Insanely good hibachi take out restaurant that has hibachi, rice burgers, wings, fries, and milkshakes! They opened not too long ago, but their service is amazing and the food is all delicious. I LOVE hibachi, so I was so excited to try this place. Let me tell you that they did not disappoint! They also have a lunch menu, so check them out for lunch or dinner. It's the perfect place to grab and go during your lunch break or to eat when you're on the go! I will definitely be back again to try more of their items. Make sure to get the shots of spicy mayo! It definitely does have some heat, but it goes well with everything we got! Keiji, the owner is the best. He explained the menu and how he started his business with us. We wish him good luck with his new concept. Kiara also gives some great recommendations, so definitely ask her for those! Can't wait to be back soon! Drinks: - Matcha - Strawberry - Ramune Japanese Soda Food: - Meltdown Cheeze Hamburger with Edamame - Sweet Soy Wings with Waffle Fries - Steak & Shrimp Combo Meal (Hibachi Bachi Bowl) w/ fried rice - Spicy Mayo Shots

Open kitchen! Customer can see how your food is being prepared. Absolutely amazing!

This is yet another big hit by the famed Inatome restaurant! I was anticipating for the opening of this takeout place for a long time- knowing Inatome always stands firm for the food quality and service, and sure enough- they lived up to my expectations! Growing up in Asia, I have tried the rice paddy burgers very often as it is popular in Asia. But I have never seen a "rice burger" in America since I moved here 20 years ago! When I first learned about the opening of this place, I immediately put it on my bucket list. Upon entering the location, the cleanliness and precision was evident! The owner Keiji was there to make sure that all the orders are served the right way and to the customers liking, which is a staple of the tradition! I was satisfied with the texture of the rice burger, and the paddy was cooked just right! The addition of the egg inside the burger just added a special touch to the burgers, I highly recommend it! The packaging of the burger wrapper is also very well-designed by the owner Keiji! I absolutely love the food you served, and hope that you will continue share the rice burgers tradition to the American people here! I cannot wait to go back!

Shrimp still has the icky stuff on it. Not cleaned very well.

I really hope this place improves. The Inatome restaurant in Valley Stream has amazing food and service. My family has been eating there for over 40 years. I have spent many birthdays and special occasions at Inatome. I was excited that Keiji opened up a new take-out place in Lynbrook, but they really need to do better with the food. To start, parking isn't exactly that easy. The lot next to the restaurant only has a few spaces and it's a pain to try to turn onto Sunrise Hwy. I suggest parking behind Lynbrook village and walking over to this place. Be careful not to park directly behind the restaurant in the commuter lot. The restaurant itself is decorated nicely and looks great inside. A small replica of the Lucky Cat is there to greet people upon arrival. Workers are friendly, though need to be trained better. One of the girls working there was great and seemed to manage the place well. The other two were very immature and were unable to take an order independently. The other was busy on her cell phone. Some of the chefs seemed to have experience with the hibachi grill, though others seemed awkward and maybe need to train more. I'm sure once they are open for a few weeks those issues will improve as people gain more experience. The menu is pretty simple. I ordered 4 out of the 5 available appetizers. The edamame was good and a fair portion. The bar fried chicken was $8 and I was given a very small portion for the $$. It was just a few pieces and it was slightly over cooked. The 5 piece gyoza was okay though was cold on the inside. As in pre-steamed cooked, chilled, and then just quickly pan fried in the restaurant. I like gyoza nice and hot, this was refrigerator cold. The salad was okay though not as fresh as I would typically have while dining in the main restaurant. The salad dressing was only filled up half way and not enough for the entire salad. The burgers were interesting. The buns were made of sticky rice. Cool idea. My son got a steak hibachi burger. I thought it would be steak only, but it was a burger with hibachi steak on top. My husband got the shrimp hibachi burger, but there was no burger. Just shrimp on the rice bun. Unfortunately my husband could not eat it. The shrimp was not cooked enough (which I watched the chef cook the stuff and he clearly didn't leave the shrimp on the grill for that long...) and it tasted of bleach. I smelled the shrimp, and can confirm the bleach smell. WTF?!?!? It was a waste of money as my husband could not and did not eat it. My other son and I got bachi bowls. I thought this would be more of a Moes/Subway kind of thing where different toppings could be added to the bachi bowls but there were not many choices and each topping costs $ to add. The upcharge was not on the menu. The bowl was fried rice, a meat, and broccoli. I did not add any additional toppings for either of us due to the upcharge. The bowls were good, though it was too much rice for me. At that price point, they should offer whatever few available toppings as part of the bowl. The sauces were okay, though the teriyaki was some strange glob-like texture. The weirdest thing was getting spicy mayo in a syringe. I bought the large syringe of spicy mayo for an additional $3. My husband and I got a good laugh out of it. "Hey can I get 5cc's of gravy?" kind of jokes. I'm all into innovative ideas. But the syringe was bizarre. I'm hoping the food and service gets better so I can come back and write an improved review.

Meltdown Cheeze Hamburger

Inatome's Hibachi Bachi is a delightful mouthful to say and it's burgers are equally so to eat. We enjoyed omakase at Inatome in Valley Stream Friday night while visiting family. Our sushi chef recommended Hibachi Bachi, owned by the same man who owns Inatome. For anyone living a Gluten free lifestyle this restaurant offers a delicious, unique burger experience that is a great go to. The burger is constructed using 100% beef, no fillers or add-ins, just Janowski's pure beef, an intriguing "bun" made with rice and tamari sauce that is grilled to crispy deliciousness and comes with or without cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce and sauce choices like Teri butter, katsu or spicy Mayo. Fried egg can be added for a nominal fee. I had the Meltdown Cheeze Hamburger with onion, tomato, lettuce with the Teri butter sauce. My husband had the hamburger with onion, tomato, lettuce and spicy Mayo. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's such a cute place, the owner is so friendly and the burger was really tasty.

Ambiance and overall look of the restaurant is very nice but the food did not wow me. It was pretty average- nothing special.

I can't give 5 stars as the dining we struggle with .. Service is up and down. Both occasions felt the same. For Prime 39, I categorized the place as a restaurtant that happens to provide fine dining, but has an upscale feel. The music selection is really good here and the selection feeds into the upscale feeling with a good mix of R&B. We arrived promptly for our reservation but noted that it took a while to seat us, even though the dining room was empty. I do appreciate the dividers as they give you some privacy when sitting next to another group. The wait was uncomfortably long, which made us wonder if we should change our reservation to sit at the bar. We ordered drinks and water, but it took a while for the drinks to make their way to the table. The place wasn't that busy, but it did make us want to rush our order in for appetizers and entrees. Drinks were watery... As in sitting too long stir up the ice and keep stirring. The food had some winners. We enjoyed our entrees of Branzino, Burger, Cajun Shrimp Pasta as well as our appetizers which included lamb chops and Calamari. We also had a mini-chicken and waffles appetizer... Really good. I haven't seen this before and glad I tried it. Although we did enjoy the entrees, we left the drinks. From my experience I would suggest visiting the bar but I would place an order to go.

The owner and his wife are usually there working and they're both so warm and welcoming. They always take the time to stop by each table to say hello and make sure everyone's happy, which really adds a personal touch you don't find often anymore. The food is consistently amazing, one of my absolute favorites is the fried burrata with honey drizzle (trust me, it's a must-try!). The cheeseburger, pasta dishes, and chicken are all incredible -- everything I've had has been a solid 10/10. You can really tell they put care into every detail, from presentation to flavor. Whether you're coming for a date night, dinner with friends, or just a nice meal out, Haviland Kitchen & Bar never disappoints. It's one of those local gems you'll keep coming back to. Thank you for the outstanding service, each and every time.

They not only accommodated us but even asked other patrons to shift a bit so we'd have more space. Such a thoughtful touch. We started with the chickpea fries with smoky hummus and the crispy tuna tartare -- both were incredible. The chickpea fries were different in the best way, perfectly crisp, and that hummus had just the right amount of smokiness. The spicy tuna hit the spot -- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For mains, I had the chopped gem salad, which was so fresh with the best tangy dressing -- light but full of flavor. I also ordered the lamb kebabs, but I was so full I had to take them to go. My husband had the pork shank, which was fall-apart tender with a rich cider sauce that was absolutely delicious. And the drinks -- my Tito's martini was perfect. Great food, warm service, and a cozy atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Some of the breweries on tap at the time included Oxbow, Drowned Lands, Threes, and Monkish. Interest cocktail menu. Solid selection of whiskeys too. We picked up a large takeout order. Everything was packed neatly and there were no errors. I had the fried chicken sandwich came with potato poppers. Came with pickles and aioli on a brioche bun. Pricey at $21. Chicken was crispy and juicy. It traveled fairly well on our 10 minute trip from the restaurant. I also tried the periogies as well as the stuffed pepper and fries which came with a couple different entrees. All in all, definitely a tier above nearly all tavern food. Staff was very personable and accommodating while we waited for our order. Modern yet cozy atmosphere. Sleek bar with a huge counter. Large communal table by the bar. Good spot for groups of nearly any size.
