spot but i couldn't resist). The lobster bisque was yummy but you could really taste the heavy cream. No chunks of lobster. We shared a large fried calamari with medium spice marinara sauce and a dozen baked clams. The calamari needed some salt, but was fried well. Baked clams were absolutely SO DELISH!!! Use up that complimentary bread basket for them. For mains, we shared the shrimp parm, linguini pasta with clams, and rigatoni. Shrimp parm and rigatoni were awesome. Great red sauce. My pasta with the clams was super bland. No olive oil, no garlic. Couldn't eat it and took it home for leftovers to remake a sauce for it. After that, tasted good. We shared the tartufo for dessert. Can't go wrong there. I would come back if you're looking for large portions for dinner and want some fresh seafood.

Living In HB for many years we always patronized this business back in the day and when Rag Time was still in business and at there best game as well; these businesses over the years got faded out with the times I blame it on the diversity shift that's going on in the area supply n demand that's my honest opinion because we see more and more of these Mom and Pop businesses either fading out and or finding it very hard to survive; Facts; rent, Food Cost; labor cost & insurance all have what to do with their survival... Times Have Changed however I'm glad that i stoped in this morning to patronize This business again; honestly speaking I would've stopped at my go to Brothers's ravioli but there was no parking and I didn't wanna double park and risk a ticket so I kept driving and then I remembered this place I knew that it was getting remodeled so I stopped in to have a look see... 1st; Parking NOT a Problem !! Happy !!! 2nd; Beautiful curb appeal, when I walked in the two ladies upfront greeted me and said good morning with a smile..... 3rd; Very Very Clean, The deli & butcher displays of all their meats & salads look very inviting it brought back good memories of when the original store was at its finest !! Well, congratulations to this new owner I understand that he worked for the old owner for years if I'm wrong I apologize Store looks amazing everything is well organized they have all the italian goodies as well as standard groceries.... Now let's get down to business I went in there to get a roast beef hero; I placed my order I watched the gentleman start to make my hero I'm watching because that's what I do ( I liked what I saw ) and then I told him to make me another one the same exact way take a look at the size of theses heors & amount of meat that's in it that & it's Boar-Head roast beef & monster cheese at $12 Bucks a hero !!! Super Fresh & Super Delicious; I will definitely be back to support this store again just based on my Hero's . Then I was gonna go to Bj's wholesale club to go buy London broil's they have a two pack for being that I was here at the meat market I checked out their London - Broil lookedlook fantastic Priced @ $7.99 a pound So I bought Two of them; they are currently marinating in the refrigerator in a very nice low sodium soy garlic ginger marinade which I will barbecue them later tonight !!! Can ya tell I was craving Red Meat Today !!! Lol I will update you on them later but rest assure I will definitely patronize the store again like I said I normally buy from this store they are Italian sausage; their chicken rings and parsley rings along with all their homemade chicken burgers which will always out of this world and they looked just as good as they did years ago..... Please keep in mind my five star review solely based on my fantastic and delicious heroes And they're beautiful London broils along with everything else that I described up above I will update this review going forward glad I stopped in again !!! Also an FYI; somebody posted that their prices are very expensive ?!?! I walked around the store for a good 20 minutes I checked a lot of prices on everything I found the store would be just as reasonable as any other store so don't believe everything you read !!! Thanks, Greg D & Family

Straight to the main event. First up was the Sunday sauce... pork ribs, sausage, meatballs simmered for hours like an Italian grandmother was in the back yelling at somebody. Absolute heavyweight champion of comfort food. Then came the skirt steak with onions and mushrooms. Simple, classic, no nonsense. Olive oil, lemon, garlic, parsley. The kind of dish that reminds you sometimes men really only need steak and peace. But the MVP? The chicken parmesan. Crispy, cheesy, perfectly cooked, and strong enough to unite an entire family for 10 minutes without anybody checking their phone. Dessert wasn't optional. We demolished the house-made Italian cheesecake, tiramisu, and cannoli like we were training for the Feast of San Gennaro. Yeah, the place was loud... but if an Italian family-style restaurant is quiet, that means something's wrong. Gino's did not disappoint. We got a small plate of bruschetta and cheese bread the minute we sat down, courtesy of the house. We got the special pizza that had meatballs, sausage, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, and mushrooms. We also got an order of spumoni. The 12-in pizza was more than enough for two people and filled with all the ingredients listed. I like sauce on my pizza, so I asked for a little extra on the side and it was so good I could have sucked it down without the pizza, which was hot and delicious! The small spumoni was a half scoop each of strawberry, chocolate, and pistachio ice cream. Not the official spumoni roll that I expected. The place was very packed and kind of noisy. The one thing that was noticeably lacking was the service. While it was efficient and fast there was no cordiality, it was just perfunctuary (no smiles, no kind words, nothing). Despite this, we would definitely recommend the restaurant because the pizza was excellent. We also welcomed the 20% lunch discount on the food.
