    Stuffed Shrimp

Came here on Father's Day. Although it's a small restaurant, it is cozy and nice decor. Wasn't too packed and when I arrived the DJ had left soon after. Service started out great but got slow. Waiter was friendly but seems he got busy and was serving too many people. There was pre-fixed 3 course menu for the holiday. For appetizers we got garlic mussel and shrimp (forgot the name). Entree was lamb chops with mash potatoes and stuffed crab meat shrimp with spinach rice. For dessert carrot cake and fried waffle with ice cream. The food was really good! Alcoholic drinks were strong and I believe they used top self alcohol. Overall although the service got slow towards the end, the food made up for it. Definitely want to return for the brunch.

It's rare I give a spot 5 stars but Prime 39 is deserving of such a rating! A cute spot with a romantic ambiance to it. Red and black color scheme with red lights under the bar (a nice touch!). Service is friendly and everybody checks on you without being overbearing. The hightop tables near the bar are nice and separated by dividers. Long tables in the front and back. Plenty of seating at the bar. Drinks are strong and there is something for everyone! Not much of a wine list just yet but I hear they're working on that. Food is phenomenal! The bacon is candied and full of sweet and savory flavor. The lamb chops are good and come with a delicious jerk sauce that isn't too spicy. The branzino was very very good with a huge portion to boot. I'm unsure if you can choose your sides, as I was not asked, but I did see all sorts of sides available throughout the menu. Parking is on the street like most of Lynbrook so bring some change for the meter if you're driving. Probably needs a reservation for a table at the restaurant as it was filled by 8PM.

Came to Prime39 for a date night and was not disappointed. We luckily arrived during happy hour and I cannot recommend stopping by during happy hour. Even if you're not going to drink, their plates during happy hour are 100% worth it. The service was good but we did have to get our waitress's attention from time to time even though it was not the busiest night. Food was definitely high quality and both my girlfriend and I enjoyed it. Everything was well priced for happy hour, however, I'm not sure if I would Come back during regular hours.

Hey yall . I know it's not Queens but Lynbrook isn't far away . My Goddaughter and I took my sister out for her birthday and my Goddaughter picked the spot having been there before and it's close to the movie theatre. The restaurant is on Atlantic Ave in Lynbrook in a cute spot with a bunch of other restaurants and stores . Think a mini downtown area. Our reservations were at 5:30pm and you can make reservations through open table . The staff were friendly and pleasant and our waiter was attentive and seated us promptly at 5:30pm. We started with appetizers . We had the sweet chile calamari , crab cakes and mussels . The calamari was good though I would have. Preferred the sweet chick on the side and it was too much and made the dish way too sweet . The crab cake was ok very dense with some interesting flavors . The mussels were in a garlic and cream sauce and the cream was light . They weee tasty . Main course we had Cajun shrimp pasta , Apple pork chops with garlic mash and string beans and fried chicken with corn bread and cabbage or greens not really sure . The dishes were good but the plates are on the small size and pricey . We ordered drinks and dessert too . We shared the bread pudding which came with ice cream and whipped cream . It was small but tasted good and was filling . What I noticed is everyone 's food did not come out the same time even though what came out was piping hot . There was music playing but not loud enough that you couldn't hear other talk . This restaurant identified as minority owned . Street meter parking available . I'd definitely go back !

The food was good. Drinks were good. We came really late & we're still serviced. It did take a while but was worth it. Nice dim aesthetic.. very grown and sexy!

We've dined her many times. Sitting at the bar or at a table, the service is always excellent. Chaz our server on Friday night November 29th was attentive and friendly. The quality of the food never disappoints. I recommend the lollipop lamb chops, P39 wings or the char-broiled oysters for starters. Cannot go wrong with the Branzino dish or the Apple Bacon Pork Chops for entrees. Full bar is available. The atmosphere reminds me of the trendy eateries of downtown Brooklyn. Diverse clientele, positive vibes and jazz/RnB classics. This place is one of our favorites.

We went for a quick drink and had some appetizers and all we can say it was so so so good!!! Definitely will be returning for more. Our server was so attentive and always checking on us. Try their happy hour specials cuz the oysters , wings, mussels, calamari and sweet potato deviled eggs was all and this was all on a Tuesday!

This is a nice intimate restaurant. The food is good and atmosphere is nice. The ribeye was cool. I liked the Brussels sprouts and asparagus. Overall not a bad restaurant in Lynbrook.

Came here for restaurant week and my boyfriend and I were shocked at how good it was for a spot we've never really heard before. We definitely are excited to try the rest of the menu as everything looked so good. I had the salad and the steak and he had the lobster bisque and pork chop. We both enjoyed everything! The service was great, everyone was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance was very cute and intimate. We will be back for sure!

I want to start by saying a huge thank you to the entire staff at Prime39--especially these amazing people who made my BF's birthday celebration so special. First, a big thank you to Daniel, the manager/owner, for the outstanding service from the very beginning. From the moment we spoke about planning this celebration, Daniel walked me through everything so smoothly and made the process stress-free. Moving on to Malia and Aminah--thank you both for being such respectful, calm, and engaging hosts as you welcomed my party. You set the tone for the evening in the best way possible. And last but not least, a huge thank you to Jonathan, our server, who was nothing short of amazing. I'll be honest I rarely go out to restaurants because you never know what to expect. I actually found Prime39 randomly while searching for steakhouses in the area. The reviews were a little mixed, but after speaking with Daniel, I decided to give it a try for my BF's birthday, and I'm so glad I did. Daniel, you did a fantastic job hosting all 15 of us. Even as a picky eater, I must say every single dish was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. With the prix fixe menu, everyone in my party loved their food something I've never experienced at another restaurant. The drinks were excellent, too! The DJ was a great addition, and the atmosphere was intimate, modern, and welcoming. Honestly, I can't give this place anything less than a 10 out of 10. Prime39, you truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be back! -Shana

So let me say this, it was 10:00pm on a Saturday night: the place was not packed. The music was on point. Upon entry I had a baseball hat on and was told I had to remove it. There is a strict dress code policy that is truly enforced. Now we did eat we just had drinks. Neil the owner is amazing. The server JuJu was so damn slow. It took her almost 15min to come to the table. Then it took another 10min to get our drinks. We only got 1 drink cause I refused to wait again. I'll go back to try it again to see if the food is good.

Went to Prime 39 to celebrate my birthday. The food was good!!! The drinks were good!!! And the service was amazing!!! Dora (waitress) & Jay (busboy) made sure our every need was met. Dora went the extra mile to make sure my birthday was special. If u go to Prime 39 requst her!!! Although I didn't see any other waitresses working so you may get her by default lolol I had the sweet potato deviled eggs, waygu steak, fries lobster tail & brussel sprouts. Alllll were tasty!

We came in on a Friday night and had a great time. The vibe and decor is Tuscan with lots of brick and wood around giving a warm feeling. Adding to the warm feeling was the friendly staff - the hostess gave us a 4 top despite us only being 2. They must have knew how much food we were going to order haha. We were given bread with an interesting spread that was tasty, but still not sure what it was exactly. Ordered some red wines. We looked over the menu to decide on some dishes to share. Here's the run down: CARCIOFO BRASATE CON BURRATA BRAISED BABY ARTICHOKES, WITH PISTACHIO PESTO AND BURRATA This was really enjoyable and with creamy burrata and delicious pistachio pesto that was perfect with the tender baby artichokes PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANA Eggplant meatballs were so good with so much flavor - didn't miss the meat at all. BIETOLA & FUNGHI salad ROASTED RED BEET, MARINATED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS, ORGANIC BABY ARUGULA, GOAT CHEESE, WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR DRESSING The presentation of this dish was impressive with circles of beets acting as bed for the salad. It was different from the usual chunks of beets in most salads. I enjoyed this salad SPAGHETTI AL LIMONE IMPORTED ORGANIC SPAGHETTI, MEYER LEMON, PARMIGGIANO, FRESH BASIL We asked the kitchen to split this dish for us and they accommodated. The cheesy lemony pasta was perfect and paired well with spicy shrimp dish we ordered. GAMBERI UBRIACATI WILD BLUE SHRIMP, SWEET CHERRY TOMATOES, PANCETTA, CORN, CRISPY BREAD, RED PEPPER FLAKES These shrimps were really incredibly tasty - I usually don't order shrimp dishes in restaurants because they usually give a bit of chlorinated taste. Not here. The sauce was spicy with the pancetta and corn adding sweetness. For dessert we shared the brownie topped with pistachio gelato. The brownie was unremarkable, but the gelato was good. The espressos were perfectly made. The place was busy all night with a few open tables - the service encouraged us to sit allowing us to really enjoy our night. A fantastic experience.
