A lady took my order and I sat down and I guess another waiter didn't know my order was already taken and walked behind me and said "so are you eating here or what"...why else would I sit down after coming from the register? Do not go here!!!!! I ordered food to be delivered today and the Seabass was not fresh. I noticed it and my daughter in law noticed it immediately. It smelled bad, and the taste of the fish plus the veggies that were accompanied tasted sour. The sushi was really under "norm" as well. Horrible food! Xaga was pretty amazing I must say. The service, food and ambiance leaves me Wanting more. The waitress was accommodating and I did to wait too long for my food. The menu is pretty huge. From 1-3 they have a lunch special for $15!!! I had the spicy tuna roll, crunchy salmon roll and a tuna avocado, it came with miso soup & ginger salad it was fresh and tasty. I ordered a yellow tail sushi roll, spicy tuna, Tokyo roll and shrimp tempura... I never got my yellowtail because they tried to pass off yellowtail as tuna smh. Instead of removing it from the order they just charged me for what I didn't want and refused to replace it because I ordered thru Uber eats. We also got a a rib eye bento box which was filled with assorted items and a nice piece of steak. The bento box came with a soup and salad. I already ate a lot that day because my job had a bake sale and I ate a good share of sweets from the bake sale, but a girl's gotta eat regular dinner too right? I needed to grab my dinner really quick after work before I got on my train. I have the kind of job where sometimes it's not appropriate for me to be on the phone unless the call has to do with work or if I'm taking a break and making a call. So ordering online was a plus I didn't have to worry about stepping away for a phone call dinner order. I had the avocado salad, the avocado and peanut sushi roll and Vegetable tempura. The vegetable tempura was fried to perfection, the avocado salad was a nice size portion with fresh veggies and a good sized avocado. The peanut sushi roll was deliciously crunchy and wonderful. The drinks are good and although they may not feel strong at the money, they absolutely kick in. The edamame and steamed pork gyozas are good to start off with.
