The bread tasted better than subways, but subways had more options for toppings like spinach, olives, banana peppers, green peppers, and cucumbers. I headed to Jersey Mikes for a #7 Turkey and Provolone sub, my toppings were, banana peppers , lettuce, onions, lite oil and vinegar. They opened at 10:00am I got there about 11:00 the tables were clean. Aside from the bunch of lettuces on my sub , it was pretty good , the bread was fresh. Staff is nice but some of the conversations they have should be tune down when serving customers. It's a lot of loud talking and laughter while making orders, which leads to them asking you to repeat the same thing several times. read more

This place is relatively new to the area. This location is the nastiest, dirtiest, and flirtiest place I have ever been to in a Jersey Mike's location. Everything about this Jersey Mike's in Lynbrook, NY, was disgusting. When I first walked in, I noticed how unclean it was. Meat is all over the meat-cutting machine, and the countertops are full of crumbs from the previous order. The area where they made Mike's way was in disarray; the floors behind the counter were stewed and littered with garbage. The staff was also nasty and filthy; their uniforms and aprons had more spots on them than a leopard's. Their attitudes were deployable with no Custom Service. There needs to be consistency when making your order. I have been there before and received the 10% Senior Citizens discount, but the Manager told me they don't give Senior Citizens discounts. Gave Jersey Mikes a try. I was in the area and heard good things but it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a while. Staff was very slow and cursing each other. First time at this location. It was a bit crowded so that's a good sign. I ordered a giant #9. I know there is a set amount of product on this sandwich so I really did not know how it works with all the other toppings. I requested additional toppings and there was a girl on this day 6/15/22 taking care of putting product on the sandwich and she never smiled, was not friendly and seem annoyed that I asked for some additional toppings and she even asked are you going to ask for more. Honestly, the sense of urgency at this location is low. I have been here over 30 mins and still haven't received my order yet. The store was packed when I walked in but with 6 people working behind the counter shouldn't have allowed the line to grow that long. There's no organization. I do admit the one male individual who was at the register jumped in to help making sandwiches, assisted at the grill, taking orders and cashing out. All the while he was asking his team if he could go to lunch. No one else attempted to do that. The young woman at the grill was moving like molasses although orders continued to pile up; not as much as the cold subs; which the young woman handled well. I either believe they need more management of time or urgency to understand this is a sandwich shop and not a restaurant. People should not be in here more than 20 mins to just order or even from the time they order to cashing out. Staff is VERY unprofessional/no manners. My staff and I will not buy from this location ever again. I buy lunch for my staff here once in a while. Today I asked the person taking my order if I could have the bread scoop out, before she actually started the order, and instead of her responding "yes or no" She rolled her eyes and gave me dirty look. I then asked if she heard me because she didn't respond to my question and proceeded to make my sandwich, and she responded, "YEAH WHY"???!!! I came in here today, picking up for ubereats. I felt terrible for all the employees there. They were definitely short staffed and customers were not having it. Nasty, angry looking customers. I don't know what the problem is at the Lynbrook location. The staff acts as if they are a participants in a prison work release program. Loud music, playfully cursing at each other, and not listening to customers with respect to what they want, or not want on their sandwiches. If you want a Jersey Mike positive experience, check out the Hempstead/Uniondale location, which is directly from Hofstra University.
