Seems like not an easy mistake to make when there are 2 bags of chips in there, to pack only one sandwich. Seems suspicious to me. The bag was very sealed, so the grubhub driver couldn't have taken it. The receipt on the bag showed two sandwiches, so there was no mistake ringing it up. But hey, mistakes can be made. I called up. The manager asked my name and what sandwich was missing. When I told him, he promptly said "we'll refund your money", and promptly hung up. Well, it's two weeks later and NO money refunded . So I'm going to say it's quite possible that the sandwich I didn't get was given to some employee's kid, and maybe it's an occasional policy there to grab a sandwich from food delivery. Instead of wasting time pursuing the refund, I figured I'd spend it warning y'all not to do business with this Lynbrook store, especially for delivery. Let me also say this. Oceanside Jersey Mike's is better than this Lynbrook one in ALL ways: it's bigger, cleaner, has better employees who seem to care, and better fresher food.
