Food is decent. Fries are great. People behind the counter preparing the food were discussing towards me. Its a busy night long line. I ordered online ahead. The staff were preparing my food when one of the grill boys said that ticket 136 was going to be missing something because they ran out of a specific chicken tender. Instead of cutting the long line i went to the grill boy to ask what was that he said was missing and he totally snobed me out. I thought he might of not heard me but he did. He started raising his voice and yelling that I couldn't ask him anything. He was extremely rude to me and no one seemed to care. This is a good place to get a cheap meal that's well prepared. Kosher food is expensive but this place is fairly reasonable. When I was buying I had the holy schnitzel with garlic mayo lettuce and tomato. enough for two meals. the main issue is this is by a high school so you are going to get a lot of students during lunch time and after school's over so they get very noisy and very crowded. I go to holy a few times a month the food is consistantly good not amazing but good however that is when they get the order right. Almost every time I order to go they get at least one thing wrong and all though we mention it nothing changes. I go back for the good food but cant stand the service there. My children like their chicken fingers so we occasionally order delivery or pickup. Otherwise be prepared for a looong wait no matter how you order. Stay-in, takeout or delivery it doesn't matter what time of day, it's either a long wait or a longer one. Came here hoping for a decent sandwich. They were out of pita, so no falafel sandwich. Ordered grilled pastrami on rye to receive it served on a baguette, no rye bread in sight. Over priced, too much mustard, underwhelmed. Must be a place only for high schoolers to eat. No tap water to drink, was offered a cup and the sink, only warm water came out. Bottled drinks only option. Dasani water which is just filtered water by Coca Cola is not a viable option. Bottled drinks are bad for the environment. read more

This place is great, it used to be that if i was in the mood for a good shnitzel sandwich or kosher wings, my best option was burgers bar which is so overpriced and has a skimpy assortment of toppings and vegetables. holy shnitzel isnt exactly cheap but the prices are alot more reasonable, and the portions are generous. i got wings here and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, and they actually come TWELVE in a dozen, not 9-10 like other places, and they are not battered and fried. i think this is my new wing spot. i have yet to actually taste their schnitzel, but the veggie panini was pretty good, and i was pleasantly surprised to see them put fresh vegetables on the grill. theres also a great variety for salads for those health conscious people out there that dont want just iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. my only concern for this place is that every restaurant that has taken up that venue has been cursed because of the awkward location. otherwise, its fair competition in its genre. read more
