I've been coming here ever since they opened and it's probably 1 of my favorite CFA locations. The manager & staff here are super friendly and the restaurant itself is very clean & well maintained. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner or a catering order, they never disappoint and everything is always hot & delicious. I love their Chick-n-Strips with CFA Sauce & Waffle Potato Fries. However, expect to wait a while even if you ordered in advance on the app. Sometimes the service is extremely slow especially during lunch, dinner rush & weekends. I would avoid the drive-thru at all costs. Okay, well. I think I need to start this review off with the reason I finally went to a Chick-fil-A...Nico. He is one of the best cats in the world. He was very sick and he loves Chick-fil-A nuggets. So he got his nuggets! With that all said. Although I do not agree with all of their beliefs. These guys know how to make chicken. So if they want their Sunday to pray. Let em have it! Well. We got Nico both crispy and grilled nuggets which is awesome that there is a choice. The crispy nuggets were in fact, crispy and moist having a nice crunch. And the grilled were juicy and you could really taste the grill. Nico devoured the pieces we game him. I got the new chicken pimento sandwich. All I have to say is "Oh my God"; like really holy God. The chicken was juicy and had a nice crisp. The pimento cheese was devine perfect in every way. Bun was sweet and buttery and the sweet honey was the cherry on top. One of the best faster food sandwiches I have had. I used the app to order which is another awesome perk. It geo-tracks you so it knows when to stat your order!! And you also get points; I got enough for a free ice cream cone with just one order! When I got to the store they were slammed. Very busy with very not nice customers. Awful in-store experience around 7:45pm on Friday, 1/23. I was waiting at the pickup counter for quite a while, and one of the employees (young Hispanic kid) packed my order, brought it to the counter, left it on the counter, and just walked away without acknowledging my presence. A few minutes later, a different employee came to assist me, and handed me the order that the other kid left there. So to be clear, I was continuing to stand there waiting for my order, while it was just sitting there getting cold. I've been at chick-fil-a enough times to know that these employees are supposed to call out the names of the orders when there are people standing there waiting. That first employee I mentioned failed to call the name out, and also completely ignored me. He desperately needs to get retrained or fired. read more

This place is always very busy after office work hours. There's been small hiccups here and there during pickups, but the workers here are generally friendly and do try to get things done. The food is fantastic. The people there are very kind. They definitely know what they're doing.

The food is among the highest quality of fast food options. The chicken sandwich compares to anyone's. I don't usually like lattice fries, but these work and they are unique to all others. Similar to Sonic having tots, which others do not. The lines are long, but they move you along very quickly with their system of having staff monitoring the drive thru lanes. One thing I didn't appreciate is taking my sandwich out of its secure foil bag and finding a big old thumb indentation in my top bun (see my photo); it's a little disgusting and more than a little disconcerting. I wish I had noticed before driving away so that I could have demanded a replacement. read more

Drive-thru is EXTREMELY slow and inefficient; Customer service at the counter is EXTREMELY slow and inefficient; but the food is still great! I ordered at the counter a "Egg White Grill" and that's it, and that order took about a minute and a half simply to take the order and pay. Overall experience was poor, very poor. This was my first vivist to Chick-fil-A. It was lunch time at 12:00 and was already very busy. My wife and I ordered the Chick-n-Strips with Waffle Potato Fries and a drink. The fries were really good but I was not a fan of the Chick-n-Strips, they were ok, not bad of course but I have had better elsewhere. We had both the Polynesian and Chick-fil-A Sauces, they were very good. The restaurant was very nice and roomy, very clean with plenty of tables and they were filling up quickly. We got a table with no problem but not many left. The line moved ok since there were many customers and many more coming in. Our food was brought to us, the wait was somewhat long for a fast food establishment. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. When we left it was quite crowded, always a line at the drive thru also. Even though my Chick-n-Strips were ok I will return to try other items. I know many speak highly of Chick-fil-A. I am a fan of this new location after my experience . I was smart to open an app account and luckily get a free 8 piece nugget . And those nuggets are real chicken nugget not like any other chicken flour nuggets. There are 3 choices of app order pick up which is insanely cool... you dine in, you pick up inside at their destination pick up register and drive in pick up. I want to see how cool inside that I decided to get out from the car and pick it up inside. Line is long both for the drive up and the register line. The service is fast and as line moves fast. The inside restaurant is clean and organize. I like how they present their condiments on a special stand. There is a play place for kids. There are tables and chairs outside their patio perfect for good weather. Pricing is affordable. The chicken meat of the sandwich is tender and just right for a good bite. Super clean restaurant and staff brings your order to the table. To me this brings it up a notch from a regular fast food joint. This was the first time I ever entered a Chic-fil-A, usually opting for the drive thru. I was glad I decided to have a sit down lunch. Pleasant young man named John, took my order. They have a beautiful layout/ interior design and it did not feel overcrowded like the Farmingdale location. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered the 3 piece crispy chicken strips, Superfood side Salad and a small macaroni and cheese. All perfect. I love having the option of Greens with my meal as opposed to starch. The Mac N Cheese was a surprise to me! Had it been a little Crispier it would match my mother's recipe ! Soooo good ! Great southern recipe ! I was so pleased to see a Chick-fil-A opened so close to me. This is a large shop with the back of the building facing out to old country Road for their drive through. The shop itself is big with plenty of seating for the customers. It's an easy in and out off Old Country Rd. and while it definitely gets busy, I have always been able to park quickly. Enter... I have never been lucky enough to come in without a line, but... it moves pretty quickly. The team here is so welcoming and courteous and that is definitely a trademark of Chick-Fil-A. After a quick wait on line we had our regular meal.... Chick-Fil-A original, Mac & Cheese side for me and the grilled chicken nuggets with a chicken soup for my wife. They can easily substitute items to easily accommodate there customers dietary needs. I have generally been getting a number and having the food brought to my table. They move pretty quickly so it's never a problem. Once we waited on line and they told us they were out of soup. I mentioned that if they're out of an item they should post it so people know before they get to the ordering desk. The soup is rich with plenty of chicken meat and noodles in the soup. The grilled nuggets are perfect if you don't eat fried food... My wife does not eat fried food. The sauces are really good and I was happy to see that if you don't open them all, you are now able to drop in a basic for another customer to use... This is brilliant and I commend management for doing this and seriously cutting down on unnecessary waste. There is always staff cleaning the table and making sure that there is room to throw out garbage in their "automatic opening" receptacles. Drive through can get a little long so I imagine that it may be easier to order ahead on their app and pick up food inside. Every one should try Chick-Fil-A at least once... Chick-fil-A makes chicken but they're in the business of customer service. I ventured out to a new location in a high-traffic area during the dinner rush and was so impressed with their drive-thru setup. 1 I pulled into the lot and encountered my first employee, who directed me to one of four lanes (a fifth was also present for mobile order curbside pickup). 2 Lanes alternated one car at a time (very efficiently). When I got to the front of my row, another employee (second touchpoint) directed me to the main drive-thru lane. 3 Four of us pulled into the lane at once, and four employees came to our vehicles to take our orders on an iPad (third touchpoint). 4 We proceeded forward in pairs of two and met a fourth employee, who already knew our name and order based on our car and took payment. 5 We were directed to merge in a very organized fashion and a fifth employee walked out to hand over our order (again, they already knew which order went to which car). With 20 cars in front of me, I waited 15 minutes because of this division of labor. As always, the food was amazing! I ordered the nuggets and waffle fries with a chocolate shake (a nice splurge).
