This review is late as my experience was about 3 months ago, however, what happened there still bothers me. We had been frequenting this TB about twice a month, sometimes more and always looked forward to going. The food was always good and if they made a mistake, they fixed it when brought to their attention. But the last time I was there we observed mouse droppings...about 4 of them, at the counter where there are several seats behind the self-ordering tablets. I am certain of what they were. I brought it to the attention of the employee working the drive up window. He came to look at it, denied what it was and picked them up with his ungloved hand. I was disgusted. Hard maybe here after they held into my debit card my last trip here. This trip was 3 days ago when I told my kids to the dentist. We always go to Taco Bell right before or after it's a traditional for whatever reason. We got the Doritos licks tacos supreme 3 pack and the Baja blast frozen which you have to specifically ask for. Midday it was clean, great temp, easy parking and we sat down inside to eat. We ordered at the kiosk and it wasn't bad. But I'm still reeling off the experience where I had to drive back there from my house one late night 2 months ago that was not fun at all. I don't like the drive they process they should give the card back first or make it a priority as I'm sure I'm not the first person this happened to. read more

Holy cow! I didn't even realize I've had a bad experience at this same location before but I promise you this one takes the cake! I came to this location with my boyfriend whom doesn't eat fast food at all however since I've told him Taco Bell does offer VEGAN options and they are good so he has tried and and liked it so he did want to have it again. However he does not like to drive up and order his food, he prefers to order on the app to make it easier for the workers to get the order correct. We ordered online and waited a few minutes before going into the drive thru. When we went online to the drive thru they asked for the name they did mention we should have given more time to allow them to complete the online order however they said it would just be a few more minutes. We did explain that the order was made online to eliminate any complications with making a vegan order. We pulled up to the next window everything seemed fine we payed but I did tell him stay in the parking lot so he did. He started to eat his first taco which was fine I guess it was exactly what he ordered. The second taco now is where the DISASTER happened! As I said he is VEGAN he does not eat meat what so ever which is why we ordered his food online. His second taco had BEEF in it! He immediately went inside and showed the manager on duty then running to the bathroom to throw up. I followed in behind him to see the manager say "I said vegan" he walked away and it looked like the employee was laughing at the matter at hand. I got extremely upset someone who has not eaten beef in over 20+ years is not a laughable matter he could have been sent to the hospital behind this! I mean the countless trips to the bathroom wasn't enough of a sign. The manager was extremely helpful following this matter they did make the order over again and we checked it throughly before leaving. He did try to say the employee was not laughing at the matter however I know what I saw and I still am extremely disgusted by this! read more

Went today to Taco Bell, drive through was very busy so I decided to go inside. The guy on the counter was very friendly and even gave me some suggestions on what to order. He was counting money so he asked me to use the kiosk and told me step by step where to find the items I wanted. The food was fresh and good. I ordered the Nacho Fries Box for 5 dollars, which I think is a great deal. The only thing that was a little disappointed of was that they had no more Brisk Mango Fiesta, it's my favorite. They have a small parking lot, so no worry about finding a spot. read more

Every single time i go through the drive thru the lady that takes the orders is rude and abrasive. she speaks to customer and demand you to rush order your food. regardless if you have a question. she should not be taking orders if she's going to be that rude. i was ordering doritos locos and she put nachos on the screen. i kept attempting to tell her it's not nachos and she kept insisting that's what i ordered. i became very annoyed with her tone and lack of customer service i cancelled my order and went somewhere else. i know it's fast food and a drive way but to argue with the customer over intercom is ridiculous. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. 1. The place is filthy, garbage everywhere. I expect this to a point from a late night munchie spot though. 2. The service is horrible 3. They can't even prepare the basic Taco Bell menu items, my crunchwrap had barely any meat and no cheese sauce. 4. The food after waiting 20min is ice cold I don't set my standards high for Taco Bell but this Taco Bell should be shut down by the board of health. Avoid this place!!! read more

Taco Bell, Taco Bell, gotta love yourself some tacos. I had came here on several occasions and they are reasonably Okay. Many times they are crowded cause of the locations right in the middle of Lynbrook on the main road of Merrick. This locations stays open till very late with there drive thru window. Inside is always crowded it's a small hang out spots for many of the community kids. They recently placed a kiosk in the middle of the store so you can place your order on the machine instead of waiting on line. The staff members from the many times I came here are friendly, however many times their is a lack of communication with the cashier and the people making the food. Sometimes you get your order correct and many times it's wrong. This time I went in there and my order was wrong. However they was willing to fix it and make a brand new Cantina Bowl for me, which I was happy about. This location can use some mini tweaks but nothing is perfect. read more

I am a frequent visitor to this particular Taco Bell and I've never had a bad experience. I like to have a couple visits under my belt before writing a review because what I am looking for in a restaurant is not just good food once but the consistency. This Taco Bell is a popular spot giving its location, so it's always fairly crowded whether it's the drive-thru or in-store line. But on those really crowded days they do have a touch screen order station for those wanting to avoid waiting in ine to order. The service is always decent. Meaning nothing over the top but also not bad either. They do try to answer any questions you may have, for those who are dieting and can't have certain things or may want to subtract or substitute something. The food is always hot, well made and freshly prepared. There are times where they may make the small mistake and give you beans when you said no beans but in my opinion mistakes happen. The floors can be a little bit messy at times due to the constant crowds but they tend to stay on top of it. So all in all I would recommend stoping here if you're having a Taco Bell craving! read more

If i could leave zero stars i would, it is not hard to get something so simple correct. Ordered a variety taco pack, and they only put 1 singular Doritos locos taco. Order was completely wrong, was over charged for an order that was originally $19 and was charged $27. Asked for half cash half card because i was not expecting the over charged price, and was still charged the full amount to my card. will not be coming back for a while, or until they better train their staff. read more

I gave this place so many chances. So. Many. Chances. I've been coming here for over 15 years. It used to be the bomb back in the day. What happened? They no longer give you good portions. They mix up my orders, I have missing items sometimes, and if you think a burrito consists of 70% bread and 30% substance, then you are really mistaken. The last time I ordered a Potato-rito (one of their new burritos) to test it out. It had absolutely nothing in it. No beef, a few pieces of potato with some cheese. When I complained about it, the employees in the back were mocking me, yelling "It's just a dollar!" Don't get me wrong, this isn't the only instance where I had a problem at this Taco Bell. This is simply the instance that drove me to finally write this review that I was putting off (Because frankly, I don't like leaving bad reviews unless something really pushes my buttons). This Taco Bell is slower than a box of rocks. They care way more about the drive through than any order-in or takeout, and even the drive through is slow and disorganized. I've waited, in store, for upwards of 15 minutes on multiple occasions when the inside of the restaurant is practically empty, with maybe one or two orders in front of me. Unfortunately, I'm here often because it's close to my house. The kids that work there have next to zero social skills necessary for customer service. They care more about BSing with their friends, or flirting with girls, than actually doing their jobs. Last night I was the only one in the store around midnight, drive through was closed and there were four employees. 12 minutes for one burrito supreme. That was my entire order.
